Incredible
We had an incredible safari experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, John Mwangi. He was punctual every single day and always got us out early, which meant we were often ahead of the other vehicles and had the best wildlife sightings. Thanks to his experience and patience, we were able to see every animal we had hoped for, and he always found the perfect viewing spots while giving us plenty of time to enjoy and photograph each moment.
John was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making our safari unforgettable. As vegetarians, we also really appreciated that every lodge and stay had vegetarian meal options arranged, which made the trip comfortable from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend John and Axis Africa to anyone looking for an amazing safari experience!

Amazing, great value, saw the big 5. The team were phenomenal, attentive and went above and beyond.
We booked the 3 night budget camping safari. I have nothing but praise for the whole team and I want to use this review as an opportunity to express my sincerest gratitude towards Linah, Raymond and Richard.
First of all, Linah had our safari organised to perfection. She was extremely responsive, answered all our questions and offered continued support before, during and after our tour. Myself and my friend lost our luggage and once our luggage was located, Linah helped us to get it transported into the middle of the Serengeti!!! Her kindness and help made this experience all the better.
Our guide Raymond, was so knowledgeable, kind and attentive. We felt safe, well looked after and he made this experience unforgettable for us.
The chef Richard, was just amazing. Every single meal was delicious, he catered to everyone's specific needs and requirements, and was overall extremely attentive.
We enjoyed our time so much with the whole team. This tour was extremely good value for money, I have no complaints or criticism.

We’ve just finished a magical 5day/4night mobile tent safari from Maun to Kasane with Travel Creations Botswana. It was a brilliant experience from beginning to end with nights in kwai(2), savuti, kasane.
Our guide TC was a superstar - friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of the animals, & a brilliant tracker - following prints to find hyenas, lions & even 2 leopards - along with so many other animals.
The team prepared great campsites & meals each night - beds are comfortable & warm, so you just nod-off to steamtrain toots between nearby hippos, & next thing it’s early-morning wakeup call for another amazing day!
Communications with David were always clear & prompt - it was a super-smooth experience that’s given us lifelong memories …. huge thankyou to the TCB team!

Smart, flexible and caring.
I did a three days Safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro, the experience was amazing.
As a lonely traveler I really appreciated how Suricata organized a group safari for me, even if I booked just a month before the departure.
Our guides Jerald, Geremia, and also Rasta where really amazing.

Gerald and Jeremiah were brilliant the whole trip
I did a 3 day trip with suricata safaris and it was the best experience ever. From being picked up from the hotel on the first day, to being dropped back off, the hosting and experience from Gerald was amazing. Everything felt very safe, even on the rough roads, and he went above and beyond what is expected of him. I specifically mentioned seeing a leopard and even though we did not manage to see one, he tried the absolute best, and instead we saw many amazing animals up close. All the food was so good, with lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, that would cater to most. Jeremiah also got all the food out so quickly, we were never waiting and were always the first to eat. The whole experience was way more than I expected, and I would highly recommend both the company, and both Gerald and Jeremiah.

Best tour guide ever
We had the most amazing experience so happy that we booked with them and very lucky to have Jerald as our tour guide he was amazing we all felt like a big family who got to experience all the amazing animals together. He made sure we saw everything we wanted to see and told us so many facts about every animal. Our food was also amazing our chef Jeremiah provided amazing meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. Overall 10/10

Fantastic Safari Adventure combined with Warm, Welcoming Camps!
Serengeti Smile organised a fantastic Safari for our family. The service from Piniel was exceptional, ensuring we had a tailored experience, and so quick to reply to my many questions. We spoke so often he feels like family
Our driver Deo was incredible, so knowledgeable about the animals, birds and wildlife. And with good humour!
Our trip took us from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro, Southern, Central and Western Serengeti and finally to Northern Serengeti.
We saw the great migration (a once in a lifetime experience), wildebeest for miles and miles, lions, leopards, cheetah, cerval cat, hippo, zebra, elephant, hyena, jackal mongoose. We did a full A-Z on Safari.
There were so many highlights, I loved the elephants, we saw lions hunting, lion cubs, baby elephants, baby hippo, baby zebra.
The accommodation and food was excellent. Camps with wonderful views, each unique, and always a warm welcome, delicious food and excellent service.
There were so many good meals and each venue had its own distinctive character.
We have seen sunsets, sunrise, had hot baths and showers throughout our trip.
The welcome and entertainment at the Northern Serengeti Migration camp was our favourite. Singing, laughter and a few good surprises!
If you want a beautiful bespoke holiday that becomes a trip of a lifetime, then I highly recommend Serengeti Smile, Piniel (agent) and Deo (safari guide).
We now start the second leg of our trip in Zanzibar for beach and snorkeling
