Incredible time with tour guide! Great food! Everything was perfect.
The communications for the safari were not too good. I was never sent a packing list or a confirmation document about being picked up from the airport but everything else was absolutely. The tour lived up the the exceptations and the food was good. If you are comfortable with camping in a tent, this is the perfect tour! Still can’t believe what an amazing time we had! Our guide was incredible and worked hard to find all the animals we wanted to see.

Absolutely fantastic; Mercy at Holiday Dealers arranged everything beautifully, so well-organized.
Mercy was wonderful to work with. We were coming from the US and did everything via email. Mercy answered all of our questions and provided much information on all of the different choices. Her suggestions on where to stay were fantastic, and all of the transportation, hotels and flights were well-organized, which created a wonderful itinerary. This was one of the best vacations I have ever taken and Mercy's wonderful choices and organization are a huge part of this. I would absolutely recommend Mercy and the Holiday Dealers and hope to arrange a future vacation with her again!

A fun professional tour, and a thoughtful driver
The driver, Moses, was kind, flexible and relaxed. He was confident and we felt safe. We saw so much and he worked with other drivers to be sure we saw as much wildlife as possible.

Truly Magical
I wasn't holding much hope when we told Karanja and Steve that we'd like to see all Africa Big Five game animals during our trip, but they DELIVERED!
We saw so many animals during our trip. Herds of gazelles, impalas, cape buffaloes, elephants, and many more. Who could even imagine hyenas would be so cute! We were so close to one of them that we were all compelled to jump off (but didn't) the jeep and pet its fluffy fur! The movie Lion King truly did not do them justice. We all laughed when one of the baby elephants mocked charging us and tried to trumpet when its family was crossing the road in front of us. It really took our breath when we witnessed a leopard feeding and a male lion in the bush on the day before we left!
From the first email correspondence to the last day to the airport, Karanja and Steve are genuine and made us feel welcomed and safe. It was truly a privilege to tour Africa safari with them.
If you want to see animals, don't go to the zoo, go to Africa. If you want to experience magical moments, don't go with others, go with Karanja and Steve. I know I would!

Terrible Experience - Felt cheated out of our money
Went on a Kruger Park tour with Blue Chilli Adventures after a visit to Kapama Game Reserve. We had the most awful experiences as the guide cooked our dinner himself and we had to share our room with other people which felt awkward. We were promised 2 full day Kruger safari in an open vehicle but ended up with only one and the second day was in a van with a small window so we couldn't take photos!
Please save your money & time and don't travel with Blue Chilli Adventures so you don't end up being disappointed.

Excellent customer service and well-organized team
Jadi Africa Safaris exceeded my expectations in my 10 days safari in terms of, being a well-organized team, friendliness and great customer services.
The email communication to confirm booking and safari arrangements was superb. Mr John answered all queries I asked promptly and on time.
The accommodation were great and clean, the food was delicious and plentiful. Mr Martin, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about all animals that we saw on the safaris and he ensured that we got to see all of the Big 5. All game drives were well-planned and we always left on time. I highly recommend Jadi Africa Safaris to all planning to travel.

Excellent 3 Day Safari from Arushna
My fiancé and I just finished a three day Safari from Arusha with Bestday Safaris. We had a great time and would recommend them again as a tour operator in an instant. There were no issues and we saw a ton of animals. What made the tour the best was our guide Six. He was extremely knowledgeable and always took the extra time to get us close to the animals. Great safari in Ruaha with RajaTours
RajaTours was a great choice for us during our 4 days of safari. They respond quickly and are easy to communicate with, and provided us nice land cruiser, lodge with a stunnish view and great staff all through our stay, especially our guide Imma who was available at all time and found the most nicest scenery for breakfast and lunch break, and was flexible for changes do to our wishes. Ruaha national park was not crowded with tourist and the animals was looking in good shape. The guide had responsible tourism in mind which was a plus for us as well.

Ever since our first communication with Paperjet regarding bookings they continued to live up to our extra high expectations since they were highly recommended by my sister who had recently traveled to SA. Justin Perumal, in particular, has been extremely professional and pleasant in his communication with quick response time and attention to detail. They designed a perfect itinerary for us and we couldn't ask for more! To put things into perspective we've done a fair bit of safari travel overseas, so this first African adventure with our seven year old boy had to be special; and Paperjet made that happen (at every step). We had remarkably extraordinary sightings and the places we stayed at were all wonderful- AMBIENCE, FOOD, PEOPLE, SERVICE- ALL PERFECT so have to give Paperjet a thumbs up!
