We were really happy with the agency and our agent Ute Sonnenberg
5/5

In reviewing any company it is the people that you work with that make the difference. Ute was able to not only give us the vacation we wanted, but make adjustments to our personal tastes. She listened to what we wanted and saw that we got it, rather than trying to fit us into her program, she adjusted the program to fit us! Everything went off as planned and without any hitches. Seems Ute anticipated everything we needed and when we would need it. We were really pleased with her service and professionalism! The Tour was lovely...in so many ways! Real attention to details. Top notch resorts, top class details.....Lots of laughs and fun! Plan to use Ute in the future, she is a real find and Roho Ya Chui seems to have all the right connections in all the right places. Would do it all again! ...or should I say "will" do it again.....the palns are in the works!

Family of 5: Always felt safe, knew what was coming, treated like royalty memories of a lifetime!
5/5

Justin or "Just-in-Case" made our safari trip something so special that myself, my husband and my kids will never-ever forget it! We were treated so special everywhere we went, always knew what to expect for the day or days ahead and always felt safe (minus some lost sleep because of my own worries about animals:-) He is extremely knowledgeable about his own country, can maneuver a jeep through the countryside professionally, always, I mean ALWAYS, has your best interest at heart, he can relate and talk at ease with all ages and we knew he had our safety, exciting experiences and memories of a lifetime as his first priority. I have NO reservation about recommending Justin and his company to anyone who is wishing to go to Tanzania for a safari. I wish him and his family the best of luck with his company and with what life brings their way. Thank you for gifting us an experience we will talk about for generations!

Special_everything we expected AND more.
5/5

We spent time with Stanza in and around Chobe .. boat cruise, 2 nights camping (private, wild site .. special) and Chobe game drives. We loved the whole experience .. enhanced by Stanza's passion & knowledge. Truly felt that we came away knowing Chobe .. enriched! ALL of this further complemented by wonderful Kenny and the wider AfricanBushLovers Team. We'll be back .. for sure!!
Also .. Stanza and Kenny helped us with recommendations & other bookings around Botswana .

It couldn't be better
5/5

We spent 4 days with Vervet Safari Tour at Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Our driver Maulidi was the best we could think of. We found all animals and we always felt secure - whereever we where.
The lodges they booked for us where on outstanding quality ( warm shower, great diner & breakfast choices, electricity and wifi ;-) ). There was truly nothing we missed.

Maulidi, Basili & Nicholas prepared a once in a lifetime trip !!!

Switched on in Africa
5/5

from the time I first got in touch with Jude at Masihambe there was communication when ever I needed information and or even to tell her I had started my countdown at -6months. Then all the communication and help with the visas was great as we were going two weeks prior to the Safari.

Once we were picked up by Anthony we were living the dream. All lodgings, camps, tours and excursions was taken care of. Every type of accommodation was a wow factor and all the time the question was asked " how did you find this place?" Excellent food whether in fabulous lodges or over wood fires (3 course meals!!!) and our needs attended to by friendly helpful staff, cooks, and guides.

Our main guide through the trip was Anthony - amazing knowledgeable person in all things Africa from wildlife to flora and fauna, border diplomacy and crossing to head chef, looking after our group of eight between 60-75 year olds. Such a great sense of humour and stories
to tell while round the camp fire. He and all the guides amazed us at their ability to spot game in long grass that non of us could see, to leopards and snakes up trees, so well camouflaged. Without the guides I am sure we would have missed half of the big five and the smaller creatures and birds that no-one knew of before the trip.

This Safari tour is highly recommend and tops for value for money.

Excellent experience with karibu safaris
5/5

It was an wonderfull five days in Masai mara along with Robert , Edward and william. We have enjoyed the over all trip and many thanks to Edward for showing us the big five. He is a nice, friendly person and have good knowledge over the forest. Also I will mention the name of William , the care taker of the mara camp who is one of the best person I have met in the trip. It was a budget safari but food and accomodatios are really good. Only the decasa hotel is not upto the standard though it was not in the contract. Also the food in transit kenya hotel was average. Finally it is Mr Robert who always supported us through timely communications and advices to make it a successful trip. I will recommend to go ahead with this team to get the smell of Africa.

outstanding and highly professional service
5/5

I live in Australia and felt it was a big risk using a travel agent in another country but did so because of reviews on Trip Advisor form foreigners who had done the same - best thing I've done in along time!!
My consultant was Tammy Harding who replied to my email the same day, after that it was just more of the same excellent level of service in all aspects.
Tammy gave us options we hadn't considered, made the necessary arrangements and kept in contact whenever needed.
Our holiday exceeded our expectations and Tammy played a major role in all of it, we cannot wait to do this again and I will go straight to Pembury and hopefully Tammy again.

The people are friendly - there are two major wildlife areas - Mlilwane Wildlife Reserve and the Hlane Royal National Park - that are both worth visiting. There are a range of good accommodation options available.
