Mamaland Safaris gave us a very memorable great experience for our 3 day Queen Elizabeth safari
The wildlife in Queen Elizabeth Park was excellent. We particularly loved getting up close to a pride of lions and seeing one of them in a tree. We managed to see a wide variety of birdlife, elephants, water buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, baboons and kob. The weather was good and we were able to do an evening safari as well as one during the day. Accommodation was nearby and met our needs. Our guide was attentive and very accommodating in meeting our requirements. The road into the park was full of pot holes so be prepared for a rough and sometimes slow ride into the park. Once you arrive it is worth it

Vacation of a Lifetime!!!!
Ker & Downey customized a "trip of a lifetime" for our family of 5. They are meticulous about everything down to the last detail. We had an incredible trip with luxury accommodations, outstanding service and wonderful memories. We just arrived back and trying to figure out our next trip.

Our ACZ experience
I chose ACZ to book three safaris for my first time in Kenya. We booked a 1 day safari in Hell’s Gate National Park and Lake Naivasha, 3 day safari in Maasi Mara and 3 day safari in Amboseli. This safari was a holiday for myself and my partner and it was also a holiday to celebrate my 21st birthday which they really took into consideration and got me a cake and also planned a surprise party for me! I could not express how amazing these guys are at ACZ, extremely friendly, so helpful and always contactable if I ever needed anything or had any questions. I strongly recommend them and I am so happy we chose to do our safaris with them, if I visit Kenya again for a safari I will be going with them again. Thank you to all of the people at ACZ for making my 21st birthday so extremely special and making my first time in Africa something I will never forget! The safaris and memories we made are unforgettable and I couldn’t be happier with how our time in Kenya planned out. Thank you to ACZ again!

Go with EATS!
The experience is awesome from start to finish. Peter is incredibly accommodating and makes the process so easy. Our safari guide was Cyrus, a man with 13 years of experience who got us the best shots possible. Twice he spotted lions that no one else in the park noticed. I would go again in a heart beat!

Wonderful experience and wonderful people to work with!
We brought a group of 8 from the U.S. to Uganda for a 13 day mission trip. I was very impressed with the communication I had before our trip. Hajarah worked very hard to accommodate all of our needs. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable while I was working with her on all of our details. We were also very happy with the cost of the trip. While we were in Uganda our main driver and Safari tour guide was a man named George. He is the best there is!! He became part of our group and jumped in worked as hard as the rest of us. We were there working with a group of kids and he loved the kids as much as we did. When we went on our Safari to Murchison Falls he was very knowledgeable about the animals and their behaviors. We felt very comfortable even while siting just a few feet from a lion and lioness!! :) The accommodations were wonderful!!
Overall I would highly recommend Simba African Expeditions if you want a well organized trip with super friendly and loving people to work with!! They far exceeded our expectations. We will definatly be using them again!

5 amazing safari days camping in the bush
I really can't recommend Orongai Africa Safari enough. We booked a private safari for me and my wife leaving from Arusha and finishing at Lake Natron. We wanted to see Tarangire, Ngorongoro and stay 2 nights in the Serengeti NP. Not only Orongai with Martha (our main contact), their driver/guide Charles and chef Dvd met our expectations but totally surpassed them. We had an amazing experience, Charles was extremely professional, amazing driving skills and his knowledge of wildlife and the whole area was incredible. Dvd's food was also super delicious and you will hardly get something better than that if you want to taste real Tanzanian food. We had a tight budget so camping was our only option, the tents, sleeping bags and mattresses were very comfortable and we slept always well. Martha was always helpful and helped us arrange our safari with the requests we had for a very competitive price. We not only saw the big 5 but hundreds of animals including about 100 lions (not kidding!), we saw hunting and stampedes, crocodile and cheetas, a trip of a lifetime. Charles had great communication with all the surrounding guides and we were on the right spot all the time. We made great friends in Tanzania and as I said before, I can't recommend Orongai enough. Definitely book with them.

Highly professional, knowledgeable, and tailored the service to us
Experience Uganda used their excellent local knowledge and contacts to put together a fantastic trip. They gave good advice about where to go, where to stay and sent practical tips pre-arrival (even down to instructions for uploading visa photos). Their own staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The lodges all gave excellent service, personal touches and were of a very good standard with great food. The safaris, gorilla & chimp trekking and river trips were all well organised and used local guides, which led us to some great animal sightings. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing 9-days safari from Kampala through Murchison, Kibale forest, Queen Elizabeth & Bwindi
Wow! We had an amazing trip and our decision to go for a longer safari in Uganda instead the short 4 days to see gorillas was justified at the end. We initially wanted to do a short 4-day trip to trek gorillas in Bwindi but later opted to see more of what Uganda had to offer. We decided to book with Uzuri safaris after they were quick to respond to our inquiry as well as their good pricing! Before deciding on them, we also read their reviews on Safaribookings and we were convinced to go with them! I have got to say they did a fantastic job and the properties they chose were really nice for a mid-range package. The lodges more than met our expectations and actually exceeded them. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and sweet – Ronnie. He met us at the airport in Entebbe. Our flight was delayed by more than an hour but he waited for us for more than two hours until we cleared immigration – which was great. It was just my husband and I on the trip – which made it that much more special. We came in during the rainy season but what is incredible is the sun will be out just after a heavy downpour! Generally, the weather was incredible. Despite the heavy rains especially in the mornings, we saw a lot of animals in Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth park. Hippos and crocodiles along the Nile, buffalo and elephants taking a drink of the Nile! The falls themselves are magical and the trek to the top was one of the highlights for me. Queen Elizabeth national park is very scenic for those that love landscape but the highlight was the encounter with the tree-climbing lions. Who knew that lions do climb trees? I would recommend that if you go on safari – rent a long photo lens as the opportunity to take photos cannot be missed! On we went to Bwindi for our face to face with the mountain gorillas! Wow, what an experience! I cannot put it in as many words but what I can say is if you love nature, go on a gorilla trek it will be worth your time and money. Our itinerary included a de-tour to a magical lake (Bunyonyi) where you can relax (if you come back early from your gorilla trek like we did) and continuously admire your pictures and videos from your trip! This was a lifetime trip and if you are thinking of using a local tour company or going to any other country, I highly encourage you to come to Uganda and use Uzuri Uganda Safaris.
