Angel Kyeyune is well organized, very responsive, very knowledgeable and a delight to work with :)
Everything Angel set up/arranged for us went like clockwork (pick-ups, transfers...), with no issues whatsoever. Communications and service were impeccable (and we even had an opportunity to meet the delightful Angel in person). The safari was wonderful, the guide (Julius Abigaba) was phenomenal and accommodations lived up to expectations (and maybe beyond our expectations). We (my husband David and I) would wholeheartedly recommend Travelers Link Africa to anybody interested in an East African safari.

This was my first safari experience and Ute from Roho Ya Chui was an excellent advisor.
All arrangements where up to my expectations - starting from designing the itinerary, making transportation arrangements, and ending with organizing safari tours. It as a great first safari experience!

We enjoyed our safari a lot - a diverse experience of both Mikumi NP and Udzungwa Mountains NP
Overall, we were quite pleased with the safari. We were worried that we might not see many animals in the southern parks, but we saw everything we had hoped to - lions, giraffes, zebras, cape buffalo, and more. In the mountains, we even spotted an endemic monkey, which was pretty cool (the waterfalls were also incredible to see).
One drawback to this tour (Mikum, Udzungwa Mountains, & the Kilombero River) is that there was a LOT of driving. It was interesting to see an authentic taste of rural Tanzania, but the organization of the trip meant that all of our last day was spent on the road. The first lodge we stayed at was really lovely; the second was not so great (the same was true for the food). The canoeing portion of the trip was a bit disappointing because it was so short. However, none of these things detracted very much from a very enjoyable experience. Our guide Roman was very friendly and very helpful and the customer service before and after the trip was excellent. If you're looking for a good tour of the southern circuit, this is a great choice.

Brilliant tour
We went for the 6 day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. We didn't quite know what to expect as this was our first time doing a safari and also first time in Africa, and happily we had the most wonderful time, thanks to thoughtful itinerary and a very knowledgeable, friendly driver and guide (Victor). It really makes a difference to have an experienced driver for a game drive in vast parks such as Masai Mara, and Victor led us to see some amazing animals and sights throughout the trip. The itinerary involves quite a lot of movement so it massively helped that he was an excellent driver as well (roads can be challenging and we saw more than a few safari vans stuck in the mud on the way). The lodges picked by Seven by Far were all great with some truly good cooking, and we didn't feel rushed even though the schedule covered quite a few places and had some downtime as well. All in all I would very much recommend this tour and Seven by Far.

Very professional and efficient in their service delivery
The team provides information on time when requested and have exceeded our expectations of the holiday destination. We had a very thrilling experience at the Serena Sweet Waters lodge which also had excellent services. The tour guide who attended to us was very well informed and pleasant to work with. Definitely looking forward to another travel with Oakland Tours.

Unforgettable
The trip lasted 8 nights in total. Emanuel was waiting for us at the Kilimanjaro airport when we arrived. He took us to Christina House for the first night. There they treated us first class. The food, typical of the place, was very rich. We went to the Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara and Serengeti. In the serengeti we stayed at the tented camp Serengeti Heritage for four nights. It is in the middle of the serengeti, surrounded by animals that pass meters away from you. To leave the tent it is necessary to warn the guard by means of a walkie-talkie to escort you to the dining room. At night all animals are heard and very close. The attention in the tented camp is exceptional. The food very good. The great migration is a unique spectacle. Then we went back to Arusha for the last night where Emanuel took us to eat typical barbecue from there, spectacular. The truck is a very comfortable Land Cruiser, there is plenty of space for the legs and has a refrigerator to store water and beer. It has a lifting roof so you have a 360 view. As for Emanuel, our guide, I only have words of thanks. Always smiling and well predisposed to everything we asked. He showed us all the animals we asked for (including the big five) and explained in detail the behavior, feeding, etc. of each of them. When the safari was over, he took us to have a few beers in a pantry (that only guides or locals go) in the Serengeti watching the sun go down, incredible. We were able to see lion and cheetah hunts. Lions mating. I will definitely go back and ask that the guide be emanuel again. Thank you very much.

Four day safari to Samburu reserve
Service and logistics were excellent throughout, from the initial propositions and subsequent booking, to the airport pick-up, and the wonderful visit to Samburu.
Our driver/guide was knowledgable, excellent company, and always prepared to go the last mile to enhance our experience in the reserve.
Heartfelt thanks to the team at Flight and Safaris!

Pilansberg Day Tour
Brilliant private tour... Williem was amazing and had all the knowledge we could expect.
We even got a brief history of South Africa and the park. The highligh was the baby rhino we spotted... Most memorable...
Got 3/5 Big 5 but was an amazing experience. Will go again to cross out the other 2.
