profesional service
5/5

Mosaic Africa Tours delivers full professional support for different kinds of African exercises and tours in Kenya.
They are good for regular trips and for safari too.
This tourist office guarantees professional service and good ratio quality to the price.
Alex the head of the tourist office is the good operating manager and can be recommended for everyone.
Simon, the member of his team can be also fully recommended as a driver on all types of crazy, African roads. Sometimes with his help you can see more then it is officially allowed J
We did spend four days with them, we saw a lot of interesting places and met nice people.
We can recommend them to guide the tourists in Kenya.

Our decision was best to select a local company and specially Hello Tanzania.
4/5

Even this was my second trip to Tanzania, I prefer to work with a local company and I see now how I was right for this decision. Mwajabu Sultan from Hello Tanzania was so much helpful and she did her best which was far better than I expected. I highly suggest to use their services and leave yourself at their hands for a good Tanzania experience.

Fantastic Safari Fantastic Value
5/5

Our 4-day Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongor camping safari far exceeded our expectations which had been high based on reviews of previous travellers. From our initial planning stage to our departure at the Arusha airport, communication from Geoffrey Nassari, the tour company owner who also owns Arusha Tourist Inn Hotel, was always prompt, clear, direct and respectful. He was patient when we needed clarification or confirmation. The company designated staff at the Nairobi international airport took good care of us until we boarded the shuttle bus to Arusha. The shuttle bus arrived ahead of time and the substitute driver on that day did not realize that we had to be dropped off at the hotel. An enterprising cab driver at the bus stop tried to impress upon us that he had been sent by Geoffrey. When we finally had Emmanuel, the tour operator manager, on the phone, he resolved the situation quickly and satisfactorily. At the end of the safari, Emmanuel called from Arusha to ensure that we were aware of the identity of the designated driver to pick us up as our safari guide Paul had to extend his service for the remaining 4 travellers. We were quite impressed by Emmanuel's attention to our concern for safety.
The safari itself was just fantastic. Our guide Paul Shayo is a great professional, experienced in spotting wildlife, including the elusive leopard, communicative and very knowledgeable about wildlife, the environment, the local and Masai culture. He readily shared his passion about his job, and put in time and effort in the game drives to ensure that we had the most opportunities to see what we had come a long way to see. He allowed the whole group sufficient time to take all the pictures we wanted. We were awestruck to see so many different animals and birds, and the beautiful landscapes. We count our blessings to be paired up with Paul as our guide. Salim the cook made delicious soups, stews and picnic box lunches. He pitched tents and was always in a jolly mood smiling, singing or humming. He even showed us the working of the communal kitchen where cooks from other safari groups each worked in their own station. A busy happy place. A younger cook was proud to let me know that Salim had been his mentor.
There were many added values to the Meru Slopes safari package such as the pre- and post-safari hotel stay, airport pick-up and send-off, sleeping bag and towels. On our first night, the campsite was overbooked and we were given complimentary upgrade in a lodge. On the second and third night, there was no lodge on the campsite. However Paul and Salim managed to get extra tents so that 4 of the 6 travellers each had a single tent and at no extra charge. That's what superb customer service looked like.
Thank you, Meru Slopes staff and safari team, for giving us a dream safari experience in East Africa. We hope to return.

Efficient Quick and great value
4/5

Joanne Sachs and her staff at Safari Trails was just great. She put together a great safari tour of Zimbabwe and Botswana. Answered all our questions very promptly. Everything was on time. Kuhulu Ivory Lodge was awesome. Elephants drinking water from our pool, lions mating not 100 meters from the lodge.... awesome. This family owned lodge is a Gem. Food drinks rooms staff .... everything was perfect. Had a great game drive in Hwange National park. Excellent lunch. Moved onto Cresta spray view hotel in Victoria Falls. An excellent hotel.... great staff food rooms service just perfect. Victoria falls tour was great and the Zambezi river cruise was awesome. Please visit Boma restaurant for a buffet of Crocodile to warthog to you name it... any kind of bush meat. Land transfer to Chobe Elephant Camp was very comfortable. But the only good thing about that lodge was the game drives with MR. Innocent. Food was average, staff uncaring. Electricity off and on. We were given the most distant rooms even though there was only one more room occupied. Had to walk through Elephant infested forest to the rooms. That was a scary walk of about 300 meters. Electric fence was not working. Basically a terrible place. Chobe river cruise was perfect. I recommend Joanne Sachs and Safari Specialists absolutely. She is great.

