Fantastic experience
5/5

CKC Tours (John Mohoho) planned our 6 person excursion (2 days in Massai Mara, a travel day and 2 days in Amboseli). They arranged pickup at the Nairobi airport when we arrived and planned every step of our trip until we left. If there was a problem, John was there to resolve the issue immediately. The trip could not have been better planned or executed.

In addition, both safari locations were different and fabulous. Massai Mara was a sweeping vista of hills, valleys and grassy plains surrounded by mountains. The weather was perfect and the guide was excellent. The guides communicate via radio and if one spots an interesting sight, they all know about it. Our guide was continually spotting animals, getting us close to them and providing excellent commentary along the way. We spent as much time off road as on roads. Also, do not pass up the chance for the Hippo breakfast. The view and food are both incredible. From the airport pickup to airport droppoff, Massai Mara was a continual source of beauty and fun.

Amboseli was also a wonderful experience. It was different in that it was a desert plain at the base of Kilamanjaro. Awesome mountain views at sunrise and sunset are not to be missed. We spent most of the time on roads and trails but animals were plentiful and varied. In addition, the wetlands provided wonderful opportunities to spot many different birds. Observation hill is a great place to see the whole panorama at once.

I would highly recommend having CKC Tours arrange a trip for you .. I know we will return and have John and his group plan another spectacular vacation for us.

Also, both lodges were terrific. Clean, friendly, customer oriented and terrific food (buffet style).

Three days volcano and gorilla adventure!
5/5

Ubuntu Voyages was recommended by two travellers in Kisoro Uganda for their budget friendly all-in packages to the active volcano and the Gorillas of Virunga NP in Congo. But is was much more. I travelled to the border on a rented motorbike and Adilli, the owner, waited for me at the grand barriere border. He arranged my bike to be stalled at his home on the Rwandan site and after crossing the border (don't forget to buy or take the yellow fever document at the border it cost me 70$ about which Adilli informed me in advance!) we went straight to the hotel to check in. Then we went to have some party at the big Amani festival. Afterwards we visited a local restaurant for some goat meat and a beer and checked out a nice bar!

The trips to the volcano and the gorillas where perfectly organised. Picked up at the hotel to shop for the night at the edge of the volcano and then by 4 wheel drive to the park entrances. I mean this is one of the interest densest areas in the world, unbelievable beauty combined with fauna nowhere else found in the world!

In short highly recommended and although the steep costs of the permits, worth every penny and much cheaper then Rwanda and Uganda!

A dream come true - Gorilla trekking
5/5

Richard who was my tour guide is an amazing person and I give him and his company my best recommendation.

I got in contact with Richard through a friend in Denmark and this was the best thing that could ever happen.
I called Richard and told him what I wanted to do and my budget. Let me be honest I did not give him an easy job. I basically just wanted to go on Gorilla Trekking in the other end of the country, in the most expensive season, alone, on a low budget, all parameters which don’t really go hand in hand. Even though I put Richard on a hard mission he managed to deal with it, to give me my dream trip. I will be forever grateful for the experience he made possible and made my biggest dream come true.
I had the most amazing experience trekking the Gorillas in Mgahinga National Park which was a dream come true.

As getting around in Uganda consist of a lot of driving I of course got to know Richard. He is a funny, careful, understanding, and sweet young man who knows a lot, and doing a trip with him will definitely not be something to regret

wonderful trip for Safari Tanzania
5/5

We have the group of 11 peoples, I am the organizer. When we search from the TripAdvisor website for Safari Tanzania, we found Easy Travel. Through the easy travel website, I talked to Jessica almost every day, she is such great lady, answered all my questions, and give me great suggestion. Due to the big group, wiring transfer the deposit was big issue. Only rely on the website information, the 10K deposit, that was a little scaring. But we got very quick response after the wire done. Start from there, everything went well. Our tour guides, Thomas and Alex, they are so knowledgeable, and experienced, answered all the questions we had. Due to the distant with the animals, we can not see them so clear, the tour guides always showed the pictures and explained their life habits. The hotels with our comfort plus plan, those are wonderful, rooms and food, all 5 stars. At the end of trip, Easy travel gave us a surprise party in their office building which is big building. All staffs joined the party and singing the sound for us, and the company CEO gave us a talk, such the warm feeling. And we got the big cake at end of party. Great experience with Easy Travel, a lot of memory for this trip. I don't need to recommend, you know what I mean.

Memorable, wonderful experience
5/5

We had the pleasure of visiting Tanzania several years back, long before Mussa had his own safari company. It was one of the most memorable trips we have taken. It wasn't just the safari that we still remember, but our time spent with our safari guides was unforgettable. Mussa was one of two guides assigned to our group of 10. He was wonderful- very knowledgeable, respectful, trustable, and very concerned about our well-being, especially that of the young children and elders in our group. He taught and showed us a lot- life on the Serengeti, life and culture in Tanzania, and his own personal life. We even had the pleasure of meeting his wife! We couldn't have been happier with our interactions with Mussa and our experience in Tanzania. We highly recommend Mussa; we would love to visit again!

Trip of a Lifetime
5/5

I've always wanted to go on an African Safari - and that came true for my 30th birthday celebration. After months of research and back and forth with several agencies, my husband and I decided to work with African Qingshan - and couldn’t be more pleased! The whole experience went beyond our expectations. The planning was led by Thompson (based out of Arusha), who was very responsive, giving us recommendations and being receptive to our feedback. He took into consideration everything we wanted to see and gave us several options to choose from. Planning a trip from afar can make some feel skeptical, but Thompson made us feel very comfortable. Upon arriving in Tanzania we were welcomed by Thompson, who talked us through our itinerary once again. We did our first game drive at the Serengeti. Chicho was our driver, and he was amazing! He clearly knew his way around the parks, knew about the animals and the local Masai tribes. Chicho was extremely patient and had such great energy - making our experience truly special. We saw SO many animals, it was awesome. During our trip we visited the Serengeti, Ngorongoro (Ndutu and Ngorongoro Crater), Manyara and Tarangire. Our accommodations varied from luxury tents, to lodges, to hotels - all selected based on preference and budget. None of them disappointed - we had wonderful stays and the hospitality was incredible! We had a chance to meet one of the African Qingshan partners, Danny, who wanted to make sure we’re having a good time. After our Safari adventure, the journey continued to Zanzibar - which was beautiful. Thompson also helped set up a guide for a tour of Stone Town, and a boat trip to Mnemba island. Overall, this trip was even better than anticipated. We can’t stop looking at pictures and bragging about it to our friends! We recommend African Qingshan, they were very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were having an unforgettable trip!

Incredible Africa!
5/5

It was not our first African adventure but probably the best. We mostly stayed in small comfortable lodges right in the national parks or very close to them. The guides were very friendly and professional and we had an overall feeling of being taken care of. Their knowledge of where and when to go was incredible. We have never seen so many lions, leopards, cheetahs, hippos, elephants, you name it ever! And one more thing - buy from the locals! They are an African company - you don't pay to intermediaries, all the money goes to those who deliver and you also save because you pay less and get a better price/value ratio. Highly recommended! If we ever decide to get back to this part of Africa we will use the services of the same company. Thank you guys!
