Professional Service at an Amazing Price!
5/5

When I first decided that I wanted to book a gorilla trekking tour in Uganda, I emailed several tour operators to get a sense of itinerary and price. eTrip Africa was quick to reply and after sorting through several competitors, it became clear that eTrip Africa had the best price for what I was looking for in my trip. After I decided to go with eTrip, I asked approximately 567,890 questions to a very patient Ben Jennings. He answered all quickly and clearly, allowing me to make my travel arrangements accordingly. Half way through the emails, I had to make a change in my itinerary and Ben complied without hesitation, acting swiftly to ensure that permits were still available for my new dates. Aurelie Sivadier was also a great help in the process. After confirmation and payment, my itinerary was sent to me. Everything was clearly laid out and it was great to see the breakdown of costs provided by eTrip to know exactly how the costs were calculated. Having come back from my trip just recently, I am happy to report that everything went well, without a hitch! The accommodations recommended were great and the whole experience was absolutely amazing. I will surely refer friends to eTrip and should the opportunity arise to gorilla trek again, I will certainly use this company again. Thanks for everything!

A more adventurous perspective!
5/5

After a number of game drives in Zimbabwe and Botswana, the Tamarind canoe trip with Natureways gave us a new and adventurous perspective on wildlife viewing. Also a healthy respect for hippo's! Though there were a few adrenalin fuelled moments, our guides Zera and Kenneth were thoroughly safe, professional and fun. Kenneth was a pretty good cook too. Their knowledge of the animals and birds we saw was amazing.
Right from the pick up at the airport to our drop off at Mana Pools, Natureways more than delivered on our expectations in every respect. Hornbill Lodge in Kariba was a great place to stay pre-tour as well. Thanks!

Addo Elephant National Park
In March 2017 my wife and I made a very pleasant one day safari tour in the Addo Elefant National Park. We started at the Zuurberg Mountain Village and early in the morning we arrived in Addo. We saw quite a number of elephants, sometimes in small groups but at other moments in pretty large herds with cute baby elephants among them. Some groups of elephants came very close to our safari truck!
We also saw impressive numbers of Burchell Zebra’s. This is the zebra subspecies in the Addo Elephant Park. Other large mammals were African Buffalos, Kudus, Elands, Red Hartebeests and Warthogs. Predators were a Spotted Hyena and quite a lot of Bl;ack-backed Jackals.
A Pale Chanting Goshawk sat quite close to the road in the bushes, a sitting duck for photographers! Common Fiscals were on the lookout for prey and Jackal Buzzards were soaring in the air. A large Denham’s Bustard was walking about. In a small lake we saw South African Shelducks, Yellow-billed ducks and Red-knobbed Coots.
Just outside the park on the way back to our lodge we saw a number of Giraffes. In short: there is a lot to see!

Wonderful!
5/5

My husband and I had some extra days in Rwanda and we needed someone to recommend activities, facilitate bookings, and provide transportation. Sperito was fantastic at all of those things! He is very professional and easy to work with both in the trip-planning stage and in-country and also makes great company on the drive. Can't imagine a better tour company and can't wait to work with Pamoja Tours and Travel again on future trips to east Africa.

Maasai Mara Experience
5/5

What I like about Bigfoot is that what you ask for is what you get for your booking and therefore expectations are always met. The trip is always exciting as right from the trasport in comfortable and classy vans to hotel bookings, you are guaranteed value for money always

As a Oma with two 15 year old granddaughters Lucas could not have planned our 10 days better.Bravo!
5/5

I had travelled with Lucas 3 years ago in a larger group and when he accepted our request to have him guide us 3 he planned a perfect trip to suit grandma(Bibi from now on)and 2 15 year old cousins. A miracle as all of us had a lot of fun and we appreciated his knowledge and the perfect various accommodations and itineraries for each day. Watching a migration from start to finish and all in between was an experience none of us wanted to miss and we did see it on our last day!! Tanzania and the Serengetti were a perfect way to see all of the wishlist to see except the Rhino who was hiding from the poachers that are driving the Rhino into extinction for their horns. Thanks,Lucas, for all your planning and knowledge that you passed on to us.
