amazing easter safari
5/5

I spent my easter holiday in maasai mara and i must say everything was just awesome, i did my bookings with kenyasafaribookings with Stephen who just made everything easier for me from the word go, he briefed us well in Nairobi before we left for maasai mara , we even lacked questions to ask because the briefing explained evrything smothly and well understandable,
Our driver Sammy i must he is the best driver in the world, he was very carefull while driving and he follows all the traffic rules making me feel secure without any worries, we arrived at maasai mara safely and the game drive was wonderful, our driver made sure we see many wild animals and especially the big five which was the most important thing, he was so conversant with the park and the animals making our safari more and more enjoyable, the meals and the accomodation was the best thing, we enjoyed our meals and sleeping in the wild was the best thing ever,, thanks alot kenyasafari bookings cant miss to go to a safari with you guys, you are the best and i will reccommend anyone wishing to go to a safari book with kenyasafari bookings they are the BEST, onces again thank you so much kenyasafaribookings continue offering the best services as ever, you never dissapoints.

Wonderful 10 days in Kenya and Tanzania
5/5

Jane from Kenan Travel & Tours arranged such a wonderful 10-day vacation for my wife, myself and our friend Jill. The trip was perfect. We had amazing experience with the wild animals in Masai Mara and Serengeti. We saw about 40 lions including a few males lions and a lot of babies. We saw all the big five although it was in the low season of tourism in east Africa. Our guide and driver Naftali was super helpful in finding the best places to observe the animals. We had quite nice accommodation in Serena Safari Lodges. We had a special experience in Tortilis Camp in Serengeti. We spent 5 nights in Tanzania in the middle of the trip and went back to Kenya. I was a little concerned about the transition in the boarder before the trip. It turned out Jane had taken everything into consideration. Our drivers always met in the boarder area for handing over so that we did not need to worry about figuring out the way. We started to plan the vacation 3 months ago. Jane always replied tons of our emails very promptly. She was super patient to our questions and requests about the itinerary. One thing very worth mentioning was our friend Jill's luggage was lost by the airway company. Jane stayed in the Nairobi airport to communicate with the airway company. We were very worried about Jill. She could not enjoy the trip without all her clothes in the luggage. Jane went to the airport again in the early morning of the next day and got the luggage back. Jane sent us the luggage by a small aircraft from Nairobi to Masai Mara while we had already started the amazing safari.

Amazing experience with an adventure around every corner!
5/5

The safari was very well organized. The guides were friendly and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly where to take us to get the best views of the animals and the habitats. Communication was easy while planning the trip. They listened to what we needed and offered several options at very affordable prices. AA Africa did an excellent job creating a fun safari for our group with diverse interests and everyone went home with memories that will last a lifetime! I would definitely travel with AA Africa again!

Review about Okavango Delta by manga_mom

It was very wet while we were there, which sometimes made travel challenging, but even so, the safari vehicles navigated through the water over the sandy bottom. We didn't see quite as much wildlife here as in Chobe, probably because of the water levels, but had great looks at hippos and numerous birds.

Stunning in the Wet Season
Overall rating
5/5

We were at the "quiet end" of Chobe National Park, and although we weren't expecting so many sightings since it was the wet season, we had a spectacular time. Everything was green, elephants were everywhere, and a highlights was seeing female lions with 10 cubs. Just beyond them were Cape Buffalo. We also saw numerous birds, and wild dogs. The scenery from Baobab lodge, overlooking a flood plain toward Namibia, was spectacular. Giraffes, water bucks, and other animals came to drink, and the changing light and clouds across this open space was magnificent. We saw birds everywhere, both around the camp and while out driving. Even though wet season means animals are not clustered at water holes because there is water everywhere, it still made for very exciting viewing. Our guides were excellent, as was our accommodation at Baobab Lodge.

I loved Botswana's attention to eco-tourism and the concern with human-wildlife interactions.

Trip of a lifetime. Best vacation ever.
5/5

My husband and I went on a two week adventure with Augustine and his driver guides (Hillary and Elisha) starting in Arusha, Tanzania and ending our last night around a campfire in Northern Serengeti drinking a glass of wine and watching the sunset. This was a trip that we will never forget and recommend for everyone. It exceeded our expectations. We toured Tarangire National Park, Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Olduvai Gorge, and Serengeti National Park. We did game drives almost every day. We saw the great wildebeest migration in the Serengeti - three separate times the wildebeest and zebra crossed the Mara River. We even saw some giraffe and zebra crossing at the same time. Augustine has great eyesight and was able to find the Big Five for us. He was able to spot leopards in trees with their dead prey and lions laying in the grasses. We saw a hippo fight in the mud and elephants taking a mud bath. We also did a village walk which included a tour of an elementary school where the kids sang several songs to us, we visited a local farmers market, a Maasai village including inside their huts. There was always a good supply of bottled water wherever we went. The food was excellent including fresh fruit and fresh vegetables that were all washed with bottled water. We never had to worry about contaminated food which was one of my fears before the trip. The lodging was excellent from a hotel in Arusha to a mobile tents in the Serengeti. Our driver, Hillary and Elisha, were excellent in navigating over all the dirt roads which were a lot. Augustine possesses superior knowledge of Tanzania, its people and animals, and the land and plants. I asked many many questions which Augustine was able to answer 100% of the time. This was more than just a vacation, it was a learning experience about Tanzania and its people.

Unforgettable tour experience!
5/5

My wife and I went on the 13 day safari by Solaris tours and Safaris stretching from Nairobi To the Masai mara,Crossing into Tanzania and Exploring the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. From our research online,we were pressed to find a tour that covered this much in Kenya and Tanzania with comfort in accommodation that we were looking for. Solaris provided great value for money and they certainly delivered on their promise.

Their customer service was largely handled by Jose who was quick to respond, answer our many questions on itinerary and generally a very helpful and courteous person to interact with. Thus from a management perspective ,Solaris was able to meet our needs.

Our driver Thomas , a professional and seasoned driver /guide in Kenya and Phillipo in Tanzania. Accommodation was at level of comfort we expected and booked. The camp in Maasai mara covered our essential needs at least. All meals were covered in the tour price and ranged from decent to delicious. We were happy with our safari as we had breathtaking experiences.

I will be happy to recommend Solaris Tours and Safaris as an operator that gives you great value for money with good people working altogether delivering an excellent service.
