Regarding the organization by Telly, things went smoothly. Mohamed (the owner of Telly) has been very responsive and keen to tailor the safari to our wishes.
Regarding the safari itself, we have had the chance to be guided and driven by Lievin, who has been the best guide we could have hoped for! He drove safely, was very motivated to wake up early as it is the best time to see the animals, was also very knowledgeable about the savane and the animals, and very nice!
We saw the big five (and much more) in a matter of 3 days going through Serengeti and Ngorongoro.

We had an overall pleasent experience. We've seen plenty of animals. Stanley our Guide and Driver made sure we would and navigate us solidly in the right spot to see them. Once he extended our stay as we were about to see the unthinkable a tiger hunt! The Big 5 were an easy task for him. He always made sure we are informed and kept a good mood in the car (although this was easy as our group was great :)) )
The food provided to us was insane, sometimes we thought we are on a food safari or we are beeing fed to the animals at the end as it was great and plenty.
The organisation team was very diligent, coming to the hotel for briefing, bringing us to the airport and have a personal chat about our experiences.
All in all it was really excellent.

Best value budget trip ever
We had a brilliant experience with Karibu Safaris from start to finish. The booking agent Robert was responsive and very helpful, even organising a cake to be sent from Nairobi for my girlfriends birthday. All the accommodation surpassed what you’d expect from a budget trip. The game drives were excellent and the food varied giving you a nice insight into Kenyan food. Our driver, Kennedy was so nice and very helpful and went out of his way to ensure everyone was smiling and happy all the time. He really made our trip as well as all the other Kenyan people that ran the hotels and activities we did along the way. In summary, it was a spectacular trip that was better in every way than our expectations and we’d recommend it to anyone. Thanks Karibu!

Justin knows the territory and animals. Though he said he can’t guarantee all the animals that we desired to see, but he delivered everything on our wish list. We saw so many animals and get so close to them, even very rare black rhino. If you are planning a Safari trip, you should call Paul and Justin at Tanzania Roadside Expeditions.

Excellent communication, knowledgable guide, the best of the best!
We recently did a 6-day safari in Tanzania with Maasai Wanderings and it was the trip of a lifetime! Communication from the outset was fantastic when we were making enquiries - super responsive and they were able to work with all of our requests and put together the perfect private tour for my mum, brother and I. We explored Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Ndutu Lake conservation area, Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide Abu was simply amazing - his knowledge of every animal, bird, tree and location was second to none, we saw everything and learned so much. Abu's driving skills were also impressive - from navigating deep mud tracks to bumpy national park roads - we knew we were in the safest hands (v.important since we had our 76 year old mum with us!). Not to mention the truck (and Abu himself) were immaculately presented at the beginning of each day (how he managed that in the back and beyond was a wonder!). The places we stayed each night varied, but all super comfortable with proper beds and en suite bathroom facilities, and each one had something special about it - not least the fabulous hospitality shown by all the staff at each lodge. We saw many other tour operators out on the road but had the distinct impression that we were with the best. Do not look elsewhere, book with Maasai Wanderings for your safari, you will not be disappointed. I cannot wait to come back!

Taking an African safari was a lifelong dream for my wife and I and when she said that it would make her 50th birthday complete I knew it was time to make her dream come true. We had a lifelong friend who took a safari with Tanzania Choice several years ago and as she described her experience, we knew this was the safari operator for us. The planning and communication was so easy with Brenda and she delivered on every expectation set. We felt very comfortable the way everything was organized and presented and made getting on that flight as stress free as it could be. Tanzania choice really delivered on their promises and made every aspect of our two-week safari as memorable as possible for us. We had high expectations going into the trip and Brenda and Leslie our guide made them all come true. Everything was as promised, and it was such an overwhelmingly positive for our entire group. The food, the accommodations, the transportation was wonderful and really made for an amazing trip for us. We were even so fortunate to start our trip meeting their family and friends at their family’s childhood location, which really kickstarted the trip nicely. In terms of recommending Tanzania Choice for friends and family I would not hesitate to book with them if you are planning an African safari in Tanzania. They performed perfectly for our group, and we all agree it was a trip of a lifetime and much of that is due to Leslie our guide and the planning efforts by Brenda and staff.
