A tailor made Safari
My wife and I had the time of our lives during our Safari with absolutely zero stress. We were picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel. Our guide, Edgar was super knowledgeable and did an amazing job tailoring the experience to the wants of our group. My only regret is not booking a longer safari!

So knowledgeable and kind!
We were initially very nervous because we have never visited Africa before, but we didn't have to worry about anything during our safari. From the moment we landed at the airport until we left Arusha, the staff with Surricata Safaris took care of every detail. The staff were all so knowledgeable, reliable, and kind. Our guide, Edgar, was excellent and helped customize the trip itinerary to meet our desires. We saw everything we could have imagined - cheetahs, elephants, hippos, rhinos, leopards, lions, and so much more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent Kilimanjaro Hiking Experience
An excellent experience with Almighty Kilimanjaro. We did the 7 day Machame route with them in December 2021. They work with your pace and make sure you are comfortable with the services. The tents and food services are basic but very decent. The support team is extremely attentive during the hike and try their best to make things comfortable for you. Rasheedy (Owner) is extremely responsive and will answer any query you may have about the trip. A special shout out to the guides William and Emanuel who went above and beyond to make sure that we succeed in reaching the top. They are possibly the best guides on the route.

Amazing and friendly
We did Masai Mara, lake Naivasha and Amboselli park. It was beautiful! We totally recommend that! The price was very good. Isaac (our guide) was amazing! He knows a lot and his attitude is very nice and positive. He did everything so that we could see all the animals and landscapes. The only bad thing is that the agency made a mistake in booking the the elephants’ orphanage and we couldn’t go

All the preparation was running smoothly, we got immediate responses to all our questions. The safari tour was a once in a lifetime experience. Kelly was the best guide you can imagine, his knowledge about animals is impressive and he takes you off the beaten tracks to give you experiences you will Never forget.
The itinerary and the lodges were perfect. Highly recommendable.

Incredible tour, better than we could have possibly imagined
From the very first contact with Matoke it was clear that as well as being a very well run locally based company with great communication, they also had excellent knowledge, experience and contacts. Organising the 13day Ugandan trip was done quickly fitting in all the itinerary requirements we had and they were always available for questions making excellent suggestions and adjustments as required. They definitely work for the customer and only want the best for your trip compared to some companies that can be inflexible on changes. On arrival we met Anatoli our driver/guide/friend for the trip and we cant recommend him highly enough with his expertise and knowledge about everything Ugandan helping make the trip even more special. The itinerary went exactly as planned visiting Murchison Falls, Kibale, QENP and Bwindi. Even after we left some belongings in Entebbe, Matoke were excellent in helping get them back to us going above and beyond. Thanks to Matoke we left Uganda having had the experience and honeymoon we could have only dreamed of and we will be returning to travel with them again as soon as we can and in the meantime have recommended them to friends and family. Uganda should be at the top of everyone's travel list especially when going with Matoke Tours.

Very well organized everything!
We had 1 day of safari with Colours Africa Tours and Safaris, and all the organization was very good. They picks us on time, the safari car was excellent and the food include in the safari was very good. I recommend you to go with this tour. The Ngorongoro park, for me is not the best safari to see animals. Next time I will prefer to go to Serengeti or Masai Mara, because on those park you see more animals. But the landscape of Ngorongoro was beautiful, because it is a crater and is very fun how you enter to the park with the safari car and you start to go down the crater.

Trustworthy and professional company ... with a human touch!
We are thrilled to write this review for Pembury Tours, and in particular, Anya who was our tour consultant. After reading so many positive and 5-star reviews about Pembury Tours on SafariBookings.com, we decided to get in touch to help organize our safari to Sabi Sands. Anya was kind and cooperative enough to answer our questions and provide an offering that met our specific needs. During our conversation, we expressed our desire to visit South Luangwa, Zambia and she helped us with a perfect itinerary that we decided to go ahead and book instead of Sabi Sands as originally planned.
Both of us being hobbyist photographers, we had requested for a private tour and cited particular requirements - right from what we'd like to do and see, our budget and the desired length of stay, to finer details like dietary requirements, what kind of tents we'd prefer, etc. Leaving no stone unturned, Anya put together an amazing and extremely well organized itinerary. The camp recommended by her, Flatdogs Camp, is a wonderful property in the valley. The guiding quality was top-notch, the food was delicious (even for vegetarians like us), and above all the staff, including the owners, were so welcoming and friendly. We had fairly high expectations from a sightings point of view, and thankfully we got to see and photograph everything we wanted including Leopards - the marquee species in South Luangwa, and the endangered African Wild Dogs, not to mention innumerable other animals and birds.
As a part of the entire booking process, it was a seamless and stress-free experience. Anya was very understanding, accommodative and was quick to respond to a million emails we would have sent to her. She is extremely hardworking and caring at the same time. It is a skill to be able to manage demanding guests and be patient at the same time. Anya certainly excels in this regard. Travelling during Covid-19 times can be very stressful, and the rapidly changing travel rules make it even worse. We were originally scheduled to travel in June'21 but the delta variant caused our flights to be banned just days before our travel date. In these uncertain and anxious moments, Anya stood strong by us and catered to our questions with a human touch! She is so trustworthy and reliable and stayed in contact constantly as we tried to reschedule our safari.
We eventually travelled in Nov'21 and thanks to the meticulous efforts from Anya, we had a fabulous time. Smaller things like airport pick-up and drop services, arranging for Covid-19 tests, etc. were kindly organized by her, ensuring that we could relax and enjoy our safari. As fate would have it, the panic around the Omicron variant meant that our flight back home was suspended literally 3 hours prior to the departure, leaving us stranded at the airport. Despite being her weekend and on top of that being fairly late in the evening, Anya went out of the way to arrange a vehicle to take us to a hotel to spend the night, and also kindly assisted in finding alternate flights back home. In these desperate times, having somebody trustworthy and reliable makes a huge difference mentally, and we are lucky to have had Anya around to help and guide us. It's difficult to imagine booking a trip on our own, especially in these challenging uncertain times. In the absence of the expertise and professionalism exhibited by Anya, it could have been a far worse and stressful experience for us. Thankfully, she lifted a lot of burden off our shoulders and ascertained that we enjoy our trip and leave the worries to her. A big thanks to you, Anya!
