Trip of a lifetime
Lenchada Safari has been brilliant from start to finish. During the booking process, they were prompt to reply to emails and answered all questions thoroughly. Pick-up at the airport was smooth and slick. We had a lovely driver called Geoff, who welcomed us immediately. Everyone in the office was friendly and accommodating.
The actual safari it self was out of this world; we had the best time!! Raheem was our tour guide and he made our trip! He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very informative about the animals and parks and answered all our questions. He did his upmost to ensure we had the most amazing time. With his experience, he enabled us to see a baby rhino, the migration crossing and a lioness with her kill to name just a few.
All accommodation was sufficient; staying on the campsite was exciting knowing that we were among the wildlife. Everything was organised and well ran.
It is a trip that everyone should do and we 100% would recommend this company. They have been superb! Just take a cushion for your bum! Haha

Very good tour operator
We where a party of 8 with 3 being young teens.
The tour operator was very flexible and very easy to communicate with as we had to do a number of changes over the course of leading up to our actual trip.
We had two very good drivers with excellent knowledge of the Masai Mara Park which meant that we had a great Safari experience.
We saw all we hoped for an more. We had two Land Cruisers which was an upgrade that we decided to do, this was well worth it.
We stayed in budget tent accommodation which was perfect for us as it added to a rustic adventure experience that we wanted to have.
Our overall experience with Safari Update travel was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Great safari with a great guide !
We had a lot of questions before booking the safari and Justice, from Big Cats safari, was really patient and answered all our questions very quickly. Then, we did the safari with Lodi, a great french speaking safari, who knows everything about animals. We had so much fun and emotions ! The hotels were great, the food was nice (even for a vegetarian), and the price was really reasonable. We would definitely come back to do another safari with Big Cats safaris ! Thanks to the team !

Best experience ever!!!
Our Safari with Tazama Africa Holidays was really amazing even when we had to postpone it for a year due to COVID 19. Antony was really attentive with my wife and I and made our experience enjoyable and unique. He also was able to remember all the requests I made when I booked the Safari back in 2019, he made sure my wife had a special day for her birthday at the camp where we were staying (Entim Mara Camp), and also he made sure we get our COVID test in time in order we could depart to our next destination. Our game driver guide (Steven) was also amazing. He has a lot of knowledge about the Masai Mara and all the species that live there. He was really attentive with us and was able to show us 4 out of the Big Five we can see at the Masai Mara. We really enjoyed our time there and we really appreciate Tazama Africa Holidays.

Once in a lifetime experience for real, no cheating
I love Africa starting from Kenia. Balloon safari was too expensive too worth to try after the try. Fairmomt hotels were luxury and comfortable. We will come back to Tanzania and Zanzibar next year!

Unforgettable experience
This really was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish everything was handled expertly. A big shout out to Lennox and Robert our tour guide.
From the get go, The process with dealing with Lennox was seamless. Every query I had he answered immediately . I went for the budget route with this trip not knowing what to expect but I couldn't fault anything. Great value for money and a great experience to get up close with the big 5 in Masai Mara.
Robert was one of the most knowledge and likeable people I've ever met. Great guy all round who ensured that we saw every animal possible while on the safari.
Also a great guy to have a chat with while relaxing with a beer at the end of the day

Amazing experience with Roadside
We read many of the reviews written here by previous travellers and decided to go with Roadside. I will tell you this: the reviews are all TRUE! From the very beginning Paul was attentive and replied to our needs in an excellent manner and rapidly. We ended up making a 7 days, 6 nights Safari and the praise for each of the people we met during our adventures won't never be enough.
I would recommend anyone to go now and live a lifetime experience, probably due to COVID there is not much tours on the parks so you will have a better, very intimate tour... our tour guide, Fred has an incredible eagle sight and we could see all the things we imagined, and more.
