Helpful from start to end!
5/5

Mussa is an excellent guide and organiser. Everything was arranged really well and going the extra mile seems normal to Mussa. We can absolutely recommend Mussa to everyone going on a safari to Tanzania!

Excellent experience and apart from a couple of misunderstandings our safari went according to plan
5/5

We booked with Peter quite late but everything was arranged very quickly and very professionally. Our driver was very good and the trip, even though involved very long drives, was very good. Accommodation in both lodges was excellent including the food. However, even though the lodge in the Masai Mara tour (The Azur Haven Lodge) is advertised as having good and fast internet connection, there was no internet connection at all during the day for lack of electricity, which was a bit of a problem as my brother had to make several calls to control his business back at home but wasn't able to do so. At Lake Nakuru Lodge we had a misunderstanding with the our package as the reception was telling us that it hadn't been paid even though we had. The staff were not very nice nor helpful and made us feel as though we were trying to get out of paying for our stay until they spoke to Peter in Nairobi and all was sorted but then had the same situation with the lunch arrangement on the last day. Anyway, in all we would recommend using Flash Mc Tours and hope that the company revise these small misunderstandings so that the same situation doesn't happen to other guests.

Flawless experience for our honeymoon
5/5

When I started to look for a Safari, I contacted many agencies based in Arusha. Of all the offers I received, the one from Benson Safaris caught my attention because of how compliant it was with my initial request. Pendo, the manager I spoke with, was able to give me valuable advices on how to improve my safari and still stay on my budget.
The safari itself was amazing. They took care of everything, including getting in touch with an orphanage where we wanted to make a donation.
Thanks to our french-speaking guide, Frank, we saw more wildlife than we could ever have dreamed of. The big five of course, but also dramatic scenes of hunting along the Mara River and deep inside the Serengeti. We might had some luck, but the experience of our guide and his ability to spot animals was impressive.
About the comfort you have nothing to worry about, the vehicle was equipped with many power plugs, we had more drinks than needed, and breaks were organized on request.
I would strongly recommend Benson Safaris to any person willing to discover all the wonders Tanzania has to offer. Everything was perfect !

Best safari trip/ Service minded staff!
5/5

I have to say that Tiago was the reason why I chose to go with this company. Over 78 emails that we have exchanged, she was always prompted, flexible and detailed in her responses. I knew that this would be the company who cares about the guests.

And Simon, our driver and guide, didn't disappoint us! He is very knowledgeable about animals and the parks and made us feel safe with his driving skills the whole time we were on the road. He went above and beyond for us (we spotted 4 of the big 5 and it was our last day in the park and he decided to stay past his working hours to find a rhino for us!) He knows the park very well - we saw herds of wildebeests crossing the river in their migration 2 times in 1 day, which was amazing! Big thank you shout out to Simon!

Highly recommend this company! The whole staff team has service mind and knows how to be flexible to satisfy the guests! Next time I go back to Kenya, there's no doubt that I will use Spirit of Kenya again!

Personal service and follow up, both before and during the trip.
4/5

Good communication and service. Our expectations was fulfilled.
Some misunderstanding when entering Mikumi National Park lead to a unexpected double payment of entrance fee, but this was solved by the operator, after we returned home.

A very well-organised and engaging experience catered to our preferences.
5/5

Our trip with Wildtouch Tours and Travel to Lake Nakuru National Park was quite simply a great day out. The travel was comfortable, the safari was perfect, the lunch was delicious and our guide was attentive. The team were friendly, helpful and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend using them for any Kenyan experience.

Awsome 8-day-Safari in Uganda
5/5

This tour really surpasses our expectations of Uganda. This country is definitely the pearl of Africa.

Organization:
From the first contact to the drop-off at the airport, every detail was well organized by Elias, the owner of Home To Africa and Karim, our guide. We had a very nice call with Carina, the German Customer relations manager of Home To Africa. All of them did a great job and made our trip truly amazing.

Uganda:
This country is very friendly and safe in our opinion. People were very helpful and grateful, that people come to visit their country. Children waving on the streets. No one tries to scam tourists. We fell in love with Uganda and its natural beauty.

Tour:
Hot savannah in the north. Cold mountain forests in the south. The tour covers almost the whole diversity of Uganda. Our highlights were the gorillas of the mist in Bwindi, the chimpanzees of Kibale and Murchison Falls national park wildlife.

Food and Drinks:
We enjoyed a full board service during our trip – breakfast and dinner in the lodges and lunch as a picnic in the national parks.

Lodges:
We had different standards ranging from comfort to luxury – but all were amazing in their own way. Some convinced with their food, some with exceptional service, others with breathtaking locations. We would return to every single one.

Guide:
Karim was like a father to us. He made us feel comfortably during the whole tour and made us familiar with Uganda´s culture, food, landscapes and wildlife. Karim was the reason, why we fell in love with this country so much. At the end of our trip we, felt like a little family.

Conclusion:
This tour is highly recommendable and perfect to get to know the Pearl of Africa. Home To Africa is an amazing tour operator and showed us, that Uganda has a lot more to offer than only its gorillas.

The perfect Safari with Mussa!
5/5

Just finished an amazing four-day safari with Roam Serengeti Safaris - and I can't say enough good things about the experience! Our brilliant guide, Mussa, picked us up from our hotel in Arusha on Day 1 and took care of everything from there - including getting us within touching distance of lions, leopards, hyenas, giraffes, cheetahs, Elephants and water buffalos. And we even the elusive black rhino! Mussa has a great knowledge of the local area/animals (and where to find them!). The accomodation Mussa sorted was also amazing. Our expectations were far exceeded and were once in a lifetime experiences. Also we had our own private Chef who cooked amazing breakfasts, lunches and dinners! Book with Mussa - you won't be disappointed.
