They are Very helpful and communicative bevore and meanwhile our experience
We had a 4 day trip through Tarangire, Serengeti and NgorongoroCrater and we saw everything we wanted to see except the rhinos. Especially the lion on his hunt, the lionlady teaching her son how to hunt and the elefants bathing! The costumer service was so good especially our guide Mosses made the trip unforgettable with his funny and lovely wise.

Great trip
I booked a 3 day Safari with this outfitter after being in Africa for sometime on USAID assignment. I thought my guide Farouk was fantastic. I was picked up at my hotel and returned to the airport on time and as scheduled. Everyone I dealt with ( Ruth, Frank etc.) communicated well and made themselves available for any questions I had. It can be difficult to find honest and dependable outfitters, but this group was excellent. Saw the “Big 5” while in the park, mid range accommodation was decent. I would travel with East Africa Safari again without question.

Excellent guide and perfect organisation
The title says it all. From the moment we stepped off the plane we were accompanied at all times, first by greeting staff at the airport, then by a wonderful bird guide/driver, Jude. We have never had a better bird guide anywhere in the world. This was a private tour for two people and lasted for two weeks. It all ran like clockwork with never a hitch. Jude was always immaculately turned out and a lot smarter than his clients!

Good for programing the trip, disorganized during the stay
We did the 9 days from SAMBURU to AMBOSELI via Masai Mara etc. Good value for money.
During the planning, the manager was very available, very responsive, very attentive. The pre-COVID deposit could be reused two years later...remarkable.
Then, it's more complicated... When we arrived around 11:00 p.m., we already had to pay the balance (normally expected at the office the next day). We paid cash in $, but the series were not homogeneous and they applied a discount... ($20, not huge, but for the principle...)
The accommodations are very heterogeneous. Some hotels were clearly not up to standard. NOT RELIABLE. Especially for the 2 nights on NAIVASHA where we even asked to change hotels (rejected...) We had paid fortunately for an upgrade to the MASAI MARA...
The game drives were fabulous, the guide remarkable! always looking for the best places for photos, etc. Always trying to fix the situations (error in booking hotels, excursions, etc.) He is for a lot in this trip. He constantly had to juggle between the program that BLUERANGE gave him and the one that BLUERANGE gave us... not easy... Until the last day, which ruined our feeling... lunch had to be included (written in our program) and in the end, we were left at Nairobi airport with 5$/p for lunch... very limited as we never discussed the prices.
We still have all the good memories given by Kenya: we were able to see all the animals; each park is different; we did the magic balloon ride in masai mara etc.
Therefore an advice: check the accommodation carefully, and give your program to the guide from the start, making him check each step.

Simply amazing and professional
We managed to book all of our Zanzibar Trip with Zanzi Tours and Safaris and we were not afraid of it because they are such a good team and they do it really professional. If you talk to them they tell you exactly what you can expect.

Amazing all included trip - superbly organised and fantastic experience.
We enjoyed a 5 day safari around Naivasha Lake, Lake Nakuru and the Maasai Mara followed by 5 days at Diani beach. Our whole trip with spirit of Kenya was amazing and it was organised so well. We loved the boat ride (included) at Naivasha and the cycle around Hells Gate (extra).
Thank you to Tiago who was patient with us when organising and helping us postpone and re-plan due to covid. He helped us with all the little detail and supported us in designing the trip.
All the hotels we stayed at where superb and all recommended by spirit of Kenya (they offer accommodation to suit a range of styles and budgets). They also organised all of our many transfers and flights which all went smoothly. We cannot stress enough how well it all went, with no issues, and there is no chance we could have organised it all without them. It allowed us to be totally stress free while we were there and just enjoy the experience.
Charles - our driver - was also fantastic and he shared his amazing knowledge with us and answered all of our questions. He kept us informed of plans, as well as making sure we were always happy, and ensured we saw so many amazing animals. He looked after us for the whole 5 days and made us feel comfortable the whole time. Seeing all the animals was obviously the most amazing bit and that was all thanks to Charles.

Excellent private safari
We are a group of seven and we made a 5 days private safari with Khalanga.Our guide was Shoes and he was great.We have seen all the big five and much more.Everything was well organized and the price we paid was much better then other offers we had.We totally recommend Shoes and Khalanga safaris.

we went with peter on a 2 nights/3days safari (tarangire/ngrongoro/lake manyara)
it was amazing and very well organised, peter was a dream guide, he took good care of us and is very experienced about the fauna&flora and a decent, funny man!

Peter is a very nice guy with an unexpectedly good sense of humor!
As already mentioned above we really enjoyed Peter‘s company! He is really down to earth and knew when to give us some space as 3 days in a safari car can be socially exhausting for some people. So travelling with Peter just felt really natural as if you were having a good time with a friend. His sense of humor just clicked with ours which made the safari even more fun! Our accomodation was probably the most luxurious one we‘ve come across during our journey in africa.
All in all it was a great experience and everything went smoothly. Would recommend.

Well organised, costumer friendly
We did 3 days 2 nights safari with Lomo in Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. It was smoothly organised, they fullfilles individual wishes and was good value for the money. Our guide Peter was great, knowledgable, funny and not intrusive. In summary we would go with Lomo again as our tour operator.
