Ask for Dennis. He was the perfect driver/guide. Very knowledgeable, everything was great. Spoke English well. Land cruiser with plenty of room, great for standing when the roof is opened. Kenya is a magical place. September was a great month, less busy, animal still active.

Fantastic service, and friendly people
Safpol is an amazing company with a super friendly staff. They planned the tour for us, just the way we wanted it. We had some suggestions for what we wanted to see and experience, and the trip they planned for us was just perfect. Couldn't have been better. They booked everything with hotels, and some of the activities. Which were great. They know their way around in SA. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They are also easy to communicate with, as they reply quick on emails. This was definitely the best trip of my life.

Some days ago I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with a group of 12 people. After that I spent 3 days in Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks for a nice safari. Mr. Jalala Ndossa arranged both the programs professionally with very good services.

Canoeing on and walking by the great Zambezi River
I had a wonderful time on my Safari with Andy and TK as guides. I always felt completely safe and they were very professional and informative. The service and food was exceptional and all staff were great. We canoed down the Zambezi River for 3 days covering 80km. It was exhilarating at times but I loved every minute. The campsite was ready for us every day when we arrived in camp with smiling faces all around, a warm shower and a very comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Thanks for helping to make the first leg of our Zimbabwe trip memorable.

Amazing experience!
Arranged everything over whatsapp. Pamela was always prompt to reply any doubts we had. When we got there, she met us at the airport and introduced us to Peter, who drove us to the Masai Mara Lodge (which Pamela recommended me and we loved it) and stayed with us the 3 days taking us to the game drives. He knows a lot about the wildlife which makes the experience much more interesting. Managed to find 4 of the Big Five on the first day, and the last one on the following morning. He got very close to Elephants, Giraffes and even to the Lions and Cheetahs!! Even though we went ends of September, we still saw part of the migration going on, the last wildebeest returning home along with the zebras. Honestly, it was an incredible experience!! To see the animals free in their habitat is a privilege. Thank you Pamela and Peter! Will definitely recommend you to my family and friends. :)

The unforgettable experience of walking with the lions was amazing - were given plenty of time to have photos taken while trying to keep up with their pace, lol - nice breakfast afterwards. Our 3rd tour was an incredible full day trip to Chobe where we saw animals everywhere - definitely one tour not to miss !!! thankyou to the guides for their organisation and help.

Exceptional Service - yet again!
This was my second time booking a tailor-made safari with Natasha Allan - that alone should tell you something! For the trip in August 2017, we wanted to do something special as we were both celebrating our birthdays that month. We wanted to visit three different private reserves and stay at least 4 nights in each. Natasha was able to advise us on which lodges would suit our needs best - we like unique and characterful properties - and was able to organise private transfers between each of the lodges/reserves for us. Natasha had up to date information on which lodges had better sized traverses, which type of animals we'd be likely to see in each area (we visited Klaserie, Timbavati & Sabi Sands), what inclusions each lodge had, the order we should visit them in which would be most cost effective, and she was also able to sort out flights between Kruger and Johannesburg for us. The entire trip went smoothly and without incident, nothing was a problem, and we were absolutely thrilled with the suggestions and itinerary that Natasha built for us. In the lead up to the trip, and even on our return home, Natasha was prompt and professional with responses to our emails. I would have no hesitation recommending Natasha and Sun Safaris to anyone looking to experience the best Africa has to offer. I have been to that stunning continent 5 times so far and can safely say all future trips will continue to be booked with Natasha and her team! Excellent service and trip with Safpol
My friend & I contacted Safpol in July 2017, and they were amazing in accommodating us for our 24 day tour of Southern Africa. During our trip, the people from Safpol were always in contact with us to make sure everything was okay. We had no hiccups during our trip and everything went perfectly as planned.
