WOW, what an amazing trip!
My wife and I researched a number of travel agencies to plan our first trip to Africa and decided on using Wayfairer Travel. They had great reviews and we even contacted past customers and talked to them personally. The decision to use Wayfairer was easy.
We booked a 6 day, 5night stay at Saruni Mara for August 2021 and had an incredible time. The safari was way more than anything we imagined.
The staff at Saruni Mara was absolutely wonderful and saw to all of our needs. From Chris the manager to Daniel our driver/guide. Daniel was a fantastic guide, always found us game and put us in position for great photo shots. We saw 32 animals including the Big 5 and saw the Great Migration of Wildebeest. Plus, we saw 46 species of birds!
But the trip started with our arrival in Nairobi Kenya. Cat, Carmen and Siripun had everything planned out for us. As we deplaned at the Nairobi airport we were met as soon as we got off of the plane by a representative, Winnie, who walked us through customs and got us out of there promptly. She then took us to baggage claim where we picked up our bags and followed her outside where we met James. James drove us to our hotel and then picked us up the next morning where he took us to Wilson Airport to catch a small single prop airplane which took us into the bush, where we met Daniel. Winnie and James were fantastic.
At the end of our safari Daniel took us back to the grass landing strip where we caught our flight back to Wilson Airport in Nairobi, where James was waiting for us to take us to the airport.
We have nothing but praise for Wayfairer Travel and the Saruni Mara Lodge. Not one negative.

The guides were excellent. All are nation sly certified and could spot animals from afar
There was not a single downside to the safari. The accommodations were excellent (each had its own unique style), the food was fantastic and plentiful, the safaris were amazing, and the vehicles immaculate. We did many of the parks and also a night and walking safari. Bthe guides are experts at locating animals. Each park was wonderful. We topped off the trip with a few days at the beach (I highly recommend everyone do this). It was a 10/10 experience (and I have been on other safaris that I enjoyed… just not as much as this one). I am recommending #bestmemorysafaris to all my friends.

Amazing safari
We had a private 7-days safari in Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and lake Eyasi.
I have chosen Safari Soles because Bryson was the first one to answer my questions. He was always online and ready to explain all the details of our future trip. When we arrived everything was great too. The transfers before and after safari were in time. The safari itself was amazing! Freddy is a perfect guide - he notices animals at any distance! We have seen the crossing and it was incredible! Freddy tells lots of stories and jokes. And he is a great driver. Denis is a perfect cook - our food was always amazing: very delicious, beautifully served and it was plenty of it! It was so easy and pleasant to chat with them. I felt us as a team. Asante sana for that fantastic week!

They made traveling easy, stress free, and planned an amazing vacation!
My husband and I were finally able to go on our honeymoon trip after rescheduling twice due to COVID. The Jumbari team made the whole process easy and stress free. They took care of all the planning. They listened to what we wanted out of our trip and created an amazing itinerary that was exactly what were were looking for. We spent 3 days in Capetown, 1 day in the Winelands, and 4 days on Safari and Ulusaba. It was everything we could have imagined and more. The hotels were fabulous. Our guides were professional, kind and incredibly knowledgable. The Jumbari team was incredibly available and we would recommend them to anyone. I cannot wait to plan my next vacation with them.

Absolutely very knowledgeable and experienced.
I had looked forward to this trip for quite sometime and was very pleased when it proved to be much better than I had hoped.
They were constantly looking out for my best interest and making sure my safari was exceptional.
The Guide Niko knew how to go, when to go, and where to go to find what we were there to see.

He stole our money and delivered no services.
Saving for this trip for years. We were supposed to go last August/September 2020, cancelled due to covid. Rebooked August/September 2021. We were already in Uganda when we learned our trip was not paid for, despite paying in full in March 2020. He stole our money and ruined our trip.

We just finished the last day of August our safari in northern Tanzania, with Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and finally Tararinge, the experience with this agency has been really great: the vehicle was very comfortable, exceptional hotels, within the national parks type camp, with a spectacular charm tents and with all amenities. Our English speaking driver Wilson showed a great professional, many years of experience, he knows everything very well, the roads ... the places where they prepared the picnic had spectacular views, the equipment for the picnic was made of porcelain and glass for the meals, which were very good, we were also accompanied by a Spanish speaking guide Dickson very young but eager to work, which right now is gaining experience to be a great professional guide in the future. Of course we will repeat with this agency and of course we recommend 100 × 100 these services, thank you very much for the professionalism shown in this Safari in your organization and for the professionals working, they have made our experience in Africa, in Tanzania and with the wildlife really unique and unforgettable. Our congratulations for their work.

Adventure of a lifetime
I can’t choose what is my favourite part in the trip. Every moment was wonderful thanks to Marco! We had only 2 nights and he did everything he can to makes us happy and satisfied. In 3 days we saw all the crazy animals and from the closest point.
Marco cares for everything, the food was very good thank to Marco’s chef. We didn’t expect to this conditions in the safari trip.
