Non reliable
I planned a family trip with my daughter and Kenyan friend to Kenya for first time. I used safari booking to find the right operator.
I selected safari updates based on reviews which was completely misleading.
Silas sounded professional by providing pricing but he did not change the pricing for my Kenyan friend and took 1700 dollars for 3 days trip to masa marai.
Since we were ladies on own, I requested him for reliable car and he mentioned it 4x4 top luxury which was completely the opposite.
The car stopped 3 to 4 times because of the battery. It was full of dirty masks, broken handles and the driver Charles didn't knew how to open the socket switches to charge our mobiles. The car provided was not anywhere close the to the pictures.
I was frustrated by first day and it was too late to change the plan. Then our driver Charles did not know where animals were, he was just roaming around the park following our operator cars.
When I called Silas, he offered us a free trip to masai village as part of the package which Charles did not have clue about.
The only positive thing about this trip was the hotel people at jambo mara in masa marai. I have to mentioned that they went beyond and above to make us feel comfortable which was completely opposite to what Charles and silas provided.
If I had the option I would rate Silas 0, I don't appreciate dishonesty specially when I had planned my trip in July and paid 50%.
I finished my trip yesterday and I called him expressing all of this, he has vanished and never called back.

Safari tour was great but beside that they took great care of us like a family.

Taker and master of his job. My tour organizer Mr. Joseph is very knowledgeable
And always ready to help. The tour owner has attitude of helping more than what you pay.

I think it’s important to first note that we originally booked this trip for a 2020 visit, and due to the outbreak of Covid, we had to postpone it … And postpone it again … And postpone it again … And then postpone it for health reasons … And then we were finally able to travel. Through each of these re-bookings, we had the option of getting a refund or to move forward. The company never once suggested that we would lose money as a result of all the rebookings; also, each time we rebooked we made slight changes, and Alice was very flexible and able to accommodate. Even wants we traveled, due to a slight passport glitch, Alice was able to jump in and assist us. The places we stayed were all excellent, the animal sightings were countless, the service, the food …. All were excellent! We truly enjoyed every minute of this experience of a lifetime!

Wonderful safari with Sino Africa Safari!
We could not complain anything, they are professional and indeed, number 1 on many platforms. They know how to handle they clients well. We loved the surprise they arranged for us in Masai Mara. It was one of the best birthday in Kenya! I would say they know how to make clients happy and exceed our expectation! Good job and keep it up! Recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic Kenya wildlife Safari
We did a 7 days safari with Africa Starpal Safaris and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was well prepared by Paul, the owner, communication was easy and efficient. Our guide Thomas was very professional and always went the extra mile to make sure we had an unforgettable experience.We were able to see the big 5 for the first time of our lifetime. Great communication - highly recommended!
We had planned our trip before Covid and were extremely satisfied with how Romy handled the postponements, changes and other special requests (changing the number of travellers, special planning for a participant who could only travel for a fortnight, etc.). We booked a three-week self-drive tour and were completely satisfied.

Excellent Company
We had the most wonderful vacation thanks to our cook Moshi and our guide Salehe!
We booked a 3 nights/ 4 days group safari in a tent and visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire.
Moshi made sure that we always have a yummy hot meal. For breakfast we ate the most amazing pancakes with Nutella and bananas, eggs, toast with tropical fruits jam and of course coffee and tea. He would get up at 3-4h am to prepare the breakfast. He always welcomed us with a big smile and good mood
