BOTSWANA - SURPRISE
I am an experienced traveler, travelled all continents, only in Africa I did 11 countries mainly alone. Travelled difficult and sometimes really dangerous paths, I have never met such bad service as I encountered this August during "6 Days of Moremi Game Reserve" in Botswana. The service was provided by Waterlime Mobile Safaris.
And this is what Waterlime Mobile Safaris can provide:
1. Guides (Frank and Katee) who lie about travel conditions, change the route without your approval, refuse fresh water, shout at and ignore requests and protests of their customers.
2. Guides who are very reluctant to give their telephones to call their agency, and when communicating with their boss speak only their language so that others couldn’t figure out what they talk about.
3. Guide/ driver (Frank) who instead of driving along the paths for vehicles in National Parks, drives across the bush chasing animals, incl. a female elephant with a baby.
4. Guide/driver (Frank) who probably knows nothing about nature and tracing animals and cannot give any information about the area and traces basic animals with big difficulty.
5. Guide/driver (Frank) who is very willing to sleep with you in your tent and offers his service also at night.
Now it all looks a little funny but it was not on the spot.
It was a surprise, and not a pleasant one. I have never expected such a treatment in Africa.

Fantastic safari lead by a very knowledgeable guide!
Transtreck provided a great experience for my husband and I on our honeymoon. We saw about every animal imaginable and our guide, Tony, was extremely knowledgeable about the terrain and animals alike. We stayed in some amazing camps , our favorite being the Mara Bush Camp, met wonderfully interesting people and felt at home in the Jeep after a week or so. A highlight of the trip was seeing a cheetah stalk and run down a gazelle. Tony placed us in the perfect position to see the entire event from start to finish. Simply amazing!

I had booked our safari through Luitours and Safaris because of the many options they offered. We spent two nights in Selous Game Reserve and one night in Mikumi National Park. The staff at both places couldn't have been more accommodating - excellent!

Karibu Safaris is a guarantee
We was in a group safaris of 4 days Masai Mara + Lake Nakuru with Karibus Safaris.
We had a great experience with them, living the real Kenya Safari. We have seen all Big Five and all other animals that live in Masai Mara. All was perfect and i suggest to all to books safari trought them.

Great safari trip, good guides and very enjoyable
Haron was very communicative via email for the booking and organising of the tour. We visited 4 parks across Kenya and Tanzania, both Paul in Kenya and Peter in Tanzania were great guides, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable - saw lots of wildlife including lions, leopards and cheetahs, and learnt a lot in the process. Had a really great time.
Slight hiccups:
1) a misunderstanding by one of the lodges, but I would like to underline that Haron sorted it out IMMEDIATELY and it was NOT the fault of African Sunset Safaris, the lodge had made a mistake (I mention this despite it having zero negative effect on our trip as it shows how responsive and quick to fix things the team at African Sunset Safaris are);
2) slight disappointment the early morning game drive on the last day in the itinery turned out to be a mistake, but we had seen so much by then that actually not getting up at the crack of dawn on the last day wasn't a big issue!
All the lodges/tented camps (mix of mid-range and a couple of luxury) were amazing, beautiful rooms, attentive staff and delicious food.
Would definitely recommend African Sunset Safaris (and already have done to a friend).
I am going to copy this review to FB and tripadvisor, as some travellers use those forums to double check reputability etc, and I would't want others to be put off by a lack of reviews on either of those - great company, great people, great trip.

We had a fabulous honeymoon and couldn’t be happier we booked with Mmilo tours.
All that had been booked and arranged many months before hand all went to plan with no problems. The tour met my expectations! Food was lovely at our lodge and the Safari experience was amazing. We saw the big 5 on both tours which was incredible.

The guide's experience makes the difference.
it was a real wonderful experience. all the factors that make this beautiful are:
1. excellent language level of our guide
2. our guide knows perfectly the flora and fauna of the areas visited and illustrated everything perfectly.
3. the Geep put at our disposal has been very efficient in dealing with the numerous difficulties of the savannah.
