We had a fantastic experience with Best Memory Safari
It was so much more than we had expected - best safariguide/driver, amazing nationalparks, staying at the most wonderful lodges.

Do NOT Book with This Company!
Do not book with this company! The principal, "John William" runs a scam operation - possibly in connection with others. He'll take your money and then tell you shortly before your scheduled arrival that his company is in financial trouble BUT there is another safari operator who can help - IF you pay again for the trip. Also, "John William" will tell you that he made mistakes in the day-by-day activities list that he sent you so, sorry, but you have to pay your own way, for example, to Zanzibar from Tanzania. And, oops, there is an extra safari day listed by mistake so you’ll need to find something else to do on that date at your expense. "John William" (I don't believe it's his real name!) is a liar and a scammer. Also, by the way, when he says he's "booked" a reservation, it does not mean he's paid for it. I've been told that he runs his bogus operation from the United States. After cheating so many people out of money, his website is still active as he's trying to swindle as much money out of folks that he can before he's carried off in handcuffs.
If you already have been victimized, contact your charge card company, the police, and Elly Maturo (+255 713 230 134), [email protected], from the Tanzania Cultural Tourism Program.

So Sorry It Ever Had to End
We returned from a 12-day safari with Bright African about a week ago and we are wishing we were still with them. From the moment they met us at the airport to the point they returned us there – we were provided unparalleled service. The itinerary proposed by Salim (from the office) was perfect for our needs. But what really made the experience beyond special was our guide Salim (different than the office one). What a wonderful man! His knowledge of animals, the country and the culture was phenomenal. We booked a private tour (which was no more expensive than most group tours) and every day and every experience was scheduled based upon conversations on what we wanted next. Salim understood our desire NOT to observe kills and discretely avoided those. We watched as other companies sped down the road with overloaded vehicles, and gathered around box lunches and canned soda. We had the full vehicle to ourselves and were treated, daily, to a hot lunch with fresh made coffee and tea. Salim made a point to share leftovers with park rangers and other local staff rather than wasting it. After I asked about what might be a typical meal at his home, he asked the chef at one of the locations to make a special meal just for our table that included African dishes. Most companies can provide a guide who can find a multitude of animals but Bright African Safaris provided a wonderful person who provided a once in a lifetime experience and all of this at the most competitive price we found. I will be writing a day-by-day trip report and would be more than happy to answer any questions about Bright African Safaris. They are absolutely wonderful!

Excellent experience in Kruger Park, and all thanks to RedAfrica!
The tour guide Jaco, we really like him. He gave us an unforgettable tour in Kruger Park and Panorama Route. Except interesting introduction of animals inside the park, he also showed us cultural, natural, historical etc. parts of South Africa. The safari he took us in, was at some point even more interesting and exciting than the safari organized by camp. The food was also great, no matter the place he took or he cooked for us~ He really gave us a nice memory of SA, and we will definitely come back! Hope he could be our tour guide once again!

We had a great safari and wonderful experience in Kenya.
Our safari was prepared for us by Emmanuel. He met us when we arrived for our safari, and gave us a wonderful parting gift when we were done. Our driver, Michael, was very friendly and informative. Our vacation was well planned out for us. We saw all we came to see and more. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Exceeded all hopes, which were high
I hadn’t realised the distances involved and the quality of the roads, so my chosen itinerary was challenging but am so exceptionally grateful to Yala Safaris for taking it on and their guide, Robert, who went to exceptional lengths to ensure we squeezed every opportunity from my limited time. So clearly proud of his country and exceptionally knowledgeable, I was in great hands. Game safari with elephants, giraffes, a pride of lions, warthog, antelope and in the presence of a Leopard was just the first morning. Afternoon on the Nile with hippos, crocodiles, numerous birds, finished by the fastest waterfall in the world at Murchison finishing Day 1. Day 2 walked near Rhino and her baby on the journey back to Kampala. Day 3, rafted a grade 5 on the Nile at Jinja. Day 4 journeyed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park forest with lots of sights along the way arriving at Gorilla in the Mist Camp at dusk. Day 5, trecked the forest with local guides and trackers and had the privilege of spending an hour with Mountain Gorillas. Spotted monkeys on journey away and following morning allowed a quick peek at Mburu to see Empala and Zebras before arriving mid day at airport for flight home. I missed a few dinners and even more breakfasts to achieve this but there was never a word of complaint, Robert and Yala truly gave me an experience of a lifetime.
Stunningly different
Namibia is a spectacular country of amazing contrasts in scenery, wildlife and historical culture.
The people are lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our entire visit.
