Couldn't have asked for a more knowledgable or helpful agent than Madi!
We can't thank Madi and Simon enough for making our safari in Kruger National Park some of our best vacation memories ever. From the beginning, Madi was there to help me plan and to answer any question I had about what to expect from weather to our daily itinerary. She made some suggestions about options for activities and lodging that were excellent. Once we arrived, Simon took over. It would be impossible to find a more knowledgeable and helpful guide. He worked very hard to make sure we saw all the animals on our must see list. In addition, he could answer any question we had about habitat, predator, prey, mating and interaction with other species. If you book this trip and are lucky enough to get Simon, it will be a memorable experience. FInally, having a chef to prepare local, traditional cuisine for our meals was a terrific idea. John was friendly and eager to share not only his expertise as a chef with us, but each meal was accompanied by an explanation of the background for each dish. Our entire family is eager to make a return trip!! Thank you all for your hard work and all that you did to make us feel so special and insure that this would be the trip of a lifetime

African Honeymoon Review, Tanzania, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Zanzibar
We wanted to find a travel company to work with in planning our honeymoon to Tanzania. We did a lot of research, and reached out to several travel companies for quotes, information, and itineraries. When working with Dancing Zebra Safari and Jessica- her service and passion stood out to us. Which is one of the reasons we ultimately chose to move forward with this company. She planned a 10 day itinerary for us in Tanzania starting at the Arusha Coffee Lodge --> Lake Manyara, Neptune Lodge --> Ngorongoro Crater, Lemala Kuria Hills --> Northern Serengeti (We had a self-booked accommodation in Zanzibar). She planned every detail possible for us, from our arrival to Kilimanjaro, all transfers and domestic flights between the different reserves, accommodations and games drives and all we had to do was arrive and her in-country team took it from there, this put us at ease and made our lives easy. She was pleasure to work with, you can tell she has a passion for Tanzania, travel, and planning these amazing trips! She does her research too. You won't be disappointed when you choose this company, this travel planner will put her heart and soul into making sure you have a wonderful trip!

Great Adventure Safari
From the day I contacted Saso Safaris, they always replied me swiftly and with a very high level of professionalism. I am not used to book and pay online so I really had to feel that Saso Safaris was totally trustworthy.
Saso was able to answer all my questions in a very efficient way. We were lucky because I believe we had an exceptional driver/ guide called James.
He was always on time, drove safely, and checked some roads beforehand to guarantee we would always be on time. Cherry on the cake, he is not only a very responsible and committed guide but he is also very interesting and entertaining.
We managed to see a Leopard in queen elizabeth, Gorillas in Bwindi, actually see is not the right word...we were actually sitting two meters away enjoying an amazing moment. We explored Western Uganda to its fullest but in a very comfortable way. With Trek Gorilla Safaris, it was simply all about enjoying the trip with no organisation hassle! We want to thank Saso Safaris for this trip of a lifetime.

You meet nice people in this company
I went on 4-day tour with African Savannah Trekkers, and I am very convinced I made a right decision. I would recommend them for the reasons below.
1. Swift and Timely Response to Inquiries
They were always swift and timely in responding to questions by email. I got response always within 24 hours, while other operators had been slow or did not even respond at all.
2. Honest and Creative Proposals
I sent them what I wanted to do there without knowing much about geographies and traffic conditions over there. They came back to me with a few proposals with honest downsides at each options. That helped me to make a realistic and no-rush scheduling, which eventually I found very satisfactory.
3. Good follow up
I was traveling in the middle of India before going over to Tanzania, and I got a phone call from them to double check my arrival schedule. One of the concern you would have in a country you have never been is if they would show up at the airport or hotel. My concern was completely gone because of this call. The driver was at the gate of the airport, for sure when I arrived at Kilimanjaro airport.
4. You meet nice and hardworking people there
The drive is very nice gentlemen always tried to show me the best of the Safari. Gets close to animals, turns off engine, takes time until I am fine. I managed to see all animals I wanted to see. Also he is really hardworking man, making sure I get on the car always clean and tidy every morning. Their Toyota Landcruiser becomes literally dirty after a whole day on natural Safari roads. I saw him working quietly showering the Toyota and cleaning up seat matts when I was eating dinner under the sunset. Took a rest after me, and got up earlier than I everyday.
5. Reasonable Cost
I got some proposals from some other operators, and I found them most reasonable. Very transparent.

