Quite Exceptional Services.
We did a 2weeks safari in Uganda and we are grateful for the excellent services we received from Mukisa Safaris. The Trip was fantastic and enjoyable from the start to the end. Richard was so exceptionally helpful and informative in the planning phase, communicating regularly and provided us with so many options and suggestions until we made a decision. On arrival at the airport, we went through the COVID-19 testing protocols and Richard was constantly calling to ascertain whether we were okay. After all was done, we found Richard and his team waiting for us and being at night, we were transferred to our already booked hotel in Entebbe with Hamida and Solomon as our guide and driver respectively. We enjoyed every moment of our vacation but the gorilla trekking experience was so awesome. It's an experience that's comparable to none. Uganda is a beautiful country with magnificent varying sceneries from the lowlands of Lake Mburo and Queen Elizabeth National Parks, vast rolling plains of Murchison falls and Kidepo Valley to the thick forests of Kibale and Bwindi National Parks. We extend our sincere gratitude to Hamida and Solomon for their exceptional friendship and professionalism. You made our safari so enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend Mukisa to anyone looking to go on safari in Uganda. They are exceptionally a reputable company.

Amazing 3 Days Maasai Mara Safari
My family had such a memorable safari experience to Maasai Mara.
We had an opportunity to see the Big Five animals during the game drive. Our Driver guide was professional plus the whole planning and execution by Humphrey is highly recommended.
Our Stay at Sarova Mara was epic with such magical views of the Mara Plains. The Accommodation, meals and staff were really friendly.
I highly recommend Africa Kenya Safaris for their professional service and looking forward to go on another safari with them.

Awesome Trip
LaMara put together a great luxury safari for me. Hit Amboselli the Nakura...3 nights 4 days.
Our driver tour guide Nelson was the best...aka Kevin Hart from Jumanji....Nice toytoa truck safari....Nelson knows his stuff and is great at finding animals....We scored Lions both days in Amboslli...the bomb....The elephants are incredbile in Amboselli....
Is a long haul to Nakura from Amboselli so dont know if I would recommend the 1 night in Nakura. But i didnt mind...saw rhinos there....Both lodges o takai and ziwa in nakura were great.. waking up to the plains sunrise...nice....book the luxury...you only live once...

A wonderful safari tour operator that catered to our requirements for a sensational experience.
We had originally planned our trip with Wild Secret Safari for 2020, but things didn't quite work out as planned. They were very accommodating and we were finally able to get the trip done in December 2021. They arranged everything for us, including pick up and drop off at the airport. They knew where to go and we got a once in a lifetime opportunity to witness all the abundant natural beauty of Tanzania and the Serengeti. They arranged the hotel stays and all of them were above par, comfortable, and enjoyable stays (even in the middle of the Serengeti).

We've booked with him 2 way transfers from the airport in Nairobi to our accomodation, one trip to Nairobi National Park, Giraffe center and Elephant Orphanage.
When we arrived at the airport no one was there waitting for us, even if one day before we reconfirm with him the time of our flight. We had to ask someone in the airport to call him. We waitted for more than an hour with our one year old baby for him to send someone to pick us up.
We ve payed for everythig to his colegue/employee Alex. The day we left we agreed with him to be at 7 30 to take us to the airport. He texted me at 7 20 that he arrived....but at 7 50 there was no sign of him in front of the building. I called him but he rejected my calls. Then he wrote he was lost... how can you text me you have arrived and half an hour later to be lost?! Lies and more lies...
We had to take uber and pay againg to get in time at the airport not to miss our flight. When I ve asked him for refund of 20$ we ve payed and didn t get the service, he said he ll pay only half. He told us he didn t find the adress I ve sent him...but his colegue one day before picked up us from the same place.
NEVER PAY BEFORE THE SERVICE IS DONE!!! AND THE BAD PART IS THAT HE IS THE CEO/OWNER OF THIS COMPANY.

Our driver was a pro he was able to explain everything about the different species
He was determined to make us see the big five and we had fun during the entire trip
