We had the most wonderful time, and it was just – a great trip. All expectations met, or exceeded.
Throughout the whole period of planning, making up our minds, preparing for the trip and when a little support was needed while already in Namibia, Megan was always available and very helpful. It obviously did not matter to her that we once called for some support even during a public holiday (sorry, Megan, we didn't check for that....).
The route was very well layed out, Megan's suggestitions and planning made it very easy for us to fully enjoy our first visit to Africa.
Nice selection of well maintained camp sites and very beautiful lodges.
Should we plan for another visit to southern Africa, we will for sure check with Megan first.

Perfect organization - Experience of a lifetime
Clare was our travel advisor, and from the very beginning she created a trip based on our needs. Everything was perfectly organized since we arrived in Cape Town and left from Johannesburg. She provided tons of information prior to our trip and was super fast replying to all our emails. Our guide in CT was amazing, she adapted to the things we wanted to see or do. Additionally we were celebrating my birthday during this trip, and Clare managed to organize a private dinner in our lodge to celebrate. There were changes in our itinerary very last minute, due to some protest in South Africa, and Clare proactively re-organized the route. I do not know what we would have done without her. This was the best trip of our lives. We will for sure be in touch with Clare, when we return to Africa! Thank you!

Self-driving tour that exceeded our expectations
We had a fantastic self-driving tour in northern Namibia. Although we started the planning process late and most tours and vehicles were already booked, Andre got us a good 4-wheel drive vehicle and great lodge accomodations. He provided a good itinerary and was flexible in accomodating changes we requested. He even provided a SIM card for my phone and helped install and activate it. Truly above and beyond what we could expect. On the last day he came to our hotel at 5 AM and took us to the Windhoek airport for our early morning flight.
We have been to Africa a number of times on various self-driving and organized tours and this one really stood out. Thanks, Andre for a wonderful trip. And all at a very reasonable price.

Tony provided sound advice and made all the bookings for a weekend getaway to Kalangala Islands. It was a great trip, to an unseen part of Uganda. The hotel he selected - Brovad, had great facilities. And overall, it was a very relaxing experience. I will definitely use his services for my next adventure in Uganda.

Amazing 2 week safari in Botswana + Victoria Falls
We just come back from a trip organized by Biwakwango combining Victoria Falls and Botswana and this was an unforgettable experience thanks to Thierry who did a great job : he advised us in our own interest given the budget and what we wanted to do, he did not participate to our safari but was available 24/7 in case of need and the staff was lovely and very professional. We just had to enjoy with no other concern!

The Perfect Host!
Right from the start we knew we were in good hands when Savannah Explorers enthusiastically prepared an itinerary for us and sent us a web link of our bespoke tour of North Tanzania that showed us the details of our itinerary including the hotels, lodges and campsites we would be staying at and daily activities. They were always on hand to answer our questions and accommodate any changes we needed to make.
We spent a total of 11 nights exploring Arusha, Karatu, Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro, central and north Serengeti and Lake Natron with our guide Modi who is hands down the best tour guide ever. We were especially struck by Modi’s knowledge of Tanzania; its peoples, culture flora and fauna and his respect and thoughtful consideration of us, other tour drivers and of the environment and wildlife itself.
Tanzanian food and hospitality is world class and I highly recommend both visiting this country and letting Savannah Explorers host you.

Fabulous Safari Tour
We had the pleasure to do the tour with Andrew (guide) and Soudi (cook): 1 day Tarangire, 3 days/2 night in Serengeti and 1 night Ngorongoro.
It was an amazing experience because of Andrew essentially, he knows the parks really well, gave us lots of information about the animals. He is gentle, fluent in both English and French (we are french living in UK). He loves his job and love sharing his passion of animals.
Soudi was also amazing: the food was better than at our hotel and the kids enjoyed everything he did (and they are really difficult with food). He has magic in his fingers...he was able to cook dishes like lasagna in a camping.
Thanks both of you for the amazing experience. Will do it again in a few years so hope it will be with you again.

I cannot recommend Safaris by Jon enough. The whole trip was an incredible experience. Jon is a very knowledgeable guide and organized each day perfectly. Hotels were all superb. I would book Safaris by Jon any time again.
