Emmanuel was very helpful from start to finish. We did a 5 day safari and it was excellent. Our transfer picked us up at the airport and drove us to our hotel in Arusha. Emmanuel met us there the following morning where he explained each day again to us about the safari. The accommodation/food was lovely. Our guide was also very nice and answered any questions we had. Emmanuel met us again in our hotel in Arusha once the safari was finished. Overall it was a great experience. Emmanuel is very professional.

Very pleasant and obliging
Very happy with the overall service from Crater Explorers, Emmanuel was very friendly from the beginning and very obliging to all our requests. We chose the 5-day Safari, were met at the airport and brought to a hotel in Arusha overnight. Emmanuel met us himself to go through everything the next morning before heading off on our safari. Our guide was very friendly, and the journey was very comfortable.
We had a small issue with timings on day 3 but that was quickly resolved once we contacted Emmanuel and he more than made up for it.

It was the best experience, the guide was amazing, full of knowledge and experience and we didn't give up until we saw everything we wanted to see. The lodges we stayed in were also very good.

Professional and flexible
I can only highly reccomend Lion King. From the initial conversations via email about the safari organization, up to the actual three day trip,everything went very well. Edi, our guide was very well prepared and professional. He took good care of us and also took the time to explain a lot of things we were seeing . We also had fun together and listened to good music . Karim, our chef, was also very attentive, warm, and prepared delicious food .
I general also a lot of local people confirmed to us that lion king is a good company that takes good care of both their employees and clients. Highly reccoemnded !

I have never expected that I will get the great vacation with this operator. He worked with my short vacation, being a solo traveler. Great communication, prompt response on all my questions, helped to puck the best time for me to go on safari. I don't enjoy heat and humidity. I felt very safe there even being a solo female traveler. Everything was exactly as described. Shuttle to the lodge and lodge were great. I like the stuff at the lodge. Very courteous and friendly. Very good selection and taste of food at the lodge, cooked to order. Amazing nights with bonfire at the lodge. Game driver was awesome. I got lucky to see all 5 big and 5 ugly at the safari besides other animals. Tour guide for panoramic view was very friendly and courteous. He showed more interesting places than I expected. I made a lot of photos. I had one of the best vacations of my life.
