A very good experience in Southern África
5/5

We receave good information about all the trip and the places we visit. The lodges were according to what was expected, except the "Zebra River Lodge", a place to forget. Most of the locals we visit exced ours expectation. Clife, our guide, is a very kind and profissional guy.

Amazing experience, well organised and with prepared and helpful guide
5/5

The organization proved to be helpful during the preparation of the trip, and helped me to organize my staying in Arusha after the Safari. (I had some extra days that I wanted to spend backpacking around in Tanzania).
I decided for a camping safari, anyway the accommodation provided for me in Arusha was a really nice and characteristic place which I enjoyed.
The experience during the Safari was greatly improved by a very experienced and documented guide named Issack which was able to provide any kind of information on the wildlife (If needed books were available with picture and information on the animals as well) as well as on the life of the communities we encounter during the trip.
Despite the decision to take the safari at the end of the rain season when animals are scattered on the land we were able to spot any sort of predators (leopard and cheetah included) and the rhinos in Ngorongoro crater.
I had an amazing experience with some unforgettable moments during the game drives and met nice and helpful people which company I enjoyed.

Highly responsive, competitive pricing
4/5

I went with Cross Country for a May 2017 trip to Zambia primarily because they were consistently over time the most responsive to my inquiries and their price was competitive. I wish they had stronger knowledge of camps at Kafue NP in Zambia to tell me that animal viewing in May would be better at a riverside camp than at Kanga Camp which is deep in the bush. But the 2 camps they chose at South Lwange (Flatdogs and Chichele Lodge) were excellent. They were understanding when I wired $200 less than I was supposed to as an oversight and agreed with my suggestion of providing that cash on arrival, which was flexibility I appreciated. I mainly just appreciated knowing that if I sent an email, I'd hear back quickly, even if an interim response.

Amazing Service and price! Thank you!
5/5

When we were looking to go to Safaries in Africa, we had no idea about the cost, experiences, schedule - virtually nothing. Then we came through Compass Odyssey, who were graceful on every step. We had some schedule fixed, and we wanted to visit certain safaries : Chobe, Kruger/Sabi, and Victoria Falls. Compass Odyssey not only happily agreed to schedule as we desired, they were fantastic on doing there job! Their response time was always extremely fast, and every response was on the spot. While we were in safaries, they always took care of things in advanced by letting my apointments informed to me and them. I hope to visit South African Safaries with schedules set up by Compass Odyssey again. It was a great pleasure having you as an agent and really would hope to have you once again for our future journey.

5 Day Gorilla, Chimpanzee & Nature wildlife Uganda safaris with Wal-Mark Africa Safaris
5/5

Sorry I took long to write a review on Wal-Mark Africa safaris because I couldn’t access the link.

Just want to appreciate all the arrangements, bookings and correspondences your Tour consultant effected to make me feel that I was dealing with a reputable Travel agency. Had reserved only 2 days for the Gorilla tracking but your advice to reschedule during the low season worked out and I managed to afford a 5-day Gorilla, Chimpanzee and nature wildlife safari in Uganda on flexible Budget thanks to the guidance.

Pickup from the airport by Rogers William- Guide was on time and is a very interactive and social guy easy to get along besides being insightful in so many spheres of light, travel, culture, nature and international issues and he was good company throughout my trip.

Rogers did go an extra mile to show me around the city urban nightlife and ensured I had a good time meeting other travelers at places like Big Mike on Acasia road, Cayene in Bukoto and Jazaville in Bugolobi during my stay in Kampala.

Accommodation selection was ambient in Jinja- Source of the Nile Hotel, Kampala- Golf Course Hotel, Buhoma Community cottages in Bwindi rainforest park and Pamba cottages in Queen Elizabeth National park. Good food diversity, coffee, hospitality of hotel staff deserves credit among the countries I have trended
Wishing you all the best and look forward to seeing again in 2018 during our Africa re-union with my friends and Gorilla tracking will be a must on our adventures in Uganda with Wal-Mark Africa Safaris

God Bless

Perfect safari
5/5

Great experience with Mega Adventure. The guide and the cook were very nice and professional. The safari was well organized and corresponded with what we had agreed on. The explanations about animals and wild life were very interesting and relevant. The food was delicious. We would book again with Mega Adventure without hesitation !

Good Price Quality Ratio
4/5

For my second visit to Uganda, I was wondering if I should self drive or use the services of an agency.
Tourland Uganda made me a very attractive offer (much lower than the competition) and showed great flexibility upon creating the itinerary.
All in all a good experience with a reliable agency, and a very good and very motivated driver / guide, Emma.
The special moments are definitely Gorilla Tracking and Chimpanzees Habituation (far superior to Chimpanzees Tracking)
Queen Elisabeth NP was a huger disappointment but for the Kazinga Channel
Murchison Falls offers good wild life viewing all in all
Beware that Uganda is a very expensive destination.

Unforgettable 8-Day Northern Tanzania Wildlife Safari!
5/5

Fantastic Experience!

Traveling for the sake of disconnecting your self from the usual crazy routines you do is such a big break! I had a fun time though it wasn’t comfortable at all times to get out of your comfort zone to be honest but it is well worth it!

I had the pleasure of having a good time enjoying every exotic meals me and my partner had throughout the journey, we also enjoy the scenery of the place, the heat, the rides and the interaction with the nature & community, and the friends we made. This tour made me grateful of what I actually have at the moment back home. By the way, Ezekiel our tour guide was very helpful, attentive and cheerful. offered to take pictures for us also very patient in giving instructions and reminders.

I would definitely recommend this tour!

Review about Pilanesberg Game Reserve by Mohammed
Overall rating
4/5

Although a relatively small Reserve, Pilanesberg is popular due to its proximity to the Sun City resort. Very scenic with a mountainous section and a large dam which is a refuge for local birds. Lots of Wildlife present and one may be lucky enough to catch sight of one of the large carnivores which are scattered across the park.

Fantastic Experience!!
Overall rating
5/5

We had a fantastic 5 day trip to the Kruger National Park this February, stayed in the Southern section of the park around Crocodile Bridge and Lower Sabie. Amazing sightings, seen all of the Big 5 as well as a pack of Wild Dogs over the first 2 days. The highlight was an adult leopard consuming an impala in a tree closeby to the road. It was just after the rainy season and the vegetation was lush with lots of Birdlife around, especially around the rivers. We went during the off-peak season so the roads were quiet and it definitely had a "bush vibe", the only crowds were in the rest camps and at the day picnic spots where we had our lunches. Accommodation at the camps is basic but comfortable with all of the essentials provided. Overall a wonderful experience and a must-see for all nature lovers!
