Amazing 7-day migration safari!
5/5

My boyfriend and I did a 7-day safari with Sayari Tano. We spent 3 days in Serengetti , including 2 days in northern Serengetti to see the wildebeests migration at Mara river. We found the tour on tripadvisor, but booked directly with the operator. It was the best value we found, and the safari was even beyond our expectation. Our driver/guide Freddy was young but very experienced, and very knowledgable about animals. We saw loads of animals, especially lions from just meters away! Every meal during the safari was delicious. The 4X4 has a roof that opens, so we had a fantastic view from up high. The team did all they could to take good care of us. We just couldn't be more happy with the safari!

Best Safari experience in Kenya and Tanzania
5/5

This Canadian based tour operator is excellent. They work with two locally owned agencies, in Kenya and Tanzania, so you get a lot of local experience in designing your itinerary. The driver/guides were knowledgeable and professional. The selections of accommodations was exceptional and added to our safari experience and were selected to met our safari requests.
I couldn't recommend them more
You just gotta use them when you go to Africa (Kenya and Tanzania)
We also used them to add on a gorilla trek in Rwanda and some sun in Zanzibar. Again Africa Bound Safaris paired with professional local agencies and we had no issues and great experiences.

8 night Kenya/Tanzania Safari - lovely!
5/5

We spent 8 nights on safari in Kenya and Tanzania with IKAT. and had a great experience overall. We had a custom tour with a private guide/driver the entire time just for my wife and I. We had 3 guides on the trip and they all took good care of us. We saw all the animals except leopards. We got very close to lions, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, hippos, crocodiles and we saw the wildebeest migration in Masai Mara and Serengeti. We chose all of our own camps and lodges and Francis organized everything for us. He was always quick to respond to our emails and we had Whatsapp communication with him before and during the trip. Everything we needed was taken care of. Ngorngoro Crater was our favorite place, but we enjoyed every stop!

My best hotel experience so far
5/5

We stayed three nights at Tremisana Lodge.
The staff was very welcoming. In that hotel there is not the typical division between guests and staff. You live there together, eat together and talk together about the animals and last sightings. I reallly enjoyed that.
Furthermore the rangers really love their job and do their best to find as much animals as possible. They are very well trained.
The food is typical South African an homemade. We loved it so much.
The beds with its down blankets are amazing.
I fell in love with the bush and really miss the lodge.

Safari was great. Food was very bad at Masai Mara and on road.
4/5

James was an excellent guide and driver and took us to the deep interiors of Masai Mara to ensure that we could see all the Big 5. Lake nakaru was a bit disappointing as the hoards of Flamingos expected were not there and we should have been informed earlier. Gorge walk and water safari in Lake Naivasha were interesting.
However the food at Masaia Mara especially the dinner was really of very poor quality. At Nakaru and Naivasha it was better.
All in al a memorable experience but do something about Board arrangements.

We had a long communication before I settled on the offers and after my 6 days trip in Kenya Maasai mara , Lake Nakuru and Amboseli with onward Kilimanjaro trek my expectations were all met.
The service was well organised.

Amazing experience with fantastic driver/guide, never to be forgotten
5/5

When I talked to Benson he told me he was the kid on the side of the road who wanted to grow up and drive that Safari truck. Well he did and more, he has created a company in his country with fellow Tanzanians and shows it to anyone who wants to view it with gusto. Our driver Peter was fantastic, we at all times were safe, treated with the highest regard, given a wealth of information about everything people, places, landmarks, animals. This trip was never on my bucket list, however because of my sister in law and the Benson Safaris team, it has become a trip of a lifetime.

We had an unforgettable safari. Roger have been a wonderful guide, very friendly, very skilled and professional.
He has a perfect knowledge of the place and the fauna and really knows how to spot the animals.
Also it is to mention that Roger have made this trip very safe and very enjoyable for all the family.
We hope to renew this experience soon !

Simply Fantastic
5/5

Cuan was referred to us by our daughter who had used African Ubuntu Safaris the pervious year. From the start his planning, communication and advice was first rate. We can't speak highly enough of the service he provided and, above all, the specific recommendations he put together based on our discussions with him. We are so glad we accepted all his recommendations - the visit to Victoria Falls, the houseboat and the Game Lodge on the Chobe River and then a magic three nights at Shinde Camp in the Okavango Delta. Everything ran like clockwork, including his father, Gerald meeting us in Jo'burg to look after our extra luggage until our return from the safari. The service Cuan and Gerald provided exceeded all our expectations and it was delivered with both professionalism and genuine interest. If you are considering a safari, you can't do better than African Ubuntu.
