Amazingly efficient and accommodating
5/5

Big Foot was wonderful to work with in all aspects from beginning to end. I have not found such efficiency in the 21 years I've been coming to Kenya. From our first call to the last contact when they picked us at the airport we were pleased with the friendliness, the care we received, and the reservations that were made for flying and for our hotel in Mombasa. It's nice to have a company that is so accommodating in providing options and making wonderful arrangements. We have used them several times and each time has been a great experience. They take care of all the details that I normally concern myself with and then some. They have connections with great places and their attention to customer care is over the top. Booking with Bigfoot makes things so easy and convenient you are left with nothing but to relax and enjoy your travel experience.

All around great three days
5/5

I had only three days of a trip to Masai Mara - and looked for something cost effective and found Karibu Safaris online. In the run up, I was grateful for Robert’s fast replies and help with online payment and organising pick up from my hotel. They also kindly babysat my giant suitcase whilst we were in Masai Mara.
And the good experience continued. Our driver and guide got us there quickly and safely and was a great guide when we first went into the park. The accommodation was also super and food throughout was yummy (and healthy). We also spent the whole second day in the park, saw a huge amount of wildlife and decided we didn’t need a third trip after such two successful outings.
I’m especially grateful that the team got us back to Nairobi in time for my onward journey - and got me safely all the way to my airport hotel.

I would definitely use Karibu Safaris again if and when I am back and can recommend them wholeheartedly!

Except the shopping schedule others are just perfect
5/5

They replied very simple but fast, and they really did everything they promised, before/ after pick-up and accomendation (very nice and comfortable ) , which is all satisfying !! the guide looks serious, but very soon I found he is so friendly and easy going. So much fun throughout our trip! And he is also very professional, telling us everything about the animals. He also has very sharp eyesight that he can always spot animals from a distance and tried everything to let us take the best photos. The cook is awesome too! Lunch box is with some limitations but the dinner was all wonderful the cook himself is very fun to talk too! I enjoyed my safari with them a lot. The only thing I dislike is we were taken to a Massai tribe, which didn’t list in our itinerary. Those people Tried to sell you souvenir desperately and the price is ridiculous ! And the chief of tribe asked me to donate to their school so straightforwardly like I owed him the money! The tribe isn’t worthy to visit because they are so impatient when introducing their culture , their only focus is how much money they can get from you! I would 100% recommend Meru Slope to all travelers but suggest saying NO to the tribe schedule directly .

Attentive to our needs and made adjustments were required
5/5

We were on a photographic safari and Vuriva understood and made adjustments as necessary to meet our photographic needs. They adjusted starting times and breakfast/lunch to make for the best times for light and animal activity. We had some problems early on with communications with one driver but Vuriva quickly fixed the problem. Their attentiveness to our needs was impressive.

Everything, really everything was perfect! Kelvin Papai Your organizing was top. Guide Johnson - with You my son Paul (21) and me (61) would go everywhere! Accommodation all in all very fine with the highlight Ngorongoro Coffee Farm House. The Ngorongoro Crater seems to be the paradize on earth.

Excelent service and personalized experience!
5/5

I am very happy with the service provided by Kili Serengeti Guides! I would definitely recommend their services! The service provided was very good from the begining. Communications were fluid and prompt and the owner of the Company was always responsive and helpful. The Team meet with us on the previous day to Safari to provide some explanation and they even gave us a lift to a local Museum and took us back to the Hotel afterwards (no extra charge). Safari was amazing and Mike (the driver and guide) surely knew what he was doing, his experience could show. He was very kind and did a very good job! We had a wonderful time and it was an amazing life experience. Thank you for everything!

Great overall experience!
5/5

I am the co-founder of a travel company, Curious on Tanzania, and started our trip with a group of 17 from Kenya to Tanzania in September 2017 and Catherine, the founder of Trekkr Africa was so instrumental in the success and authenticity of our trip that we couldn't have asked for a better travel operator. She even assisted us find a non for profit organization to work with last minute.

Thank you so much to the founder and looking forward to doing repeat business with you.

Amazing Adventure
5/5

I have just returned from a 10 day safari with Crystal Safaris in Uganda. Barbara, helped me to create my tailor trip that was personalised to my interests She answered to my many questions quickly and she told me whatever I have to know before starting my trip.
Our guide, Jonah, is a very good guide, he told us about all the wildlife we saw, about the areas we were visited and about life in Uganda.
The vehicle we had it was spacious with a pop-up roof that was ideal for game driving.
I stayed at 2 of their lodges The Gorilla Safari Lodge in the Rushaga area of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, where I went on a gorilla trek, and The Crater Safari Lodge near Kibale National Forest where I went on a Chimpanzee trek . Both lodges are nice, staff has been very kind and nice with us and careful to our necessity.
