Unforgettable Uganda tour with Matoke Tours
My wife and I travelled to Uganda for a 10N/11D safari tour in July this year arranged by Matoke Tours.
Anna at their office was always very helpful to us, and from day one she came up with good suggestions to make our trip perfect. She always replied quickly. As I am a keen bird and wildlife photographer, she also arranged so we had Confidence as a perfect driver and also a excellent birding guide. He was a very friendly guide that worked hard to find the most birds.
We stayed in mid-range accommodations and mostly nice safari tents.
Game drives and boat trips near Murchison Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park were the highlights of the tour. We also loved to meet the Batwa/Pygmy people of Uganda near Mutanda Lake Resort at the end of our holiday. We highly recommend Matoke Tours.

Family owned company you can trust, took the stress out of arrangements for almost entire trip!
We traveled to South Africa in May 2018 with Kanyezi African Outfitters. We can both honestly say that this was an experience of a lifetime!
Our trip began in the picturesque hills & vineyards of Stellenbosch, where we resided & played at the Spier Wine Farm. This intriguing, beautiful estate is not only brimming with history and art, but is also a modern – environmentally friendly farm centralized on farm-to-table food.
With Chris & Michael as our knowledgeable and welcoming hosts we were able to experience a great variety of what this part of the country had to share. From the scenic drives on the coasts of both the Indian and the Atlantic Oceans, to the adorable penguins at Boulders Beach, we were mesmerized. We then traveled to The Cape of Good Hope where we climbed to a lighthouse with indescribable views. We had another unforgettable day at the Cheetah Outreach Center. Here we had the rare opportunity to observe and interact with both adult and cub cheetahs. Add the breathtaking views of a sunset wine tasting and the adventures that each of us found in Cape Town, and we consider our time here truly magnificent.
For the next leg of our journey we went to Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve.
We were welcomed by the absolutely incredible staff of Sabi Sabi along with the kind & capable Chip Allen.
Here, our all-to-temporary home was the luxurious Bush Lodge. There are not enough wonderful things we can say about our time at Sabi Sabi. The staff was over-the-top welcoming, friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Our time spent on safari is unparalleled! The adventure of looking for and tracking animals, then the excitement of finding and observing them in their natural, wild environment, up close and personal, both during the day and at night, was positively exhilarating!
We took the opportunity to visit a local village. This was something we both look back on as an essential part of our journey.
These moments, so many captured on video and photo, were not only breathtaking and unforgettable, but also indelibly life changing!
Kanyezi took all the work out of planning this trip, made all flight, transfer and activity arrangements, in addition to providing us with everything we asked for and more. Chris personally met us inside the airport in Cape Town, then Michael met us all curbside to escort us to Spier.
From the first time I called his number, Chris was friendly, answered all my questions and helped me feel secure in the decisions we were making to take this trip. It was a pleasure finally meeting then spending time with he and Michael once we arrived.
Kanyezi is a family owned company you can trust. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to travel with Kanyezi.
Deeply grateful for it all,
Larry & Kristin Bloom

Excellent trip planning and support
We planned a trip for a group of 8 to southern Africa with Darren and team. Organizing an itinerary that worked given lodge and flight availability was a big effort and we really appreciated the support they provided us to make our trip successful. They also provided very good information at every step of the process from choosing lodging to entry requirements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for friends and family to use in the future.

Worry-free gorilla viewing safari!
Organized tour operator; they arranged safe transportation from where we were staying (an island in Uganda) to the mountains to see the gorillas. We were accompanied with Fred, our friendly soft-spoken guide, on the drive and through the village at the mountain base up to gorilla "headquarters" and driven back afterwards to another town for lunch and to meet the rest of our party. Smooth and worry-free. Would highly recommend. (Also, the mountain gorillas are obviously AMAZING and an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives!)

Chege an excellent tour guide. Lake Naivasha beautiful and a thrill to see two Hippo families!
Lake Naivasha is well worth a visit. The bird life is beautiful and what a thrill to be so close to two Hippopotamus families. Joseph Chege was a friendly and excellent tour guide. He communicated points of interest from the time we left Nairobi to the end of the tour. He was ever concerned about our comfort and safety. I highly recommend this tour.

Megan was fabulous & so patient in customizing our trip to do EXACTLY what we wanted affordably!
The communication was excellent - we put in our questions each evening and had our answers the following morning. We went back & forth on what we wanted to do and what we could afford. Megan managed to squeeze in everything we wanted to do and even helped us find a cooking class in Johannesburg that she had attended. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. All the safaris (we went to 4 different safaris - 2 in both in Kruger and Chobe) were amazing. We managed to see the BIG five and much, much more. The accommodations were fabulous and all the guides and staff couldn't have been more helpful. We thought this trip to Africa would take it off our bucket list but while in Africa, we got hooked and want to go back - next time to Tanzania + Kenya + Morocco. It would be hard to pick our favorite spot, but our stay in Simon's Town at Simon's guest House had to top the list. Thanks for helping us plan the trip of a lifetime. We look forward to planning another trip with you in the future.

An amazing experience
We had four days safari. One day in Lake Nakuru, and three days in Maasai Mara.
It totally lived up to our expectations. Amazing wildlife, we got to see the big five, and many more animals.
Our guide even spotted a female leopard with two cubs on our last day, and managed to get really close to them, that was amazing.
We would really recommend Features Africa. They helped us planning our tour, and kept in touch all the way.
Beautiful place
The parks are great here. Loads of lions around. Friendly people. Good times.

Amazing experience
We are lucky to see the big 5 in Kenya. The weather is so nice that we could take beautiful pictures. The accommodation and food are nice. Thanks BigMac for their well organized trip. My guide Ben is an experienced and great guide.
