CHEATS AND LIARS
I had a safari tour with my family and from the United States through email communication I felt as if though I was booking with a reliable and trustworthy company. I had communication with Magdalene. Our driver Steve tried to cancel part of our safari tour in order to try and pocket the entrance fees we had already paid the company! He confronted us during our family dinner to try to talk us out of it! How disrespectful and unprofessional! I never felt so insulted in my life. I contacted Magdalene who informed me I would be refunded and once I replied to confirm yes send me back my money I never heard one word back!! Do not trust this company. You should not have to go through this when visiting an unknown third world country. Of course safari is a great experience but you can experience all the wonderful things with ANY other company who has reliable staff and drivers, there are so many which shouldn’t try to cheat and steal from you! I tried to be calm about it but after all, I highly discourage anyone from booking with BigMac!

Perfect Experience with Laban and Gosheni!
We just completed a personalized, 7 day guided safari of Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Central and North Serengeti with Gosheni Safaris and our perfect guide/driver Laban. The safari was well planned, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the food was delicious.
However, our guide was the most essential part of the trip. Laban could drive on any terrain with ease. And there are challenging roads throughout the area.
Laban could spot wildlife that we couldn't begin to see without our binoculars. We were amazed and very appreciative of his talents.
He has a deep understanding of animal behavior which he used to spot as well as create the optimal viewing situation. Our understanding of the animals was deeply enriched by his knowledge.
My photography skills are limited. Many saw great shots and insured that I had a chance to get the best photos.
He was an all around lovely man with a delightful sense of humor. A great travel partner as well as guide and driver. Laban took very good care of us and was sensitive to all of our needs.
We highly recommend Gosheni Safaris with Laban as your guide.

Awesome Nature’s Wonderland Safaris
We have an overall awesome adventure on our August 2021 travel to Kenya. Joseph Mwangi, did an outstanding job in preparing everything for us. Transportation, accommodation in Masai Mara Camp, game drive safari activities for the whole week, and including our daily meals. From the time we landed in a Nairobi airport. We were picked up by our tour guide Jeremy who is always on time. They took great care of us. I highly recommend Nature’s Wonderland Safaris. It’s worth the money. We really enjoyed our safari adventures in Kenya

