Exceptional,excellent service, unforgettable life experience
4/5

We had a wonderful bush experience. We spent a night in the Xini camping site in the Moremi Game Reserve. We enjoyed watching the stars as we were seated around the fire after dinner. We enjoyed the cold breeze from the Delta, listening to the chorus of frogs, the laugh of hyenas, the chirp of a nightjar and the roar of lions. From the beginning of the trip everyone was so helpful in making the arrangements. The marketing and communications manager Lucky was always reliable and answered every question the way we wanted it. We were guided by the best guide I have ever meet, knowledge of animals, animal behavior as well as birds. The food was on point, all meal perfectly cooked. We really enjoyed our tour. We plan to come back again next year. If anyone wants to go on tour we recommend African Jacana Safari Tours. What a life time experience!!!!

Unforgettable Safari experience with highly knowledgable and trustworthy group
5/5

We planned our visit to African Safari from 25 June - 3 July 2017 and tied up with Bobby Camping Safari. Bobby Camping Safari arranged for all facilities including our pick up from the Kilimanjaro international airport, Arusha Tanzania visit to Lake Manyara Reserve, Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater with boarding and lodging internal travel of Parks and Reserves with drop back to the airport on our way back to Delhi. The facilities arrange by Bobby Camping Safari needs special condemnation.

At the Kiliminjaro international airport we were received and welcomed by representative of Bobby Camping Safari Mr. Saif who was to be our Guide for rest of our African Safari tour. On the way to our first destination Manyara lake Reserve we were welcomed by Mr. Sameer of Bobby Camping Safari who assured us that our trip to Safari shall be our life time experience and wished us Good luck for African Safari. He made us comfortable by assuring that he will always be available on his phone for help in case of any discomfort during our journey.

Our entire stay was truly an out of this world experience, much better than what we could have imagined. The entire duration of the trip was very well planned and organised. Our stay at all the lodges was extremely comfortable. Being vegetarians we were a little concerned about food, which was taken care off very nicely.
We could move in the wilderness, so close to so many wild animals that it kept us excited on which animal might be siting around the next corner and prepared us more for the next day. We were able to capture amazing photographs due to the proximity the animals with our cameras so beautifully that it is unbelievable.

Our guide Saif was most knowledgeable about the animals and was able to spot animals with amazing ease and confidence, at the same time being most careful while driving in the National Parks. His ability of spotting animals often surprised. His knowledge about the birds of the area can be great asset to the bird watchers. Saif was extremely well-mannered, friendly and treated us like family.

We would personally like to thank Mr. Sameer of Bobby Camping Safari for making our African Safari tour amazing and memorable one. His personal interest in his clients impressed us, and on our way back to the airport he came to meet us for our feedback. I would like to recommend Bobby Camping Safari to all my friends and nature lovers who are planning to visit African Safari.

Thanks.

Fun and reliable safari experience
5/5

We were five students looking to explore Tanzania- our school used Benson travel so we decided to use it as well. Our 7 day safari (which is really 5 days with travel and transfers) turned out to be perfect. Our guide, Peter, was amazing at spotting animals (sometimes, even better than our binoculars) and made sure that we had a great time while in Tanzania. We went to Serengeti, Ngorogoro crater, Lake Manyara and Tarangere. Our favorite night was definitely in the moving camp in serengeti- we could hear lions from our tent! It was awesome.

Would highly recommend this trip!

One-day Nairobi Park Tour
5/5

We have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The organiser, Stella, was adaptable and personable, while the guide, David, was absolutely first-class. The park is small but densely packed with animals - ideal if you've got a shorter time window than a traditional safari would demand - and in a morning, we saw hippos, rhinos, lions, giraffes, ostriches, gazelles etc. We had a private vehicle and tour guide and were quite amazed at the value for money provided by this tour. We would whole-heartedly recommend it.

They truly care about clients!
5/5

We're just back from 2 weeks in Kenya, Tanzania & Zanzibar and Immaculate welcomed us in Tanzania for an amazing 2 days safari in Manyara Lake and N'Gorongoro crater! Her and her team truly care about us by asking what we wanted to see the most in order to brief the driver. Driver was excellent, no need to ask for anything since he was anticipating everything - stop to take picture, break to go to accommodation,...The chef as well prepared the meals carefully. We strongly recommend anybody who want to go to Tanzania to go with them!