Awesome experince and staff!!!
5/5

Destination defined, we began to search several companies seeking the best price vs service quality. We contacted several companies and from the first contact via email we were very well served by Mathew. We then chose Wild Root relying on various positive reviews and great customer service via email. On our trip, everything was not only confirmed as it exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish, Mathew and our guide Raymond were genuinely concerned about every detail providing us with a unique experience. Raymond was the best guide we could have had. An extremely cheerful, intelligent person with deep knowledge of nature and animals. In just 4 days we get to see the Big 5 and incredible scenes like the great migration, ostriches running, a lioness hunting Wildebeest, a group of young lions playing in the water, mating of rhinos among many others that will be eternally stored in our memory. We strongly recommend Mathew and his Wild Root team whatever is your final destination!!! Thanks so much for all Mathew and Raymond!!!

Review about Lake Manyara National Park by Erik
Overall rating
3/5

Lake Manyara was my first safari location, and I think it was great as a "beginner's safari". The wildlife is not amazing, but it was enough to get a nice taste of the experience. The birds were pretty spectacular, and it was definitely a good experience overall, but after traveling to Nairobi Natl Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Masai Mara, the experience at Lake Manyara paled a bit in comparison.

Beautiful, Densely Packed With Diverse Wildlife (and people)
Overall rating
5/5

Ngorongoro Crater was absolutely beautiful. The view from the rim down into the crater was great, and the diversity and density of wildlife in the crater was stunning. Climbing down the crater wall you see out across the fields of the crater and there are herds of antelope, wildebeest, zebra and buffalo as far as the eye can see. It was incredible to see all of the animals flourishing in such close proximity to one another; at any given point when we were stopped to view some particular animal there were countless others we could see from the same location.

The only downside was that with this density comes also a density of people; there were cars simply everywhere. It did not detract from the experience overly much but it was certainly crowded.

Great Safari with Gosheni
5/5

Gosheni is a Class A company... small by their own admission but that doesn't make any difference. I reviewed, talked to, emailed, asked about many, many tour companies of all stripes and I am lucky I chose these guys/gals. Pendo handled everything in picking, scheduling my safari and was always prompt and clear in her responses (Not like several companies I talked with). It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish...the elements of the safari were just perfect for me (7 days) and I experienced, saw and did exactly what I wanted to do. I am a single male adult traveller and Pendo took great care of me and I appreciate Peter took the time after the trip to say hello. Hey, I saw, experience everything I would have hoped to see (the 5++++)...lions on attack, wilderbeast and zebra racing in migration, NG Crater....I could go on and on but why don't you sign up and experience what I did...last but not least is my guide and driver and he became a great companion was Fuhanael...experienced, knowledgeable and all around terrific guide. I asked to have a day or so of rest after the safari and they booked me into Kiligolf and a stay at Villa Luna Retreat which was terrific...so from start to finish and in between it was an unforgettable experience thanks to Gosheni Safaris. Frankly, I can't recommend them highly enough.....

A perfect trip
5/5

Simba was complete perfection from the moment I booked our vacation until the moment we departed. I knew I wanted to select Simba from the many options of tour companies because of Linda. From the moment I began communicating with her, she made me feel completely at ease. She responded to me quickly, answered all of my questions, and gave me honest advice. Everything that I asked of her she did. She stayed in constant communication with me, and her performance made me totally trust this company. She actually accompanied our driver/guide to greet us at the airport. Best of all, she greeted me with a hug, rather than a handshake as if we were old friends...and I felt like we were! She introduced us to our driver and guide whose name was Xavier. I would recommend him to anyone of any age from any country. He was amazing! He was kind, funny, knowledgeable, and he can spot an animal from a mile away...which is absolutely what you want while on safari. He wanted my husband and I to be happy at every second of our trip...and we were! What I also loved about him was his passion. He enjoyed seeing the animals and other sights as much as we did! He was right along side me taking photos of the amazing things that we encountered. I cannot say enough good things about Linda and Xavier. As for the trip itself, it was life changing! It not only met but fully exceeded our expectations. Everything went so smoothly. This is a company that you do not have to worry about. They will take care of everything for you. So book with Simba, and then sit back, relax, and look forward to an amazing experience!

Amazing Tanzania, January 2017
5/5

From our first email exchange with Ben, there was something that stood out about E-Trip Africa. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional and we felt very comfortable knowing our trip was in such great hands.
From the accommodations (all very clean and well positioned) to the food, to the game drives - everything was fantastic. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our guide, Elisha. We were amazed at how well he knew all the animals and parks we visited and how incredible he was at spotting even the most hidden animals. He was very personable and definitely was a big part in making the trip so memorable for us.
We cannot say enough great things about E-Trip Africa. We are already talking about our next trip to Africa and we will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.
Thank you Elisha, Ben and Aurélie for this trip of a lifetime!