Honest and trustworthy company run by compassionate local people.
We made our last minute decision to book our Gorilla and Chimpanzee trekking tour. We contacted 5 different tour organizers and chose Bamboo Ecotours! The reason that we decided on this tour operator was because the quote we received was precisely laid out and it was very easy to compare from budget to midrange price lodges and from a driving option to flying option. Edison gave us complimentary upgrade to Rushaga Gorilla Lodge! He was always on top of everything and explained to us thoroughly regarding our concerns of current COVID travel restrictions. He made sure everything would go smoothly. He also programmed our PCR tests in our itinerary so we could have the results back on time for our flight home. We arrived Uganda from Kenya on August 31 and the next morning, Herbert our guide picked us up from our hotel in Entebbe. Because of current travel restrictions, tour companies cannot pick up their clients from Rwanda and cross the border into Uganda so he had to drive out of his way (which we believe it was a long distance) to meet us in Entebbe. As soon as we met him, we got along very well. He has a sweet and friendly personality and is passionate about his profession. He speaks English fluently! He drove us from Entebbe to the trekking location, which was Rushaga sector of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. On the way via the equator crossing, we stopped for lunch. The buffet lunch was very nice. We loved the chicken soup, freshly squeezed passion fruit juice, and some local dishes. All of them were delicious! We wished we had stopped there one more time on our way back. The next morning we did gorilla trekking. The trekking took about only 2 hours, and we could see a family of Silverback, mom, siblings, and baby gorillas. My partner is 67 years old who has a pain in his abdomen and back resulted from his surgery two years ago, but he made it through with a help of a porter. It only costs $15 (before tip) and makes a huge difference! The porter was a young person from the community and he carried his backpack and took his hand to help him climb the steep up and down. After the trekking, Herbert took us to Batwa community where we took a tour around the village. Elias was the guide of this community. He was very passionate about his local community and help them raise funds for their necessities. The performance by the whole member of the village was very special. Chimpanzee trekking at Kalinzu Forest was another great experience. We could see and hear many chimpanzees and were able to take pretty close up videos as well. We even saw them walking on the trail paths. We can say that we recommend both of our lodges Rushaga Gorilla Lodge and Engiri Game Lodge at Queen Elizabeth National Park. All of the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed our boat cruise at Kazinga channel. We came from Kenya and Tanzania before Uganda, but we saw nothing like this prior to Uganda because we had never seen the forest elephants by the lagoon with hippos surrounding on the lake. We saw so many hippos there. We already miss our guide Herbert! He picked our PRR COVID test results from the lab and took us back to the airport. He is an excellent guide with a kind heart. We recommend Bamboo Ecotours for everyone that is looking for a honest and trustworthy tour company in Uganda!
Highly Recommend!!
We had the most incredible time touring Swaziland with Bumhi Safaris! Tende and Ivana are two of the most inspiring people we have ever met. We learned so much from them and had an incredible game drive and rhino walking safari, and in addition it was such a joy to learn that a portion of the proceeds from Bumhi Safaris is contributed to Charuma Conservation Initiative, the non-profit they also manage. Tende and Ivana are doing amazing things to make a difference in conservation and community in Swaziland! We will never forget them and the amazing community of people we met at Shewula Mountain Camp, as well as the rhino walking safari they took us on! We were about 30 feet away from wild rhinos! The whole time I felt perfectly safe, but at the same time I wasn't exactly used to a 2.5 ton armour clad unicorn running at us! This was by far one of the most incredible wildlife experiences we've ever experienced and is a must do for anyone visiting Swaziland. We highly recommend Bumhi Safaris and hope we can visit Swaziland again someday soon!

Perfect Safari with an Awesome Guide
No words can fully describe my appreciation for what an amazing time we had. We booked our tour through Soul of Tanzania (same company as Gosheni Safari), and Sandy helped us plan the most perfect adventure. She built it for what where we wanted to go and for what we hoped to see, and it was perfect. It was easy to book and everything was so organized. Our guide, Hassani, was absolutely amazing. He was funny, very knowledgeable, and had a keen eye for spotting wildlife. I really appreciated how responsible he was and how he didn’t want to disturb the wildlife. He was so patient every time we wanted to stop and take a picture of the buffalo or wildebeest, even though we’d seen so many of them already. We saw so much wildlife! I can’t even pick what my favorite experience was. We flew into Kilimanjaro, and had a day each in Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorogoro Crater, and five days in Serengeti (2 central, 3 north). We saw a Thompson’s gazelle give birth, watched a huge Mara river crossing of Wildebeest (what we came for), spotted 2 rhinos, saw all Big 5 and all Ugly 5, and my list could go on and on. Truly could not have asked for a better experience. I am so grateful for the experience that Gosheni Tours provided, and Hassani helped us fulfill our dreams of a perfect Safari. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I would highly recommend this company and would boon with them again.

Perfect safari!!!
We researched companies for weeks and went with Soul of Tanzania/Goshini based on reviews. Thank goodness we did, because we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Our guide Hassani was the best guide! He was so friendly, teaching us some Swahili and answering endless questions. He showed us so many beautiful places in Tanzania, and made our stay so comfortable and stress free. He helped us see everything we wanted. We watched a few wildebeest crossings, one was enormous and honestly the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. We saw SIX leopards, lots of lions, an amazing vulture feeding, and even watched a Thompson's gazzelle give birth. This experience exceeded my expectations so much, I can only hope I have the ability and opportunity to return to east Africa one day. Tanzania has left a footprint on my heart, and if I am able to return I will absolutely use Goshini/Soul of Tanzania again! And we'll ask for Hassani :)
