Great Pilanesberg experience
We decided at very short notice to spend the day before our flight out at Pilanesberg reserve. It turned out to be a great decision - made possible by a great tour operator, Mmilo! Willem was a great and very knowledgable guide and we had a great time with him. Everything went smoothly from pickup at the hotel to drop-off at the airport, a great experience in the reserve seeing and being pointed out lots of different animals, a yummie lunch at a lodge - and a nice goodie on top: being sent a link to view the pictures Willem took on that day with his professional equipment.
Definitely recommended!

Amazing experience
The guide (Ali) was really nice and he cared that we were enjoying. The food was amazing, Masawi the shef was always super happy and willing to help us.

great time-great tour-great guide
I enjoyed very much out tour in South Africa and Zwaziland seeing many animals especially my favourite hippos. Lodges were perfect and it was never boring. Great talks with our guide Jacob. We had a lot of fun together.

Great experience at Murchison Falls NP
Everything went great during our short but really intensive visit to Murchison Falls National Park with Grassrootz Adventures. We saw lions twice (one of them was "The Butcher" – a male who only has 3 paws after being caught in a trap a few years ago), a leopard, dozens of giraffes and elephants and literally hundreds of hippos. It's quite a park! I've never experienced anything like that, and of course we got very lucky.
The elephants were very active, digging the road and the males entwining their trunks etc. One of them got quite disturbed by the cars and kind of threatened to charge also, running a bit and trumpeting, but finally turning away. It was something really amazing and intense.
Some people I was with had never been to a game park before, so they seemed to think it's casual to see animals acting exactly like in National Geographic films, but in fact we got very very lucky. I mean, we had passed the river on the ferry and then driven for about 3-5 minutes when the leopard literally crossed the road. The girl who was the first to see it (besides our driver and guide Paul), said "Oh, look, a leopard" as it was the most regular thing in the world :-)
The booking process and communication by Grassrootz was also very smooth and convenient. So I'm very happy with the tour. Thanks for everything Paul and everyone else at Grassrootz Adventures!
Great holiday
Fantastic holiday. Would highly recommend both the destination and OpentourAfrica. I had an excellent communication with the operator to find out what really will meet my expectations. All the stress was taken out of it as everything was organised for us, we just had to turn up!

Exciting and comfortable time
I spend amazing time with Kilimanjaro Vikings tour. It was second time to go to safari in my life, but this time was so exciting me. I could see many kinds of wild lives at close range! And a hired car was very comfortable and cheap, because they drove us to and from the airport. I would like to recommend this tour company to someone who goes to safari in Kilimanjaro.