Booking and dealing with jocky is quite easy, they were prompt to respond. services of the guide Mr. Joshwa was extremely good. Accomodation at time was not upto our expectation, Taphe Guest Resort is partly under construction, problems of water in toilet, toilet flush was not working, staff tried their best to solve the issues.

Good experience, a few suggestions for improvement
4/5

The email communication from the beginning was very prompt and helpful. The payment was a bit complicated, because we had to pay in cash from Rwanda but they arranged for someone to pickup up the deposit and we paid the rest on day of tour. The vans are old and quite rattly, also it is hard to see out the windows if you are tall. A/C in the van wasn't turned on and we had to open windows which created a lot of dust. Also, we didn't get our free water in the vehicle until we reached our destination! Also, the music was on in the van and it was hard to hear each other talk. A metal pole broke off the side of the van and was hanging down (dangerous) so we tied it up ourselves because the driver didn't seem to care. Our driver guide was very good and knowledgeable. Though, on the day to drive home we felt like we were rushed to be up at 6am so we could get back to Kigali because he then had to drive back Uganda after he dropped us home. We really wanted a sleep in (after our hard hike to gorillas) but we felt pressured - I think that this should have been our call to leave later (we left Kigali at 9am so should have left Uganda at 9am). The stop in Kampale on the way home was a bit ad-hoc and odd - sat at a restaurant on a busy street to eat our packed lunch, then went to find 2 craft stores and driver had to have the car washed at the same time. We think that the car should be washed at a time when the passengers are not using it, or else it feels like we are spending our tour time waiting for the car. Overall, if you are looking for a more budget tour option then this one is a good choice. If you want to spend a little more for a better vehicle and nicer accommodation then you should shop around.

(High) Expectations Exceeded!
5/5

Just returned from a safari in Kenya and Tanzania with my 9 year-old daughter. Rose planned the perfect itinerary, found us the perfect lodges and camps, and booked the most amazing private guide for us - all of which combined made for a fantastic trip. I've been on quite a few safaris but this was the first with my child, and we brought along a friend who was also on her first safari, so I wanted it to be really special. Rose went above and beyond to make sure it all came together and it did. Was super impressed, especially, by the "Wild Child" program and kid-friendly staff at Kichwa Tembo (if you have a child - go there!) and the elegance, beauty, and level or service at Entamanu Ngorongoro. All the details were well organized, and communication was excellent at all times. Having a pro guide with us all the way through was the best - and meant that we always had our own private game drives and could be on whatever schedule and pace that worked best for us. I can't imagine ever booking a group safari again, now that I know the level of service available from Rose! To Rose and the team at Luxury Safari Company: thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Highlight of my travels
5/5

Our Tanzania trip with guide Elisha from e-Trip Africa was absolutely amazing and we saw so many animals, beyond anything we had imagined. We stayed in fantastic locations, very comfortable and varied, and always had delicious meals and service. The people of Rwanda and Tanzania were so kind and thoughtful in every way. Elisha knew so much about his country, the wildlife and driving/guiding. We would hope to see a particular animal and next thing we were there, seeing it all up close. It was sooo sooo amazing, thanks to his knowledge and understanding of what we enjoyed. He was very adaptable, and we discussed our safari options each morning and afternoon to make the most of our time. The places we visited were all teeming with wildlife and we saw so many leopards, cheetahs and lions as well as thousands of elephants, giraffe, zebra, hippos, wildebeest and the list goes on. We were amazed by all the birds too, and learned so much about the animals and the circle of life. Our Rwanda mountain gorilla encounter had me in tears of joy - what a special experience. We were lucky enough to spend an hour with the Pablo family (25 gorillas of which we saw 22). These creatures are beyond beautiful and I could have watched them all day. Now we are busy telling all our friends about it and planning to take them with us next time. e-Trip Africa were excellent in organising everything, with replies to my emails coming within 24 hours (mostly less than that), even when we were on tour. Everything went smoothly and we would unreservedly recommend them to show you these parts of Africa. Thankyou!
