The agency is FRAUD!
1/5

Me and my friend, we ended up with the Abraham Shaidi’s company (Sandland) as a third part booking. We booked a 5 days safari trip with the Three Peaks Safari agency which sub-contracted our trip to Abraham’s company without asking us.

Our experience was terrible. We have never seen the migration in the North part of the Serengeti neither the Ngorongoro crater as it was in our plan.
Our guide, Albert Lema drove like crazy, broke the safari rules several times by disturbing animals’ peace and put us in danger. We did not feel safe in the car and in the campsites (e.g. driving 90km/h, texting us in the middle of night when we slept, putting us between lion cubs and making noises etc).

On the 3rd/ 4th day, Albert and his boss became very rude to us, blaming us that we cost a lot. Albert also yelled at me in the front of clients, he left the camp at 8pm with our suitcases and without debriefing us. Next day at 08:30am, he came back to the camp without saying any word. He gave us his phone and asked us to speak with his “director”. Albert and Abraham asked us for EXTRA MONEY in order to go to the Ngorongoro crater or we would come back to Arusha. I called the Three Peaks Safari agency and explained the situation. The agency called the police….at the end, we have never seen the crater...

Moreover, the chef, Hilda pretended to be a 26 years old single Maasai mother from Arusha (while she was from the village Mto Wa Mbu as well as Albert) was also a very rude, aggressive and laud person.

The owner is crook and the safari guide with a chef – liars! PLEASE AVOID IT

Beyond Expectations
5/5

Our group of 12 (many seasoned Africa travellers) shared a 7 day safari experience with Psalms Adventure that exceeded all our very high expectations for a wildlife immersion and bush adventure. The guides enthralled us with their superb tracking skills not to mention their knowledge of the animals, and bush life/culture, which they were always eager to share with us. We gave them a demanding list of want to sees (leopard and cheetah included) and they did not disappoint. The bush camp staff took excellent care of us. No request was left unmet. We were thrilled with our adventures and impressed with the level of care, the camp comforts and the all encompassing service. Thank you for the best trip ever!!

Memorable safari and beautiful people
5/5

Gonna start by saying that I can’t possibly imagine how this experience could have gone better - outstanding organization, communication, knowledge of…everything! (fauna, landscapes, history, culture etc.), great accommodation, exquisite food and, to top it all off, beautiful and kind people that took care of us every minute of the 8 days we were there.

I traveled with my sister and we were both equally impressed by this company which is truly a dream team:

The owner - In organizing the tour, Bartho was super responsive, patient and flexible with our multiple requests and last-minute changes to the route and accommodations (he even got us a WiFi modem in the car, just cause we’re weird tourist who can’t function without internet).

The guide - our guide was Malisa, which in all honesty is the best guide, person and presence we could have hoped for. Super friendly, funny, kind and amenable to all our desires (desires and needs that spanned 24-60+ age range, so pretty diverse ), but most importantly very knowledgeable and able to spot literally every animal. Seriously, the man has eagle eyes and some sort of superhuman skills, cause every time we wished for a particular animal, Malisa would take just minutes until finding us exactly what we wished for. Malisa also has profound knowledge and respect for nature/animals and the Tanzanian culture/tribes, which to us was quite impressive.

The chef – Dullah could probably move on and cook for a fancy restaurant - for future tourists of Serengeti Wakanda, I hope this doesn’t happen. All jokes aside, Dullah is a fantastic chef. The food he prepared was diverse, but equally tasty on any given day. The ingredients were fresh and he always provided options for all type of dietary preferences (regular/vegan/vegetarian/). Just as a bonus, Dullah is also a super nice and funny person.

Additional to the above, everything we needed was included: wine, beer, tents, sleeping bags, binoculars and the accommodations were exactly what we expected - the pictures Bartho sent us were 100% accurate.

All in all, we were quite impressed with Bartho and his team and definitely a fan and a promotor from hereon. Thank you so much for taking care of us and making this experience a unique and memorable one!

Good organisation, attention to detail and magnificent experiences with Zohar
5/5

Planning our safari trip has been taking some good time, nevertheless it was totally worth it. After making a lot of research, asking our friends and colleagues, we found Zohar on tripadvisor, it was our personal choice. We started to plan with Zohar our private tailor made safari trip one month before the arrival, exchanged many emails to make sure every single detail is taken in account and received good, constructive and helpful replies. We spent our honeymoon during this trip and Zohar team made sure that everything is perfectly planned and organised, we didn’t have to worry about anything, we had one single job — to ENJOY!
The very first day, Lilian together with our guide - Leonard, greeted us, made us familiar with the adventure awaiting for us and then we were ready to go with Leonard in our first location which was Tarangire National Park.