Kathi is extremely responsive, patient, and worked very hard to plan a trip of a lifetime for us!
5 adults went on a 10-day self-drive tour of Namibia covering Sossusvlei, Swakopmund, Damaraland and Etosha National Park. African Welcome Safaris helped us plan the trip and booked us into incredible lodges along the way. We initially planned to go with 4 people, then it went down to 2, increased to 3 and finally very close to travel time we added a 4th and 5th person to the group. Kathi was extremely understanding and patient and was able to juggle the accommodation to suit this moving target! They provided a very detailed book of day to day driving and sites to visit.
Everything worked out according to plan and definitely met and exceeded our expectations! We stayed in a variety of lodges each with their own special character and strengths.
- Windhoek Country Club was a good place to get oriented and kick off our Namibian adventure! Dinner at Joe's Beerhouse was lovely and gave us our first taste of game meat. Unfortunately, showers flooded in 2 of the rooms - be careful!
- Hoodia Desert Lodge (Namibia Desert) was wonderful in all respects. A great welcome, very comfortable rooms, outside bathtub for 2 or 3 is fun, excellent dinners, very friendly staff and knowledgeable guide (Lucas), refreshing pool after a day in the desert, magnificent stars and sundowner not to be missed! Lunches could have been a little better.
- Swakopmund Luxury Suites - a great, clean, modern room with fabulous bathroom and a very friendly and helpful receptionist. Excellent seafood dinner at Tug restaurant. Enjoyed having a voucher for breakfast - chose Cordes and Co. which had an eclectic setting and very good food. We only had one night booked in Swakopmund, but would have liked one more to take in some of the activities and spend more time exploring the town.
- Mowani Mountain Camp (Damarland). Kathi was determined to get us in here and had to do some juggling to make it happen. This is a beautiful lodge in a very unique setting built into massive rocks. The food is outstanding and most of the staff was excellent. Sunset drinks and appetizers were special! Some of the attitudes and signage were a little pretentious e.g. for Superior guests only - need to make all guest feel equally welcome.
- Ongava Lodge (Ongava Private Game Park) - Excellent, warm welcome, magnificent setting with expansive views from the large patio. A well-stocked reserve so we saw a lot of game on the evening drive.
- Mushara Lodge (just outside Etosha National Park) - Probably the most comfortable accommodation (except for the single room), good amenities and food. The only lodge without a view and nowhere to walk. Lovely pool and meals. Great guide (Jonathan) who went the extra mile (Literally) to show us some incredible game. This lodge is great and the staff were good, but it felt like it lacked someone in charge.
Finally, we drove 2,200 kilometres. We had to go into Windhoek to get the vehicle from Namibia Car Rentals. This was time consuming, and it would have been better to get a car at the airport. The car was very reliable, and fortunately we did not have to use either of the 2 extra tires they recommended we take with us. They were great to come to the hotel to remove the additional seats in the back, which were too small for adults. We needed the extra room for luggage and the extra tire. The drive was not too onerous - about 5 or 6 hours on driving days - some more interesting than others. Don't miss the Spreetshoogte Pass on the way to Solitaire. Enjoyed the Cheetah Sanctuary at Solitaire.
All in all a fantastic vacation!

Very competent and committed to delivering their service and still entertaining
Top Notch Customer Service
As Kenyan citizens we usually get pissed at enquiry handling handling, but to my surprise, they are very prompt with answering inquiries and are knowledgeable about their products and services. The service was top notch and the Orange Adventures crew very friendly. Our tour guide was very informative and interactive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Six demanding customers (really) completely satisfied!
One couple had been to Africa several times and the other two were looking for the trip of a lifetime. Somehow, by what I referred to as "Melanie Magic", we all got what we wanted. An extensive knowledge of everything that is available, a high level of communication and a willingness to go that bit further, all while making it a collaborative effort, gave us that dreamed-of trip. The properties were wonderful with the small touches that make a trip seem so special. Not one arrangement went awry and the detailed documentation made it worry free. If you want to be spoiled while seeing all the animals and sights you cannot go wrong with Pembury Tours.

A great choice for a Safari
One of the best parts of Foot Slopes was their fast response to my emails leading up to the trip. The tour itself was great and everything was taken care of; I literally just had to show up. The itinerary was changed without prior notice, but we still did everything that was stated. The days (the order in which we did things) were switched a bit to accommodate others joining parts of the tour. We were well taken care of by our guide.
