Superb problem solver & tour operator!
This was our first safari and Juanita of Arkman helped us through so many paperwork hurtles and roadblocks throughout the trip from beginning to end. She was amazing. This was important because without that help we might never had made it on time without her assistant. As to the safari Arkmans tour we saw a wide variety of Kenyan animals, places, landscapes with a solid guide and very nice hotels and tent cabins. Arkman actually helped us arrange a 7 day visit to the Indian Ocean at a beautiful and reasonably priced resort. Once again Juanita met us at the airport and arranged COVID tests and escort to the airport and home. Had a marvelous time and we will certainly arrange things with Juanita when we return next year

Safari: Into Kenya
Anne worked tirelessly with our group of six for over a year and a half as we navigated COVID-19. She kept us informed; always providing helpful information as we prepared for this journey of a lifetime. We did encounter a bump in the road, and she was there to immediately address and correct the issue.
Our accommodations were exciting, ranging from luxury tent to luxury cottage and even a round room up on stilts! Our last 4 days were spent at a beautiful resort/spa on the Indian Ocean. So relaxing.
This was the trip of a lifetime, an excellent value, and Steve, our driver/ guide, worked very hard to educate us about the animals, their habitats and insure that this trip would be special.

Thanks to Amazing Memories Safaris team and the wonderful guide James we had a wonderful trip to Kenya and especially to Masai Mara.
Everything was organized for us, so we only had to arrive to the airport.
Our whims and particulars were met with a candid acknowledgment, which built trust and allowed us to ask for whatever we wanted do and accept suggestions.

Very professional and efficient
From the first contact Felistus was always helpful and efficient. She always answered quickly despite the time difference. Everything was very well organized with good value for money. The trip went exactly as described. We did the 8-day itinerary to Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara. Our guide and driver, Henry, was always on time, helpful, and with his explanations he made our experience perfect. All my expectations were exceeded. It is a very serious travel agency.

Incredible service and overall experience!
Oakland Tour made our trip prefect. Since the begging the communication with Felistus was very clear and she was amazingly kind, took very good care of our itinerary and answered every question we had. Once in Kenya our driver, Henry, was very a experienced guide that made our game drive experiences unforgettable. He was also kind and patient, making the trip a once in a lifetime experience.

John, was very professional, courteous and prompt. He was a wealth of knowledge and enhanced our trip with information about Kenya, the reserves and the many different animals that we had seen.
The accommodation was comfortable and safe in all the three locations (Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara). Food was very good everywhere we went.

Incredible Tour - Big 5 on First Day
Karibou Safari was fantastic. Victor, the owner, met us at our hotel and explained things to us. He arranged day tours for us on days we hadn’t decided what to do before leaving home. He met us each evening and made sure everything was good. We spent 4 days and 3 nights in Maasai Mara with Raymond (Victors brother) as our driver and guide in a nice Toyota 4x4 land cruiser with a top that lifted up. We did morning games drives, all day game drives, evening game drives, ranger led bush walks - and has a trip of a lifetime. We saw the Big 5 on the first day (elephant, leopard, black rhino, lion, Cape buffalo), and we were a little lucky as rhino and leopards are difficult to find. The vehicle held all 7 in our group, plus Raymond. Raymond would stop whenever we asked to take picture or just look at things. He spoke good English and was fun to talk to. He’s been guiding for over 12 years. We left at 6:30am to get in early, but they’ll cater to whatever you want. The park is fantastic. It’s a little more primitive than Kruger and that was nice. I have bad to say. Everything was great. The value for the money was very good. We went for a budget tour, and in the park we looked better than most in our vehicle.

Good Company, Best Guide
We have done a tour of 14 day around Kenya. We just rent the van for a cheep price. The guide/driver and the fueil were included. The best part of this company is the people. The boss, John, is a humble and funny guy. Albert also made it easy for us, and helped us to find the best offer for us.
But the best one, it was our guide. So if you can, ask for Mansoor. He knows everything, he is a very good driver, and he can explains you everything about wildlife and Kenya, any topic. We are happy with this company bescause of the people.
