Don't hesitate...just book your trip and you'll be so glad you did!
From beginning to end, my experience in Tanzania with African Big Cats Safaris was perfect. From The Big Five, to the Small Five, to the Ugly Five, we saw it all! Words are insufficient to describe the joy of seeing elephants, lions, and giraffes throughout the day, then hearing the sounds of zebras and hyenas through the night, then waking in the morning to see warthogs drinking from a nearby pond just yards away from my tent. Thanks to the skill and patience of our guide, Endeni, we actually witnessed a huge herd of wildebeest crossing the Mara River. Traveling with him was like learning from a zoology professor with a playful sense of humor and deeply kind spirit. The company seamlessly handled the complicated logistics of nearly three weeks of safaris, cultural experiences, lodges, tented camps, picnic lunches, and special requests (like an unplanned stop at a bustling village market to buy another tote bag for our growing collection of local art!). I traveled with two friends, but would feel completely safe making the trip alone, knowing that from arrival to departure, every detail would be handled. Tanzania will change you for the better, and the staff of African Big Cats Safaris embody the best spirit of the country.

Easy to communicate and provide whatever promised.
The owner Mohamed was great when I first contacted him. He brief what the tours would be and provide estimation with it. He is up all day, so whenever I contact him, he responded soon I sent the message.
The guide that we went with was Mtinangi who was very experienced and fun and also the communication in English was very good.
He showed us everything that we requested, and further show us the animals in very close spots by fighting with other guides for better spots.
Unforgettable 3 nights 4 days, and I highly recommend this company for the Safari Tour for who wants the best Safari experience.

Irresponsible and chaotic
My safari was « subcontracted » out to Big Five. I was supposed to go to Tarengire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater with an experienced guide-driver. The first day, we went to Lake Manyara (huh???) with a « guide driver » that didn’t know the place ( he kept going around in circles until we pointed this out, with pictures to prove it) or the animals (he tried to brush up with some borrowed notes when he thought we weren’t looking). The next day, he drive too fast, missed a bend and ended up ploughing through a ridge. While the passengers were more scared than anything else, he apparently damaged the radiator. The last part of the very long drive to a Serengeti campground was dangerous for the cook and driver, since they had to get out and refill the radiator several times. The last was in the dark, and we discovered afterwards that a mother lion and her three cubs had been very close. We arrived very late to the campground. The cook managed everything (setting up the tents, calling for another vehicle, cooking a very late meal) while the driver pretend to be busy. Big Five did not call to let us know about a replacement vehicle. I had been in contact with the people who I booked with, and they put pressure on Big Five. The next day, we had another car and driver (yaaay) and the day after yet another. The people I booked were surprised to find out that I had not gone to Tanengire. They came and got me and took me to Tanengire instead of an initially planned cultural visit.
This company is irresponsible !

The service that SafariLife gave us, was excellent. Incredibly knowledgeable guide who went over and beyond for us. You will not find a more organized and helpful safari team, who offer real value for money. A heartfelt thank you to our fantastic guide, Rochelle. The safari was perfect from the beginning to the end. We enjoyed every moment!

Perfect organisation, wonderful guide
We booked a ten days trip through Ugandas National Parks such as Murchison Falls, Kabale und Queen Elizabeth. Pearl Afric Tours & Travel offers highly professional services: from proposing us the best options over the handling of the payment to keeping us informed all the time. In the field everything has worked out perfectly – all the lodges were superb and we spotted more animals that we could have imagined.
The guide we had - David Ategeka - was simply great. He told us a thousand interesting things about the country, it’s nature and it’s people. David is an excellent and very prudent driver and he made our trip in Uganda to a unique experience. We can only recommend Pearl Afric Tours & Travel to anyone else.

An exemplary service provider in the tours and travel sector.
Sunnycreek made our experience one of the very best and memorable that we'd taken for a while. Everything from planning to execution went so well and we'd be happy to have them again on our next and subsequent trips.

Don't have a tour with this company. Don't give them any money until tour is over.
My wife and I were supposed to have a 17 day Kenya and Tanzania Safari from June 26 through July 14 2022. Heritage of African Jungles (Naomi Kemboi or sometimes Kigen) contacted me through Safari Booking. We shared a lot of emails between their email address ([email protected]) and mine. After then I transferred money twice in Apil and June through wire (more than $12,000) because they insisted wire transfer. After receiving final payment, they stopped responding to my emails. I called Naomi, and she said that she had not received any money and money was sent to the wrong place because their email was hacked by somebody and she thought that I had cancelled my reservation. she insisted that money was received by somebody else. However cancellation letter Naomi said she received was classified as a spam mail and my email address was not mine. Investigations through many sources are under progress to find out who has committed this fraud crime. I think there is only one or two people working inside the company. This fraud case was completely caused by Heritage of African Jungles and they should be responsible for the loss, but Heritage of African Jungles does not respond to me. I want to inform everybody of this serious fraud case in order for him or her not to have monetary and mental damage like me. My wife and my dreams for the last two years have been completely broken away due to this fraud.

Very helpful which made it an amazing trip.
Bobby Tours really made our safari trip an amazing experience that we will never forget.
They knew exactly where to go in the national parks and were very informative about all the animals we saw.
Other than that, the food was great and the accommodation was arranged with no hitches.
Thanks again Bobby Tours for everything.

The best memories ever!
Having decided to celebrate my 70th by taking 4 of my children on safari in Kenya, I knew where and when I wanted to go – Little Governors, the best of the best safari camp there is, to watch the greatest herds migration in Africa in to the Masai Mara. Thankfully, I made contact with Meshack at Alligator Adventures, who proceeded to thoroughly plan and organise everything locally for our personalised and exclusive 5 day flying safari visit for the last week in July – to meeting us at Nairobi airport, transporting us to Wilson to fly out to the Masai Mara, 3 nights at Little Governors and our balloon trip, collecting us back at Wilson with his driver, Joseph, who filled in the timing gaps with the Giraffe Sanctuary/Croc farm etc and Carnivore Restaurant before our departure flight.
So thank you Alligator Adventures for being so professional, personal and flexible, despite what must have been some very difficult times over the last 2 years of the Covid pandemic, and giving myself and my children (38 down to 20!) the greatest African Adventure safari, that we will always remember - I have no hesitation in highly recommending them!
