7-Day Trek Up Kilimanjaro
5/5

I found Adventure Africa a great company to deal with, their communication and advice was first class leading up to the Trek. Dickson (Owner of the company) came with us on the transfer from Nairobi to Moshi and spent the evening with us which was re-assuring. Our guides and porters whilst on the mountain were very helpful, they spoke great English and made the trek as comfortable as possible and joined in with the banter. The food whilst on the trek surprisingly very good indeed - far better than we were expecting. All transfers were on time and there were no hidden charges. The whole experience was amazing and our group was completely satisfied and have some wonderful memories. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adventure Africa

An incredible experience!
5/5

Sunny Safari offers outstanding service. From our very first emails, Jessica answered all of our many questions diligently, precisely and very patiently. We already had a precise itinerary we wanted to follow and they were completely open to modify their usual route.

As for our guide, Mr David Buyamba, he had it all: kind, patient, polite, hard-working, with eyes like a hawk and a sixth sense allowing him to spot all the species on your list. He was particularly good at relying on his own senses - and not on the radio - to find animals, thus giving us many one-on-one moments with our favourite animals. For instance, the first time we saw lions - two brothers in their prime - we were alone with them for at least 20 minutes, giving us all the time in the world to take pictures and observe. We also had a very special encounter with a cheetah and her two cubs eating a gazelle and once again, thanks to David’s eyes, we managed to be alone for perhaps more than an hour.

David was a true encyclopedia, even considering our pre-existing knowledge of Tanzania’s fauna, and his love for all wildlife was inspiring. He managed to be very discreet, yet always there when we needed him. He also taught us the basics of Swahili and made very interesting observations on the cultures of Tanzania.
The car itself was in very good condition and we did not have a single incident. It was very clean and David drove very carefully.

We also appreciated the fact that David picked us up when we arrived in Arusha and took us to our hotel, just like he did at the end of our trip. Sunny Safari works really hard to make your trip as comfortable as it can be. All in all, all of our high expectations were all met. Sunny Safaris did all they could to make our trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience and they deserve a perfect score on all grounds.

Beutiful honeymoon trip to South Africa and Mozambique
5/5

We knew the people behind Safpol through family relations und past travels and we asked them to help us with our Honeymoon Trip to Africa. The scheduled and organized a trip for us based on our flight. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was arranged and ready. Our guide during the trip was familiar with country and customs and had multiple anecdotes and facts that made everything more interesting.
The Accommodations we had been great and the food delicious. Besides traveling through J’Burg, Pretoria, Krueger National Park and a private game resort we’ve been at a marvellous beach in Mozambique where we were snorkelling with whale sharks and dolphins. Just amazing. It was a very good Honeymoon and we are glad we did it through Safpol.

4-day safari: Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro
5/5

Our 4-day safari was the absolute highlight of our trip to Tanzania. The safari was well organised. We had an excellent guide and chef. The guide took us to the best spots so we had a good view. He also explained a lot about the animals and their habits. During the night we stayed at different campsites where you could actually hear the animals in the distance. It was a great experience! The chef prepared delicious food and the service was great. Everything was arranged very quickly and the safari absolutely lived up to our expectations! We certainly recommend Shemeji Safari & Tours!

excellent service and value
5/5

I have now used Pearls Tours for travel in Botswana and Zimbabwe. They are professional, responsible, and provide excellent value for money. I had contracted them to transfer me to a campsite in Chobe, and the driver stayed and helped me pitch the tent to make sure I was ok. Now THAT is service!

Priscilla in the office is very responsive, polite and understanding of travellers needs. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent Service with Trip of a Lifetime
5/5

We booked 3 days package includes Pickup drop from airport, 2 nights stay in Maasai Mara, 3 times meal, jungle safari, little nairobi tour & Naivasha tour.

Owner Mr.Otieno, Driver Mr. Zakaria & Cook provided us excellent service. They were always helpful & at my service.

Everything was above the expectation.

Price was cheapest comparing to all companies.

Special thanks to the cook, we got delicious 3 times meal.

Great experience of Maasai Mara Safari Tour. One whole day in jungle safari was trip of a lifetime.

Accommodation at Mara Springs was decent & Adventuress. (You will only get 3 hours of electricity in a day).

Naivasha tour was good but you have to pay 30$ extra for one hour boat ride, but its worth it. Spend few hours.

Nairobi City Tour was okay because there are not much to see in Nairobi. So you can avoid Nairobi City Tour and do little extra Safari Tour Instead.

Nothing negative just a suggestion to travellers: If you are travelling with family or with a lady then upgrade the room with one which has door. Even though you have to pay little extra. The room we choose was good & adventuress. But my family was bit scared because it was having a ZIP not a DOOR.

Overall value for money and Highly Recommended.

Cool Safari Experience
4/5

Communication with booking was smooth, for the most part. The service was good. The guide was very knowledgable and helpful. The tour itself was too long. You don't need to do the evening and the full day. I would suggest just doing a 2 day safari versus the 3. The lodging wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and was quite liveable for the 2 nights. The ride to the safari is rough and extremely bumpy so if you have motion sickness, bring meds with you.
