Delivered more than expected
Hinal was our main contact. She was always there from start to finish. She organised all the National Parks, their entrance fees, accommodation (as per our dietary requirements and adventure tolerance), collection and drop off to airport. Out guide, Rasheed was great at ensuring we got as best views as possible and would start and stop at our convenience.

A professional and well-run company.
We saw all the animals we wanted and stayed in safe, nice places. The price was affordable and the variety was plenty. Problems were minor. I would definitely choose this company again and recommend it to anyone. Our driver/guide, Stanley, was reliable and amazing in his ability to spot wildlife.

Maisa mara 3 day safari
We did a 3 day safari to masai mara with Mark and George and it was very nice. We see a lot of animals and the lodge at enchoro wildlife was very good. Definitely worth it!

Almost perfect!
Overall, the trip was quite satisfying. Jimmy is very knowledgeable, experienced, and great at communication—he knows when to engage and when to give us space. When we encountered rare and beautiful scenes, he made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy and take photos.
However, Jimmy was a bit careless at times. For example, we often agreed to meet at the lobby at 7:00, but I had to call him at 7:10 to remind him, rather than him waiting for us in advance. On the last day, due to miscommunication with the transfer driver about the timing, we had to wait for an hour and a half in 30-degree heat.
These issues weren’t deal-breakers, but they did affect the experience. If Jimmy can improve on these easily fixable details, I would still recommend him to my friends.

Charles is very helpful
The communication started very strong and Charles managed to find a way to meet all the needs I requested.
During the safari, Charles was also very helpful to help me find all the animals I want to see. It was very nice enjoying my private solo trip.
Highly recommend hot ballon and night drive, very different and special experience !
If there is one thing to improve, I’d appreciate more visibility for transition to another agency when I landed in Zanzibar since they have a local partner.
Overall I think it is a good experience ! Thank you for making my safari trip come true !

4 friends on an amazing safari in Tanzânia
We had an amazing experience with Serengeti African Tours. We were 4 friends and went on a 4-day tour, staying overnight in camps.
The organization and booking of the safari were very smooth and quick, with Inviolata always available to answer our questions and assist us.
Our guide Rashid was incredible and made the safari even better. He has great knowledge about the animals, answers all questions in depth, and has an impressive understanding of the parks, which allowed us to see the animals from the best angles.
I totally recommend it.

Incredibly good travel arrangement
After planning to visit Tanzania, I posted my travel expectancy in Safari Booking and got at least 5 quotations and suggestions by Companies.
Full Package Adventures was the one offering us, who are based in Europe, a complete "a la carte" trip and immediate replies to our suggestions, because we wished to spend most of the time on Safari.
Our initial fear to trust a Tanzanian Company gradually disappeared, provided their rapid replies, transparency and full dedication to organise our trip.
Our Safari guide, Gilbert, proved an extremely smart, knowledgeable and generous professional, who always managed to spot the best places for sporting animals, having major communication and social capacities to always offer us the best views, joy and solutions in case of complications (e.g., avoiding traffic jams when a truck or car was stuck in the middle of the road).
Thanks to Gilbert, we learnt a lot about, e.g., plants, animals, Tanzanian history or anthropology and we now wish to visit this country again in the near future.

Excellent Safari Experience
We had an incredible safari in Kenya this August and couldn’t recommend the experience more highly. From start to finish, communication with Steve was excellent – he kept us well informed and even met us personally at both the beginning and end of the trip, which was a really thoughtful touch.
Our guide, Patrick, was absolutely outstanding. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about all the animals and the environment, but also went above and beyond to make sure our trip was unforgettable. Thanks to him, we were able to see the Big Five and so much more. His passion, expertise, and warm personality made the whole experience even more special.
The accommodation throughout was very good, with comfortable stays and delicious food. Everywhere we went, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which really added to the enjoyment of our trip.
Overall, this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience made truly exceptional by the team. Thank you Steve and Patrick for making our safari so memorable – we will treasure it forever.

Awesome experience with a great tour operator
The tour has been very well prepared, the company IS very reliable, the quality/ Price ratio has been very convenient. The tour has been amazing, with a lot of beautiful views of animals, excellent service in the lodges. An special mention to the guide (Gilbert) who was a fantastic person very well prepared, serious and with a broad experience and knowledge about the safaris. This company and the safaris are highly recommendable.
