Impressive service
I found African Welcome Safaris by chance when searching Google for safari holidays, read their excellent reviews and went ahead and contacted them. From that first email Kathi was extremely responsive and helpful....emails came back same day or next day but often within hours. Nothing was too much trouble despite changing our plans numerous times....Kathi understood that this was to be the holiday of a lifetime and we wanted to get it 'just right'. She understood that we had a budget and offered us various choices within that budget. The accommodation she booked for us in Johannesburg was outstanding and every transfer and flight booked through African Welcome Safaris went without a hitch. The safari was out of this world and the advice she gave us about what reserve to visit and why was spot on. She communcated the special needs we had (there were a couple) to the hotel in Johannesburg and the lodge on safari making our stay perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathi and African Welcome Safaris to anyone wanting to go on safari or simply to visit South Africa....we have already passed their details to two sets of friends thinking of going and they would definitely be our first choice were we to safari again. A great and adventurous experience with courteous staff guiding every step.
Communications is good and i must commend the company the good staff they have. It is understandable given the big numbers at Maasai Mara for the Christmas holiday not everything was expected to be 100% but it was a worthy experience. The safari tour itself is good but there always room for improvement and additions which i believe the company is seized. Mara i think is an expansive area which can be explored more though i fully understand this will increase the number of days one takes and the cost. This i humbly think would be a good consideration for the company as they plan ahead.

Incredible experience with karibu safari
We had an unbelievable time on a 6 days safari. Everything was perfectly organized. Our driver Richard was the best one and found every kind of animals and made everything possible no Mather what wishes we had!!! As a New Years Special the agency booked me a flight ticket to Mombasa! Thank you so much highly recommended

The greatest experience! I highly recommend!
We had the greatest experience with Axis Africa Safaris. We went for a 4 day private safari from Nairobi to Amboseli and Tsavo East and finished in Diani Beach. Our guide, Joshua is a great person - very knowledgeable, experience and patient to all our questions. For the first 2 days there was also a cook, Fred who was traveling with us and preparing our meals - it was the most delicious food we had in Africa (and we visited a few good restaurants during our trip). The communication with Lennox before the safari was also very pleasant and the trip was organized very well. I would give 6 stars if it was possible! Thank you Axis Safaris!

Excellent - a life changing experience!
From the moment we met Mussa, our tour guide, we knew we had made the right choice with Roam Serengeti Safaris. Mussa was extremely knowledgeable and worked extra hard to ensure we had the best experience possible. He was extremely professional and demonstrated genuine pride for his work. He was very patient with us and happily answered all of our questions (we had a lot).
This was our first time on a safari and our experience far surpassed our expectations. We are planning a return trip and will definitely book again with Roam Serengeti Safaris.

Incredible Experience with an amazing guide!!
My friend and I went on the 6-day safari at the beginning of December, travelling to Masai Mara National Park, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli National Park. From the beginning, Peter was excellent with providing information and answering any questions we had prior to arriving in Kenya. We paid in full prior to arriving and it was seamless. Leonard was our guide and he was fantastic, so easygoing and pleasant to spend the week with; we were very lucky to be the only 2 people to book that safari for the week so had the vehicle to ourselves! Unlimited bottled water was provided as well as a set of binoculars, though they weren't great, so I would still suggest to bring your own. The parks were incredible and our safari drives were always as long as we wanted them to be (within park operating hours). Each of the "budget" safari camps that we stayed blew me away with the level of luxury provided, all the meals were great, as was the service and amenities at each one. We stayed at Olda Poi Safari Camp, Flamingo Hill Resort and Kibo Safari Camp, which Peter was able to upgrade us to during the week which was gorgeous! I would highly recommend gong with Africa Flash MC Tours and will not hesitate to book with them again when I return to Africa!!!! Thank you Peter and Leonard for everything!!!! :)

Review about Mikumi National Park by Nickie Whitaker
I was in Dar Es Saalam on business, and had one day for a safari. I was able to see a large amount of wildlife at Mikumi National Park. My guide was familiar with the park, animal behaviors, and provided many entertaining and educational anecdotes. The ability to get close look at so many large iconic animals was amazing. Amazing number of animals for a smaller park. Well worth the trip.

Amazing viewing of iconic wildlife up close; arranged one day tour on short notice
I was in Dar Es Saalam on business, and had one day for a safari. Gecko Adventures was able to accommodate me on short notice with a private one day tour at a reasonable price. I was able to see a large amount of wildlife at Mikumi National Park. My guide was familiar with the park, animal behaviors, and provided many entertaining and educational anecdotes. The ability to get close look at so many large iconic animals was amazing.
