The Tanzania Choice mountain team was very well experienced and kept us climbers focused and on pace to Kilimanjaro's summit (100% success rate). The Safari guide who took us through Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna and could spot any animal with ease. The trip came to a very relaxing end in Zanzibar, which was a great way to end the journey. We had a private 2 days & 1-night safari trip to Masai Mara.
Millicent and Mr George were very helpful with the enquiry and trip customization to suit my group's needs. They answered all our questions prior to the booking and also agreed to our payment option.
Mr Ken, our guide and driver is experienced and knowledgeable. He made sure we saw as many animals as possible. We ended up seeing 4 of the Big 5 (the Rhinos refused to come out of their hiding) and some other animals like the Cheetah despite our short time on the trip.
Our accommodation was clean and the service including the food was good.
The only thing I will change is the meals at the stops. The restaurants didn't have much to offer especially for foreigners.
Overall, it was a nice experience and good value for money.

It was not easy to contact and compare hundreds of agencies but it was worth it! Philomena's availability and professionalism immediately captured us by solving all our doubts and planning a dream safari at an unbeatable price. We chose a safari with lodge accommodation because we wanted to face this experience in the most comfortable and relaxing way possible and Philomena far exceeded all our expectations: the lodges booked were incredible !! cleanliness, kindness of the staff and EXCELLENT food. We were really surprised and delighted.
Our guide was Elisante, who seems to have been born and raised in the parks of Tanzania as he knew perfectly and by heart all the most strategic points of the parks we visited, managing to give us a unique and complete experience. She never needed a map, she drove for hours and hours in the wildest spots of the parks without ever straying from the main floor of our safari. He is also an excellent driver knowing perfectly what to do (and how to do) during the crowded times of the vehicles of the various agencies to keep you always on the front line.
The safari vehicle was like new and with all the necessary amenities for a TOP safari: pull-out roof, refrigerator, power sockets, radio to communicate with other vehicles, etc.

From the beggining they caught the idea of what I wanted, eventhough it was my first safari and I didn't have a clear idea of what I would enjoy. I booked with them just by sending 200$ first, and they came to pick us up in Giraffe Manor. From there, I have to say, that was one of the best experiences in my life. I will come back there, hopefully next year, with a group of people which I already have made plans ahhaaahha. I am very happy with their services, and very happy to meet great african people. .

Professionals and know how take care about us in the mountain
I'm a 27 years old girl who was for 6 days in a expedition with Suricata Safaris. It was one of the best experience I have ever had. The crew of suricatas was amazing, they took care about us every second of the day. Our guides (Fredy Ngogo and Alex Kilembu) know about the mountain, the history of kilimanjaro, the nature, the security, about alpinism and they were really atent at us, and at our needs. They know how to made to feel us confortable. I think in that tipe of expeditions being aware of the sintoms of altitud is really important, and they know how to do it, they know how to acclimataise well and prevent the real problems that altitud can cause. We summit the top of kilimanjaro, without need of pills, feeling good, with their indications and their advise. We did it by the way of machame route but they know all the routes that summit kilimanjaro. They were really professionals and amazing!!!
The porters (Emmanuel Midimi, Gasto Ngogo, Emily Swai, Martin, Happygood Jeremia, Elia Chacha, Mohammed Athuman) were also incredible, they were taking care about our things every moment, they made us feel like a mamber of a family, those guys were really strong and lovely with us.
The food was like if your mum were cooking, every day we ate different tipes of food, we'r really thankfull on the cook, Watson Matayo, who was making sure we had enought energy to climb! And we couldn't forget Riziki Tarimo our waiter, who made easy to get up every morning. I feel really thankfull about him. If I had to choose, I would choose them for sure again, 100%, because I couldn't found a best team in Tanzania. Hakuna matata and pole pole.
