I went to Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru with Lenchada. Our guide Richard was very friendly and made sure everything was well done. He even went further in organising my individual needs like a pcr test and onward transport to Kakamega.

Professional, friendly, reliable!!!
It was a perfect 3-days safari tour with friends organized by Mazingira which became one of the most amazing experience in our life. Our contact person was Johari, who helped us in planning the safari.
She is very kind, flexible, patient and knowledgeable. When we arrived in Arusha the day before the tour, she was already waiting for us at the hotel to meet personally and discuss the details of the tour.
Our guide Elisante picked us up at the hotel the next morning. We were so glad to have Eli as our guide. He is a true professional, knowledgable, answering all our questions and very patient. Eli took care of everything we felt really comfortable and safe with him. The game drives were amazing with many many animals :)
Our Mazingira vehicle was a “pop-up roof” Toyota Land Cruiser, which was in a very good condition, well maintained, with built-in refrigerator and the tires were in excellent shape too.
Our accommodation and the food was perfect, everything according to our expectations.
Mazingira is an amazing company to book with and I highly recommend it!! 10/10

If I could award a rate higher than 'excellent' I surely would.
Bamboo Safari manager Edison was incredibly responsive, answering every e-mail the same day it was sent. He put together a 7 day adventure with mountain gorillas, chimpanzee trekking, river cruising, overland safaris, bush flights to several parks, great lodges, especially Kwringa Gorilla Mountain lodge. Our patient and expert guide, Fred persevered over some difficult terrain in a sturdy Toyota Landcruiser. Best of all and compared to other safaris, Fred came to every meal and entertained us as opposed to being relegated to some 'staff' table.
We found Uganda safe, the people excessively friendly, and the children wonderful.
Finally, photos and film cannot possibly do justice to the magnificence of the mountain gorillas. 'Awesome'

Very good tour company
I and my husband booked with kitonga tours and safaris for three days in Selous, Mikumi, and Udzungwa. The cooperation with staff of this tour company was very good, car was good, food was good, accomodations was good. Time management was excellent . We were satisfied. We recommend other travelers to book with this Tour company they see value for money and best safari ever.

Wonderful SAMARA,friendly people &memorable experience
Wonderful from start to finish, breathtaking countryside with extremely friendly and loving people.
We have just had a wonderful get away to SAMARA , arranged by LULU SAFARIS UGANDA(Enthusiastic enough about travel) Our itinerary was perfect, with just the right mix of sightseeing and activities, many fabulous memories made. The leader (Elvis) was so knowledgeable and friendly, he made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable and stress free.

Very nice experience
We did the half day tour for Nairobi National Park. Thanks to our guide Castro, we managed to see plenty of animals (lions, rhinos, giraffes, impalas, various types of antilopes, hippos, crocodile, buffalos, zebras, ostriches...etc) and he taught us many things about them, answered all our questions!

Most amazing trip ever!!!
This was the best trip ever. From the animals to our driver to the wonderful accommodations. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I wish I could do this trip over and over. I laughed I cried but most importantly I made so many memories that I will never forget.
