Very effective tour and saw so much in our short time with Karibu Safaris.
We were only on safari for 2 days but we managed to see so much. Our guide, Aruni was so knowledgable and ensured that we seen as much as possible, so that added to our overall experience. The value for money was good. Food was basic but good. Accommodation wasn’t the most luxurious but you get what you pay for, it did the job. As part of the tour we visited the Masai Mara tribe and did a boat safari but keep in mind they were not included in the cost so they were another $20 each. Overall, great experience for the price and Aruni was a great guide on safari.

Amazing tour - great people and great value - 100% recommended
I was planning the tour remotely from the US and already had a great experience texting on WhatsApp.
Once in Kenya everything went as planned from pickup to the safari itself.
The drivers Robert and Moses were both amazing. We saw so many animals up close and had the chance to see 4 out of the big 5.
Game drives were long and adventurous.
The Jambo Mara lodge I can very much recommend. Amazing place.

Unforgettable safari!!
We had an amazing 5 days safari in Uganda (6 people) and everything was wonderful. This was our first safari experience in Africa and it was much better than expected! The tour was well organized every step and timely communication from the office team who answered questions that we had to make this first trip possible even with COVID 19.
Our trip was mainly to Kidepo and Murchison. Kidepo was a long journey but worth it as we saw a lot along the way and the wildlife didn’t disappoint. Our guide Francis was knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel safe the whole trip.
We had a surprise morning bush breakfast in kidepo bush, spotted lions on the rock, giraffes, buffalos, visiting the village of Karamojong people. Murchison was a whole different experience, we spotted hyenas and leopards had a sundowner where we had the tastiest pineapple and small sweet bananas. The last day we visited the top of the falls,, this is a must-see!
On our way back, visited the rhino sanctuary and saw 3 rhinos on our guided walk here. Overall our trip was perfect and we look forward to visiting very soon.

Wonderful Experience!
It was wonderful to experience the African bush with such knowledgeable and passionate people. All the staff from the guides to the chef were so welcoming and friendly. The tented accommodation is comfortable while still feeling a little wild. I loved the open air bathrooms and being able to hear the animals from your tent at night. If you're looking for a down-to-earth, authentic bush experience, then you've come to the right place! Thank you Bruce, Judy and team.

John was the most amazing tour guide who went above and beyond!
The whole safari experience was amazing start to finish. From the moment we were picked up from the airport we were all so well looked after and the whole trip could not have gone smoother. Our tour guide John was incredible and so clear with all instructions and made sure we were all having the best time. The vans were so comfortable and our accommodation was perfect. I had the most amazing time!

Easy 5-star review. 6-day budget safari tour with Wakanda! Andrew (tour guide) was great. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Saw all of the big five and more. Andrew knew the parks very well. We were all very happy with our experience! The food was incredible too. Freshly made and 3 meals a day. Credit to the cook - Dullah. Everything was organised and was a very enjoyable experience for us all involved. Bartho, the company owner made sure everything was in place. Can't thank Serengeti wakanda enough - unforgettable! Would highly recommend 100%. Will definitely be telling friends and family who visit Tanzania to go with Wakanda for the safari.

Everything you could wish for and more
Our 6 day budget safari with Serengeti Wakanda was incredible, a real highlight of our time in Tanzania. Bartho, the owner of the company, is helpful and good to communicate with. We saw a fantastic and exciting range of animals, including the big 5, most of them so close, there was no need for binoculars. Our tour guide Andrew was extremely talented in spotting animals, very knowledgeable about the animals, parks and Masaii and a great story teller - I can't recommend him highly enough. The same goes for the chef, Dullah - meals were prepared fresh. Breakfast, lunch and dinner every day were without fail, delicious. The lodges and campsites were comfortable and the lodges had wifi. In the vehicle, there is water, beer, soft drinks and wine available for whenever you fancy it and good binoculars are provided for each traveller.

Wonderful wildlife, beautiful scenery, and staggering birds
Akagera was amazing. Each view is more breathtaking than the last. Watching the sunset as the animals gathered in the plains in the north of the park was the greatest moment of our whole trip (if you have the time, make sure you spend the night at the Karenge Bush Camp). Every staff member was incredible friendly, warm, and welcoming. Beyond just being able to be among the animals and wilderness, Akagera’s (and all of African Parks members) commitment to preservation of the environment is a cause that any traveler can feel great about supporting.
