Unforgettable
Thanks to their professionalism, I think this experience was by far the best one of my life. We did the 3 days Ngorongoro/Serengeti with lodges. Emmanuel did everything he could to answer our needs/wants, very good communication. At the national parks, we saw a loooot of wild animals, the guide was very nice and giving us some explanations, and the cooker was AMAZING! I don't see any bad things to say, it was perfect. If we could have add more days to this, we'd have done it without any hesitation. Thank you again Emmanuel, and to your team!

ECCELLENT when you plan all the details of your holiday and also if you need any help during it.
The internet isn't as good as in EU, so the car navigator could stop working: it's better to have a very detailed map.
I also suggest to buy a mobile pre-paid card (there is a box Office into Windhoek Airport); MTC Tango Prepaid is good.
Remember to fuel your car at every petrol station because you might not find any for many many miles.
Lastly, buy a lot of water to take into your car.

The tour was incredible. Aron was the best guide and driver. He put all the effort necessary for us to see all animals, even the ones rare to spot and to make our stay pleasent. He helped us with everything we needed and gave us a lot of information. He was patient, adaptable and kind, organized and on time. David Mwangi was our guide on my family's June 2021 trip to the Mara. I must contend that the Maasai Mara is an exceptional place, and I can say without a shadow of doubt that David is one of the best tour guides I have had the occasion to work with. David was able to provide us with a very enriching experience of the Mara by scheduling and executing three safari-drives in which we saw many different species of wildlife. His knowledge of the various birds and animals, and his ability to spot (and identify locations for best spotting) hard to get animals is exceptional. I most admired his professionalism and patience that allowed us sufficient time to take-in each species, take pictures, ask questions and learn all we could about the species of interest to us.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience with dedicated and professional guides
We took a four-day safari in Maasai Mara and Nakuru lake. The entire team was dedicated, stuck to our schedule and very thoughtful of our needs. Our driver and guide, James, exceeded our expectations and made this an unforgettable experience. He was always there for us and answered all our questions in an excellent English. He was very proactive and always managed to take us to the best viewpoints to see the animals in the reserve. He gave us much insight and information on the animals in the reserve, the many species, their habitats, breeding, lifestyle, etc. He also has excellent driving skills and is very familiar with the terrain of the reserve. He was always cheerful and ready to help. Asante sana, James! You rock!
