Very Good
5/5

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has made an effort to make this safari tour for us.
Especially with Mr. Simon, who organized everything very well. Our driver was very dedicated and competent. Our accommodations were also very good.
Mwema Africa Safaris is highly recommended. Thanks again for everything.

Absolutly fantastic organized with a lot of experience and many helpful recommendations.
5/5

What we really liked was that Ute called us directly after our first mail. We get the chance to hear more about her experience and she gave us a lot of recommendations to make sure we really plan our vacation as requested.

We also loved how quick she was. That's sometimes something really crucial to decide with wich travel agent you will book.

This Vacations was one of our best we ever had. From A-Z was all perfect organized all our Lodges was just amazing and the nature absolutely gorgeous im May. You spend a lot of money but it's really worth to do it.

Every Camp were totally different and also the nature and the region. That was a point was we really loved. So you are never bored and you see so many things.

The Water Camp Jacana was something what we never expected to see. Palm trees, so many sand, birds, calm and water. All the water Safaris which you can do in May are fantastic. The view is different and it's so relaxed.

The Food and Wine of the hole Safaris was excellent. And we were anytime really happy with all our Guides and the knowledge.

Oh yes and not to forget the donation for the lights we really liked and also all Camps are very eco-friendly.

We are sure we will coming back to book another trip through Africa. We can really recommend this Travel Agent.

Perfect Trip! Excellent organization and guiding from Mushra Travel Agency
5/5

I had the best time in Uganda with a trip organized by Mushra Travel Agency. Preparing the trip I communicated with Michael via e-mail and Whatsapp. He was always ready to answer all my questions and provided me with multiple options for the trip eventually resulting in the perfect itineray which included everything I wanted to visit and see in Uganda.

The professional service, quick response time and detailed information provided me with a high level off comfort leading up towards the start of the trip. This all together resulted in me having no issues whit transferring a down payment for the trip (which is also required if you want to arrange a gorilla trekking permit). At arrival I was picked up by Mushra Travel Agency, had a short briefing with Michael and my driver/guide for the tour Martin. Also, I had decided on my way to Uganda that I wanted to adjust my agreed itinerary slightly extending my trip with a visit to Lake Mburo as well which was no issue thanks to Mushra's flexibility.

In the end the trip has given me everything I hoped for and even more. Thanks to Michael and his team for my memorable trip in Uganda. Special thanks go out to my guide Martin, he made the trip! He was always making sure I was having a good time, always looking after me concerning my needs, very talkative and just a fun person to roadtrip with. Furthermore, he had detailed knowledge about Uganda's (and even all of East Africa's) flora and fauna and was able to spot a variety of birds, wildlife (including the Big Five), and trees and plants. I can truly say that I came as a client and left as a friend. I'll be missing my brother from another mother!

Overall I can highly recommend Mushra Travel Agency in case your looking for an adventure in Uganda. Their variety in trips and options for these trips includes something for every type of traveler and their care taking and high service level will surely not let you down!!

Wonderful, exciting, memorable, adventurous & mind blowing experience-worth revisiting every year!
5/5

We had initially planned visit to Tanzania in the year 2015 by corresponding with "It Started In Africa", however, missed out the trip due to non availability of airline tickets. As a last minute thought this year (2018) we contacted "It Started In Africa" on 5th May and promptly got response from Manager Bernard. With couple of emails exchanges, the 8 days Northern Tanzania Safari programme was finalised!
We arrived Kilimanjaro International Airport on 10th May and were received by representative of "It Started In Africa". A 50 km drive from the airport brought us to their head office in Arusha. We were received with smiling and warm staff lead by Manager Bernard. After settling the payment etc. we were briefed on Northern Tanzania Safari schedule. We were then dropped to L'oasis Hotel for over night stay; the cost for the same included in the 8 days package.
Next day, after breakfast we were picked up by Estomi, guide and driver for our Safari. The Land cruiser, though old was spacious with big windows, collapsible roof top and comfortable seats! Estomi was well versed with all National parks, routes, different wild animals as he is graduate in wild life course from University of Tanzania.
Our visits to Tarangire National Park(1 day), Masai Mara Village, Lake Manyara National Park(1 day), Serengeti National Park(2 days), Ngorongoro Crater(1 day) and cultural visits to Hadzabe tribe (Bushmen) and Datoga tribe (Black smith)(1 day) were adventurous, wonderful, and exciting experience!
Estomi taught us to be patient and relaxed to see all possible wild life and their moves viz. when we spotted a Leopard relaxing on tree top; all visitors left the scene after sometime, whereas we continued and witnessed Leopard cub on the tree! Similarly, we were fortunate to see two Lioness plus two cubs on a tree top, we continued watching them even after every other visitor left and to our surprise there was one more small cub with them! Then came a bull elephant and scared them! We were lucky to witness a pair of Cheetah hunting! In all we saw all possible animals including a elephant dung beetle rolling the dung ball! We had a very memorable and mind blowing experience. Not to forget to mention watching the great migration of the Wildebeest, Zebras and Thomson's gazelles! A family of 26 elephants was indeed exciting to see.
All Lodges for over nights stay in the various national parks arranged by "It Started In Africa" were wonderful and had beautiful scenery from their respected balconies and locations! The food and services were excellent. The lunch boxes provided were sumptuous.
On return to Arusha we were greeted by Manager Bernard and his owner Baraja with gifts of Masai blankets!
Not to forget to mention that we were dropped by Mecky to Kilimanjaro International Airport for our return journey to India.

Excellent 3 days in Queen Elizabeth National Park
5/5

I contacted Saso Safaris Uganda only a few days before I wished to make a 3 day trip to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Wilson replied to my enquiry very quickly and was able to provide a quote which was within my budget and which included a number of activities and services; including accommodation, meals, game drive, boat trip and chimp tracking. Their price was very competitive compared to some others.

Because l was a single traveler, l felt a little bit scared to travel with a strange guide for 3 days. I found the guide/client relationship a little awkward and formal at times. Luckily my guide understood this quickly and so we had a very relaxed relationship. At the same time, both of us were extremely professional, thoughtful and worked hard to make my experience perfect.

The boat ride on the Kazinga channel was a great way to see a range of animals really close up and the guide was extremely knowledgeable about them. The chimp tracking was incredible; walking in the forest with a guide and spending an hour with the chimps once you have located them. All in all it was an unforgettable trip which was made fun, easy, safe and affordable by Great thanks to My Guide and Saso Uganda Safaris!

Compass Odyssey is amazing thorough; knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend!
5/5

Darren & Kate brought our dream of a Safari to life - and it was more incredible than we ever expected. Their communication prior to our trip was highly responsive and could not have been more thorough; that reduced a significant amount of pre-Safari jitters. The reassurance Compass Odyssey provided in terms of knowing we would be met by an English speaking guide and that all travel arrangements had been pre-arranged was a huge relief as none of us traveling together had ever experienced the unique experience of a Safari.

Once in Africa, our itinerary was executed flawlessly. Guest houses and lodges provided superb accommodations and were very welcoming. Guides spoke English impressively well and were highly knowledgeable....jeep rides (humorously called African massages) as we tracked lions and leopards are unforgettable, as were evening boat excursions on the Chobe River. We saw more wildlife than we could have imagined and have a new appreciation for the birds of Africa.

Darren & Kate made our Safari dream become a once in a lifetime experience.
