We were picked up at our hotel by Ernest right on time and started the drive to Amboseli. We had a short stop at a souvenir shop where it was also possible to go to the washroom. We arrived at Sopa Lodge for lunch and after lunch we went for a gamedrive before coming back again for dinner.
Sopa Lodge is a really nice Lodge, food was really great and staff was all very welcoming and kind. A special thanks to Papa who gave us the history of Hemmingways.
From pickup to dropoff Ernest was amazing. The drive to and from Amboseli was safe and efficient and the gamedrives were magical thanks to Ernest’s great driving and knowledge about the animals. Ernest knew everything there’s is to know and not even a bird was left out, which we loved! Ernest was welcoming and definitely a big part of why our trip to Amboseli was as amazing as it was! Thank you!

Heaven is an awesome tour operator who works to ensure his clients see everything and more.
From the time I signed on, I felt completely looked after. A summary was sent that documented everything we needed to know. What questions I had were answered promptly. We saw the big five, wildebeest migration and so many more animals from both the ground and air. The balloon Safari was amazing. I have one regret, and that is not knowing enough about Zanzibar Island, and possibly fitting it in at the end of my vacation.

We hired Danakil Depression Agency to do a private family tour to visit Ethiopia, combining domestic flights and 4WD car. Everything was very well organized, and the trip was very pleasant. The guides were very attentive and well prepared. The accommodations and logistics were perfect. Mickey is aware of all the details and you feel at all times that you are in good hands. The country is one of the most attractive in Africa and it is worth visiting the striking ethnic groups of the Omo Valley, the varied cultural heritage, especially the cities of the ancient kingdoms and the churches of Lalibela hewn in the rock and its special geography full of natural attractions and spectacular geological spaces.

A very pleasant trip and an extraordinary experience. Overall, the trip met our expectations, and the itinerary was consistent with what was agreed upon in advance. Chesi replied quickly and responded to our requirement in choosing the hotels. The deposit rate was lower compared to other travel agencies. It's worth noting that we had to pay an extra $90 per person upon arrival due to a park fee increase, despite booking one month in advance. Aside from that, everything was excellent.
The hotel matched the original booking, and our guide Richard（whose Massai name is Nkoile）was responsible and punctual in meeting us at the agreed locations. During the trip, we saw many animals, including all of the Big Five and four of the Ugly Five. We would miss the trip in the future.

I discovered Tapestry of Africa Tours and Safaris by chance, through an online search, but from the first contact with Matt, the owner, I knew I'd found the perfect company to organize our honeymoon in Africa. Matt was immediately kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail, instilling a sense of trust and professionalism that continued throughout the trip. After finalizing the itinerary and quote together, I began speaking with Hilda, who proved to be simply fantastic. Always available (at any time!), sweet, precise, and always ready to answer any of my questions—sometimes I truly felt like she never slept! Our 7-day safari in Kenya was something we'll never forget. We stayed at incredible camps: Mutara Camp, Elewana Sand River Masai Mara, and The Cliff, each more spectacular than the last. All immersed in nature, with top-notch comforts and a welcome that made us feel pampered at every moment.
Knowing it was our honeymoon, the Tapestry of Africa team had plenty of special surprises in store for us: a bottle of champagne at each new camp, a massage overlooking the savannah, a romantic dinner in the bush under the stars, a hot air balloon flight, and even a walking safari. Every day a new experience awaited us, and every detail was designed to make us experience something unique.
Sincere thanks to Albert, who welcomed us and meticulously arranged all our transfers, and to Peter, our driver: kind, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Despite our difficulties with English, he always managed to make himself understood with a smile and a contagious passion for Kenya's nature and wildlife. Thanks to his experience, we were able to see every animal.
After the safari adventure, we moved on to Zanzibar for seven days, where we stayed at the magnificent Zuri Zanzibar, one of the most beautiful resorts on the island. Here, too, everything was perfectly organized, a perfect conclusion to a trip that could only be described as "dreamy."
In short, Tapestry of Africa Tours and Safaris exceeded our every expectation. It's rare to encounter such a professional, genuinely kind, and caring team.

Wonderful Tanzania
We have just returned from a 12-day safari in Tanzania: Tarangire, Manyara, Lake Natron, Ngorongoro, and the Serengeti all the way to the North to witness the migration.
Safari Avventura organized everything perfectly down to the smallest detail — nothing was left to chance. The lodges where we stayed were of excellent quality, comfortable, and staffed with warm and welcoming people.
Our guide throughout the tour, Calvin, is truly a special person — extremely knowledgeable, always available, attentive to every need, and patient in answering our countless questions. He taught us so much about the animals and Tanzanian life.
With tireless passion and contagious enthusiasm, he made it possible for us to see an incredible number of animals in all kinds of situations. All of this made our vacation truly unforgettable.

Awesome local-run tour company with a knowledgeable team.
We had a great private tour for our safari. They coordinated our stay in Nairobi the first night, picked us up the next morning, and then drove us out to the Maasai Mara for the Wildlife Tour. Our driver, David, was an experienced driver with over 20 years as a tour driver. I highly suggest visiting Lake Nivasha for the “Walking Safari” as well. I would recommend you to be confirm your arrangements via email and you may have to reach out to your hotels directly for a peace of mind, but this company is legit and their pricing was fair. I would definitely book with them again.
