We did a 5 day safari trip with this group. We chose the option to stay in tents, which was a real thrill getting to hear the animals at night in the Serengeti! Our guide was fun and entertaining and our chef made amazing meals! Hard to say anything negative about our experience.

My husband and I have been on a 5 day safari, organised by Green Hippo Travels.
We had a amazing time: we have seen so many animals (big 5) and our guide had a lot of knowledge and knew where to go to.
The accomodations were beautifull and we also felt very safe (from a covid perspective).
Our request was a last-minute request. It was very well dealt with by Green Hippo (within 1 day, everything was arranged).

A reliable, responsible operator with an excellent program.
The route was built very competently. Every day complements with new interesting impressions. We already had the experience of independent safaris, so there was something to compare with!
The whole program is very well described on the site. Everything is true! Camping is fairly simple, but everything you need is there. Special thanks to our driver Felix, who did everything so that we could see as many animals as possible! That was great! His recommendations for the route, such as a boat trip or self-guided bike ride, were not part of the main program, but were very helpful and interesting. The car is not new, but comfortable and clean! If you need to buy something, call in, change money - it's easy to decide with the driver! By the way, just such a car is much more convenient for viewing in a group than modern jeeps. More space inside the cabin.
The food along the route is very good.
A little about payment. It is necessary to list the part ahead. It is not a quick process, it takes about two weeks for an international transfer. Don't worry, everything is secure, but consider this when booking. The rest must be paid in cash at the start of the safari.
A very good company. Friendly people. Prompt solution to all problems. We recommend cooperation with her!

amazing safari
So There are many safari companies in Kenya, after a long search for a Masai Mara safari, I chose Bencia and it was so amazing , here is why: they are Punctual, Clean car, Decent meals, Friendly driver, Sanitizer in car. our driver did the best day and he didn’t save any effort to please each of us. Honestly one of the coolest things I've ever done. From the start, Perminus made the organizing and payment easy and simple. He was able to accommodate custom requests and some last minute changes. The tour is GREAT VALUE for your money- you stay in the same places as all the other tours but at a reasonable price. And then the tour iteself was AMAZING. Melvin, our guide, was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the animals, and Kenya. We saw animals with him that the other tours missed- including ALL of the Big 5.

Had the best time!
We had the best experience going chimpanzee- and gorilla trekking and visiting Queen Elizabeth National Park and lake bunyonyi! Our driver David showed us some really good spots along the way and was really helpful when we had something we wanted to do.
