Friendly, reliable, good value for money!
We went with our two teenage daughter with Juma for 4 days to Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorogoro. It was really fantastic! I think it was very good value for money. The communication with Gabriel at the office was very clear and smooth. Very very friendly. There was really nothing that disappointed us. Don't hesitate and book this trip, I think it is the best you can get for this money. Camping is basic but they all are! You are all together with all the other operators at the camp site. We saw all the animals, even a hyena from very close (arount the tent :-)) Good luck to you! Sandra, Frank and girls.

Once in a lifetime experience
We had an utterly amazing safari experience with E-Trip Africa in the Serengeti. We traveled with two children, ages 4 and 7, and my parents, who were in Africa for the first time. We had previously done safaris in Uganda, Kruger in South Africa and Akagera in Rwanda. Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater blew our minds and was worth the time and the expense. We were fortunate to see everything, including the Black Rhinos, and lots of baby lions, zebras, etc. While I realize seeing animals involves luck, especially when the rains are off their normal schedule, our guide expertly communicated with other guides and knew several common spots where the big five hang out from his past experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater enough for your safari. Lake Manyara is also a great stop when you are in the region.
E-Trip Africa went above and beyond at every point. Our kids are used to traveling and are good travelers, our guide Elisha was incredibly personable with them and with us. He had endless patience for the times they ran out of patience and had a number of fun games for them to play on our trip. The accommodations were lovely and the food was fantastic. We particularly loved the Karutu Simba Lodge, the Kiota Camp (the food was delicious for being in the middle of nowhere in the Serengeti) and the views of the Ngorongoro Sopa. I even left my watch at one of the hotels and E-Trip Africa worked with the lodge and through several logistical hoops to return the watch to me. I would recommend a trip with E-Trip Africa to anybody as they were truly fantastic.

Well organised and amazing value!
We had a one week Safari in Uganda. The entire experience was seamless, to the wonderful communication, great travel tips and instructions before we arrived and the quality of the accomodation. Each lodge was uniquely different and luxurious. As a family of four adults we were able to enjoy most of what Uganda had to offer and the itinerary was worked around my husbands "fear" of small planes! We had a driver/guide named David who made the safari all the more special by his wonderful sense of humour, his professionalism and his superb driving. It was a joy to be part of E-trip Africa and thanks to Ben and David for the incredible experience.

Amazing experience and very helpful and friendly
We just got back from a 3 week trip to Tanzania. We were two weeks on safari and one week in Zanzibar. The organisation before we arrived in Tanzania was incredible. Deo completely understood my illness and was able to arrange all the accomodation and travel for the 4 of us as a family. The itinerary was interesting with the most luxurious unique accomodation and totally different from other safari companies. Deo even tolerated our changes and helped us find alternative activities when we needed it. Deo arranged for us to have a terrific guide and driver, Aggrey, who made the experience all the more wonderful. Thank you to Deo and Aggrey and the rest of the support staff for a memorable experience and for tolerating our changes and helping us when we had problems. Nothing was too much trouble and Deo even managed to find us an amazing place in Zanzibar on New years Eve when the hotel that was booked closed down suddenly. Earthlife provides a terrific service with great communication and local knowledge.

Most gratifying experience; a perfect balance between comfort and closeness to nature.
We saw everything imaginable (save for penguins but this is understandable!). Our guide David Meta was cheerful, punctual, competent and proactive. The accommodations where perfect! I have to say that I was somewhat hesitant to accept the limited comfort of the tented camps but I wanted to give it a try. It worked out beautifully, we had elephants visiting the camps, at night lions where roaring around the tent. The interactions with the staff was always warm and unforgettable. Too many things to describe. Only, suggestion! Keep the beer and wine cold! Some times it could have been a little colder!!! Nothing like a good beer after a whole day safari, in front of the bone fire with a busy mangoes colony around!

Pocket friendly ,well planned and perfect safari
We decided to go for the company giving real time response, value for money and most importantly an outstanding service. After so much search ,Bison Safaris fit in this categorically and we didn't have any doubts that we made the right decision. Best experience with Encounter Safaris!!!
My wife and I spent 5 days in Uganda. We were interested in seeing the amazing mountain gorillas and also doing some white water rafting on the nile. Lucky for us, the guys at Encounter Safaris organised all of this for us before we even got to Uganda. Communication with Chris prior to our adventure was fantastic, he always answered our questions in perfect time. Our experiences during the adventure were sentational, our driver/guide was Feni and he was brilliant in making sure my wife and I were always comfortable and it was a pleasure to hear all the knowledge he had to share with us about his great country. A true highlight from this adventure were seeing te mountain gorillas, but also at one of the lodges called Broadbill camp which the Encounter team had organised for us to stay at...a wonderful adventure with wonderful company.
