A truly fantastic safari experience with a variety of wildlife in a natural setting
I was incredibly impressed with the wildlife that we came across during our game drives in Etosha National Park, which included many lions, zebras, giraffes, elephants, rhinos, hyenas, wildebeest, birds of prey and so much more. I arrived hoping to see at least one lion, but managed to see over 20 in the three days that we were there, including lions with a kill and lionesses with their cubs which was a real highlight.
The Okaukuejo waterhole was an absolute delight and only a short walking distance of the Okaukuejo rest camp where we stayed. The setting was surreal, it was like watching a live theatre show with a steady stream of animals and birds constantly arriving to bathe and drink just a few metres away. I could happily sit and watch the wildlife come and go all day long just in this one spot. At night the waterhole is floodlight, so we could continue viewing in the dark and was surprised by the number of animals that came to visit throughout the evening, including a number of rhinos with their young. This was ideal, as we were able to extend our safari experience after our games drives in a relaxed environment.
The campsite facilities were great. We had access to a small outdoor kitchen, which made food preparation a lot easier. Shower facilities were also of a high standard.
They shoot animals in front of you
They shoot elephants and rhinos in front of you and leave them to suffer. Horrific!
An amazing destination with fantastic people to make your holiday memorable.
We visited Tyron Safari in October and the whole experience completely surpassed all of our expectations. The transfer from Johannesburg was effortless, the accomodation was very comfortable, food was brilliant and everyone we met was trying to make our holiday as good as it could be. I couldn't recommend this company enough.
A kind, beutiful land full of surprices.
We are very satisfied with our trip. The weather was good, the food was okay and we had a good guide.

Review about Namibia by Saleha Ullah
Namibia is a country with amazing wildlife and so much more. I was surprised at the abundance of wild animals we saw in Etosha, but also saw other wildlife along our journey travelling across the country. The country has so much to offer in addition to its wildlife, including some of the highest sand dunes in the world, traditional tribes and hiking opportunites.

Great choice for a first-time trip to Africa
Great choice for a first-time trip to Africa, with Zanzibar sandy beaches being the perfect complement for a few days of Safari. Not too many tourists, although still a bit crowded.
The Ngorongoro Crater is something you must see at least once in your lifetime.
Outstanding safari adventure with Transtrek - Book now, do not hesitate.
After months of research, I finally decided on Transtrek for our "Bucket List" trip. From the start our communication with Daniel was easy and pleasant, he really worked hard to get us the trip we wanted, he is thoughtful and paid close attention to what our needs were. He revised the itinerary a few times with our input, until it was precisely what we wanted, and within our budget. I felt very comfortable using Transtrek which is important when you are spending a good amount of money for a 13-day vacation. Trying to plan something from a distance, with a stranger in another country is intimidating, but working with Daniel was like working with a friend, which truly put us at ease.
The trip itself? Well, we are still smiling, downloading movies and 3500+ photos. It was unbelievable, one cannot imagine the things we saw, everything but the rhino, but that was OK with us since on the way to look for the rhinos, we came upon 2 large male lion brothers on their way back home around 830am. We followed them for an hour, chuffing and roaring as they communicated. The behavior was extremely interesting, and we were so close to them, that my heart started pounding (and I'm not easily frightened) about a 20-25 foot distance.
All of our days were filled with really interesting encounters, a giant python, African hunting dogs (very rare) and a female elephant so close that Peter didn't turn the vehicle off since she was in "charge" mode. We kind of snuck up on her eating in Tsavo West. The brush was so dense that we couldn't see each other until we were right on top of her, and she us. Exhilarating! We saw so much; Lions, hippos, zebra, giraffe, elephant, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, crocodile, hyena, ostrich, warthog and much more. I even got a bunch of kisses from a friendly, beautiful eland at the gate of the Masai Mara reserve. A huge animal with large horns, but tame and friendly as he/she was a rescue at a young age. I could have stayed there all day with the eland, beautiful animal...
This safari was absolutely unforgettable thanks to Peter our driver. He is very knowledgeable, smart, knows his animals and their territories, he was also very accommodating to us and was flexible on his timing. We were in good hands with Peter, we felt safe, comfortable and most of all we had the time of our lives, really an incredible trip. He knew where to locate and spot the animals, as well as an expert on the wildlife itself, especially the birds, so many huge birds in the reserves and Peter knew what all of them were - impressive knowledge.
Do not hesitate for a moment booking with Transtrek if you are searching for a tour company. I am a skeptic at heart, and always will be. I do not ever trust blindly without extensive research, but at some point you need to book a safari with someone, right? My instinct told me Daniel is a trustworthy man after emails back and forth with him, and I am happy to report my instincts paid off. Great trip, great animal sightings, and especially a great company to put my trust in, I would use Transtrek again in a heartbeat.
Asante Sana Transtrek, hope to meet again in the future.

Well plannd tour to Kruger and Panorama route
African Coast Travel & Tours did a great job in Planning 3 days of Safari in Krüger National Park and a road trip to scenic Highlights nearby. During our 3 Safari trips, we managed to see the big five and also man other animals. The booked lodge was comfy and the food provided was very delicious. The transfer from Johannesburg as well as the trip to the dights near Kruger was always kind, flexible and informative.

Everything was perfect
At first I really appreciated being able to express myself in French. To each of my questions, I received clear and precise answers. The hotel proposals were very interesting and out of the ordinary, Manze Camp in Selous, Sunshine Zanzibar Hotel Matemwee, Coffee House Hotel Stone Town. On the spot the drivers were always in advance to the appointments. Our trip was superbly organized and where there was danger for our trip (the plane left early without warning), Anne made every effort to wait for us at the airport. Without his efficiency and that of his driver (traffic jam on the road) we could not take our plane to Selous. Again thank you Anne, everything was perfect.

My ''wow'' safari
Kenya is wonderful and beautiful. My friends and I booked a seven days safari with Savannah Sound safari's . Right from the beginning they were quick to answer all our queries, and on arrival we met with our guide Julius who was with us during our safari. What a privilege to have seen all the big five, Julius just knew where to go and find them. I loved his good communication skills, interpersonal skills and knowledgeable about the wild nature. I would recommended any person to travel with them to experience the great safari adventure.
