Highly recommend
5/5

It was my first time to Africa and although I'm not much of an adventure type, I enjoyed every moment of it.

I traveled 5 days with Jeff and him and Mollel were very supportive and attentive during the whole time I was there. All hotels were very clean and comfortable. They have very spacious rooms. Also food was great.
The itinerary was full with exciting safaris but I also got the plenty of time to rest at night.

Top-notch service & constant communication lead to amazing trip incl. emergency change of plans.
5/5

Rose and team were very communicative from beginning to end. She was quick to respond to our pre-trip questions (and there were many), emails, etc. We changed our minds many times, went back and forth a lot, and each time Rose was very quick to respond (cannot stress enough how big of a help that was). We worked on an extremely tight timeline (under 1.5 months from initial contact and leaving for our trip).

We had actually no idea what to expect as we didn't have much time to actually look at all the places Rose booked for us in detail or even review everything the way we normally would for a trip. As soon as we landed we were blown away with the level of service we received, the quality and level of luxury in the places we were staying, etc. Rose and team nailed exactly what we were looking for in terms of the style of hotels, resorts, and safari lodges we were interested in and we were extremely satisfied with what we got and what we paid for it. Every little step of the process was well taken care of and every detail accounted for. It was very nice to not have to think about transferring to/from airports and lodging and to have all our tours/activities set up in non-safari areas. Everybody and everything was on time and efficient. All safari tours had incredible service and friendly & knowledgeable tour guides and lodge managers.

One big thing was during our safaris my wife got an infected bug bite and we needed to get medical attention in Johannesburg. I emailed Rose at the last minute and she was able to ensure that our original plan was properly changed and everything new taken care of before we landed so that we went straight to the medical facility and then back to our hotel seamlessly.

Overall, what we asked for and what we were looking for were both well-taken care of and accounted for. From the tours and activities in Cape Town to all of the safaris and 3 lodges we stayed in in Zambia and finally to our beach resort in Mozambique, everything felt seamless/easy and every stop along the way was better than the previous. If you've never been to Africa, I wholeheartedly recommend you go as it will change your life (and not just because of the wildlife!) and that you work with Rose and her team to plan your trip out.

Personalized Safari
5/5

Alana spent a lot time with on the phone to plan our safari. She delivered. We had two fantastic driver/guides that were knowledgeable and friendly. My wife was reluctant to come on this trip, but when the guides helped identify so many new birds. Having a private tour was great, our guides were delighted to adjust the program to our interest and timing (my wife got to sleep in a couple of mornings). The accommodations were casual but elegant; the staffs were better than we’ve had a many 5star hotels.

It's like you're literally in a national geographic show and can hear David Attenborough in your head!

Lots of elephants! Otherwise there was not so much on offer for us. Still worth a visit though.

What a gorgeous country and people. We had a spectacular and diverse trip which we enjoyed immeasurably. 3 girls travelled most of the country and had no issues, met amazing people and had spectacular encounters. Don't moss this country and definitely don't pass up on the Serengeti balloon ride!

We enjoyed our 3 weeks in South Africa and in particular our time near Kruger Park seeing all the wildlife. Our Lodge (Phelwana) was exceptional. You really saw so much without leaving their reserve - from giraffes to the hippo family and all the other animals. But then the excursions to Kruger etc were filled with non-stop sightings - the highlight being the family of six cheetahs. We were very happy with the food and wines on offer and the service throughout our stay. Our guide Jurgen was attentive and full of stories to engage us and we enjoyed his company. I guess the only thing I would change perhaps would be to fly to Kruger instead of the land transfer from Jo'burg - probably spent too long in cars overall.