Leo took good care of absolutely everything during the entire trip of 5 days. He is a great guide, with a broad knowledge of flora and fauna, very careful with a great eye for details, he could notice animals from a very long distance that we were able to see only through binoculars. He is a good driver, knowing well the circuits and what are the best options, to make our experience more pleasant instead of ending up in a big group of other jeeps with many safari explorers. We highly appreciate the time we spent together, the amazing lunches we had in the middle of the nature, observing how different animals interact between themselves, what are their behaviour, Leo was able to explain many biological facts about the wildlife we could see. We would highly recommend Leonard as a safari guide, a very clever and skilful person, warm-hearted, patient and hard-working. We are very aware that it is not an easy activity, it demands a lot of energy and involvement.

What did we see
The end of August seems to be the perfect season, it’s not too hot for such adventures. We could see monkeys, antilopes, elephants, zebras, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, leopard, starling bird, gazelles, wildebeests, impalas, waterbucks, hyenas, kori bustard, flamingoes, buffalos, hippos and more. All this wildlife in a beautiful scenery surrounded by baobabs, acacia and candelabra trees.

Shortly about our personal circuit, which we think was perfect for what we planned to see : 4 nights/ 5days
- 1st day Tarangire National Park, overnight stay at Manyara Serena Lodge
- 2nd and 3rd days Central Serengeti via Ndutu, overnight stays at Serengeti Serena Lodge
- 4th day Central Serengeti, heading to Ngorongoro crater for the overnight stay at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge
- 5th day, Ngorongoro crater

We are infinitely grateful for this amazing trip, many many thanks to Lilian and Leonard, they prepared beautiful surprises for our honeymoon, such as bottles of wine and champagne with our names, a picnic at the sunset with an outstanding view, flowers, cakes and informed all the hotels about our celebration, so we had the best rooms. Dear Lilian and Leonard, we appreciate a lot your gestures and your mindfulness to make our journey exceptional! Thank you, ZOHAR!

Extremely well planned safari! Breathe taking, exclusive and unforgettable!
5/5

How lucky we were to get Mufasa Tours and Travels as our tour operator. We worked with Joel and told him what we were looking for and he put together an amazing toddler-friendly itinerary for us. It was extremely organized and we had no problem with any arrangements. All the accommodation he chose for us, were excellent. Thank you Joel for making our trip so memorable and specially for our son!!

Tour Guide:
We were impressed with Martin’s knowledge of not only the country, animals, birds, safari but the best transport routes, practical solutions to travel plans. Martin was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. He made sure we saw the big 5 of Masai Mara. It was a trip of a lifetime for us.

Communications:
Joel was extremely prompt with responses to questions and most anxious to provide options for all of our requests for tours. He communicated using telephone, email and What’s App, whatever was required to assure we had answers as promptly as possible. When we had to make last minute changes to tours, he was immediately on top of it, allowing us to see everything we originally scheduled.

Service:
Went above and beyond to help adapt the itinerary to suit our needs and timings. Made excellent suggestions and ensured that all of us were happy.

Tour:
Everything was more than we expected. From a luxurious & relaxing (much-needed) start of the trip, to smooth transfers and safari experience, a unique wildlife experience that should be on everyone's bucket list and then a calm and gentle wrap up with great Diani beach and resort choices.

Thank you to Mufasa Tours and Travels for a trip of a lifetime. It will never be forgotten.

Very happy to have dealt with Mufasa Tours and Travels- above excellent, 10 stars!!!!

Wonderful safari with a great guide!
5/5

Salim, the owner was great at organizing our safari. He came and met with us to discuss all our options. He communicated everything so well and was happy to listen to our thoughts, and plan our trip accordingly!

Our guide Simon was great! He was punctual and knowledgeable! He did a great job giving us nuggets of relevant information about the areas we were driving through, the safari parks, and the animals. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and were able to see as much wildlife as possible!

Thank you Salim and Simon for our wonderful trip!

Amazing experience !
5/5

Excellent stay with Mosha. In addition to being a great guide and driver, he is a very caring and attentive person. He is very resourceful and made our first few days in Tanzania a great one. On the safari, we had the chance to see the big 5 thanks to the guides who knew the park perfectly. The good atmosphere was also there. Thank you very much Going Green Safari!

Tour Guide was clearly passionate about his job and the animals. Worked hard to get the good views!
5/5

The game drive was exhilarating! I appreciated the thoroughness and the hard work the guide and assistant both put in to make the experience a very memorable one. Definitely unforgettable. Saw just about everything advertised except the Leopard, which can be an elusive animal. We did detect what the guide thought were Leopard tracks. Camping was exciting and a great way to see the animals that appear early in the morning and in the evening. Camping is probably the best way to see the most animals! The guide and assistant very friendly, polite, and helpful. This tour is highly recommended!
