Large deposit paid, no tour, no response
1/5

We have paid over $6000 to this tour company and they have defaulted. Worse still, they are still taking money from others to this day, as I made a separate inquiry with them over the weekend and they were still willing to quote me on a safari

Wonderful Southern Africa holiday
5/5

Gail organised our whole Southern Africa itinerary and everything went very smoothly. Our safari section was 3 days at Arathusa Lodge at Sabi Sands. Gail organised everything - our flights into Hoedspruit, our transfer from there to the lodge and the same for the return. We just had to relax and enjoy ourselves. Her advice about what to wear (very important for those cold mornings!)and what would happen on safari was spot on. We did 3 morning and 3 evening safaris and were delighted to see so many different animals. Gail's communication about everything was great and the tour definitely exceeded out expectations. I would highly recommend Gail's services as a travel manager.

5/5

All was just in time and we were newer disapointed. In Cape Town Barry have birstday, on Table mountain was reining, in Maun we didnt pay any tax and in Sango lodge Mike, Beauty and K.B. were great as a leopard in bush and elephant near the tent. Victoria falls were excellent too and we are going walking with lions. Olsou in Ivory and Khulu lodge we have speaking with owners of lodge and Mounky, Colin and Zebede were great.
We have seen a lot of annimals and great nature.

Now we must censured our 8500 fotos and make album and film. Thanks for all.

great experience
5/5

I starter talking to Peter through WhatsApp and he was very responsive since the beginning. We did the 4 days/3 nights safari from Arusha to Serengeti. It was an awesome experience, our drive Dida was quiet and a little bit shy in the begging but at the end he shared with us some of his experience and we were able to see all the animals, including leopards and the black rhino. We truly recommend, good cost benefit.

superb safari, really well organised.
5/5

Communication from start to finish were great, the whole experience was faultless, the highlight...so many. Each of the safari lodges were unique in their own way, my personal favourite was Saltlick. The game drives were incredible & will live with us for years, over the 4 days we saw about 35 lions, in one area there was a pride of 12 sat together, 4 adult females & 8 cubs, we also saw 4 leopards. We saw things we can't un see too, things you are compelled to watch as your on safari but kinda wish you hadn't seen. shout out to our driver/guide Mahmud who was exceptional. So many memories to bring home.

Great 8-days camping safari in Northern Tansania
5/5

In October we were lucky to do an 8-days budget camping safari with SafariMultiways for two persons, my wife and me. At first I'd like to point out the perfect communication: All communication while organizing the trip from home was done by Email and Romeo patiently answered all our questions. Each time he wrote back on the same day. That was superb.
(Btw.: He asked us to pay 200 $ in advance as a reservation fee and gave us the option to either do it by credit card or "Swift"-transaction, I chose the latter and had to pay lots of fees to the bank, so if you are asked, better choose credit card.)
We arrived in Arusha one day before going on Safari and in our trip-package pick up from airport and drop off were included, so there were two guys waiting with a sign written with our names on it at the airport. Perfect. Next day we got up very excited, at 8:00 a.m. our guide was expected to meet us at our hostel, he already showed up at 7:30 and waited patiently for us to complete our breakfast. On the next days we visited Arusha NP, Tarangire NP, Lake Maniara NP, Ngoro-Ngoro Crater, Serengeti NP and Lake Natron, of which Tarangire and Serengeti were the total highlights.
We had a guide and a cook on our trip and used a Toyota Land Cruiser (pretty much every tour organizer does so) to get around. Beforehand we aked for Amos as a guide, as we had read some reviews talking about him and we really got him. Unfortunate he had to leave after the third day so we got Hamisi as our second guide. Both were spectacular guides with good humor and huge knowledge of all wildlife in the parks. Our cook was Dogo, who cooked great dinners every night (don't forget to mention any kind of diet you prefer in advance so that they can prepare). We felt totally comfortable all the time with our team. The first 3 nights we stayed at the great "Fanaka" camping site, the best spot during the trip. As we had booked a budget camping tour the other camping sites were real budget sites, a little bit overcrowded and sanitaries were not that much cleaned. Next time I would prefer to spend a little bit more for better camping sites, but everyone has to decide on his own.
Our guides made this a totally awesome experience and we saw every animal we wanted to see. I totally recommend to take a trip with Safari Multiways!
In the end, 3 days after returning to Arusha we got the airport drop off and left. Great experience!
