Beautiful experience in beautiful Kenya
I came across Bienvenido Tours via a safari comparison website. After a quite comprehensive research, I have decided to go for a 6 day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli, Tsavo East with a drop off in Mombasa/Diani area to maximise on the sightseeing element. Right after meeting our guide Jedeliah at the airport, I knew we are going to enjoy our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time and saw as many animals as possible. Jedeliah was very knowledgeable and had such a positive, upbeat energy! I truly enjoyed our time with him, learning about parks, animals, plants and everything in between. The trip itself was well planned in terms of accommodations and I can only sing praises about Purity and her attentiveness whilst being continuously bombarded with questions.
All in all, it was my first safari and I am happy I chose Bienvenido. This trip has definitely inspired me to learn more about beautiful Kenya - asante sana for this breathtaking experience!

Super attention to detail and unique
The experience itself is unique so you need to make sure you have the best operator with you, and by that I mean Zohar!
We decided to do the 6 days safari recommend by Lilian.
Lilian and Ahmed were great, they really cared about us at all moments (my luggage was missing the first day and she even lended me clothes so I could no need anything, plus she followed up with the airline to have my luggage at the first hotel during the safari, we also needed medication while we were at Serengeti and they made sure we had it same day).
Hotels and hotel staff were perfect at all times, food and packed lunch every day was amazing, the hospitality, the people were great and helped to make this trip unforgettable, Our tour guide, Ahmed, is the best of all, he has an incredible knowledge about Animals and vegetation. We really had a great time with him.

Unforgettable stay
A stay full of emotions! A superb safari with a fabulous team!
A lovely driver who drives very well, gives lots of explanations, a chef who follows us throughout the stay and cooks divinely well.
Camping was an unforgettable experience surrounded by animals, in very clean places.

Amazing Trip!
First off, trip of a lifetime! We did the budget tour and it was a so worth it. We were picked up from the airport by Jocky Tours and then taken to the office in Nairobi. We got all paid up and then off we went with our tour guide Jimmy. Jimmy was amazing. He spent long days with us taking us to two parks. Our favorite was Massai Mara. We ended up seeing all of the Big Five which we know we were very lucky to see. Our favorite was the wildebeest migration. That was just incredible. I'm sure all of Jockys tour guides are excellent, but if you can request Jimmy we'd recommend it!

Newton is very knowledgeable on all African animals and plants.
We have taken many safari trips with Newton. He is, by far, the best guide. On our last trip, we did see all of the big five in the two parks we visited. Afrique Calabash Safaris is a top notch company and we would highly recommend their services.

The operator is excellent!
Highly recommend!!! We were looking to book a safari, but the offers received from the tourist agency/ hotel seemed expensive. This is when we decided to look for some local companies doing safari trips and we came across KT. The price was great and the service was excellent from the moment we made initial contact via WhatsApp until they dropped us off back at the hotel following the safari trip. Mr Dicky was trustworthy, friendly, always on time, and knowledgeable.

The tour van picked me up and my family in good time and the driver was good and customer care skills were on top .

Amazing Safari
My husband and I did a 10 days Mara River Migration Safari with Gosheni Safaris and we are glad we chose this agency, because everything was perfect. We worked for over a year with Pendo for the itinary as we planned to go on a safari last year, but due to the pandemic we had to postpone this trip. Pendo was really attentive to all my concerns as I had a lot of questions concerning the sanitary situation in Tansania and the safari in general. We were really lucky to have William as a driver. From the beginning we felt that we were in good hands. William is an awesome guide, a really good driver and is never satisfied until we saw the animals we hoped to see. He is really professional and has a lot of humour which we highly appreciated. He is really attentive to his clients' needs. We were also really happy with the choice of lodges. Gosheni Safaris chose a lot of Acacia camps for our accommodation and those camps were amazing.

The perfect safari itinerary for a great price!
From the very beginning Alex was quick to respond to any questions I had. I had reached out to a number of safari operators and Mama Savana to created the trip I wanted for the best price. Our safari guide, Joseph Temu, was excellent. His knowledge of the wildlife, history of Tanzania and ability to navigate the Serengeti was impressive. He encourage my grandmother and I to be patient with Mother Nature and it paid off. We saw two river crossings. I would encourage all of my friends and family to book with Mama Savana.
