Great Trip to S. Africa
5/5

Matthew arranged our trip to South Africa, Zambia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. Everything worked as planned. Matthew greatly helped us find excellent lodges both in Zambia and Botswana. We highly recommend African Safari Guru Tours.

Great Safari for a Great Price
5/5

I booked the safari through Mojhi.com and since I was solo, I was paired up with two couples. Our guide Eli and cook Freddy were awesome.

great 7 days/ 6 nights Safari
5/5

Hello,

we (me and my girlfriend) did a 7 days/ 6 nights Safari with Africa Safari classics and had a great time (last week in September 2016). we visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti & Ngorongoro.

the game drives have been really good and we had enough time for the observations of all different kinds of wildlife. we never had the feeling that we are in a hurry and also took ways offsite the crowds of jeeps. our driver guide (Athman) was telling us many things about the animals and also about the cultural background of the people of Tansania.

All accomdations have been clean, in good coditionts and with friendly staff. we stayed in Lake Burunge Tented Camp, Manyara Wildlife Camp, Serengeti Tanzania Bush Camp, Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge and Migunga Tented Camp.

the only thing we would change: spend more time in Ngorongoro crater. We just had half a day there and would recommend to stay there for at least a full day.

best,
Tino

Excellent tour = excellent experience = excellent price!!!
5/5

We recommend!
We was 3 days: Lake Manyara, Empakaai Crater, Olmoti Crater, Olduvai Gorge, Ngorongoro Crater.
Richard is the best manager of the safari and recreation! Our driver (Frank) is the best professional. Our cook (Sokofo) was preparing a meal quickly and very tasty.
We spent the 1 night in Panorama, on the edge of the Great Rift Valley. WOOW!!!
2 night was in tent camp.
Frank found it and showed us all the African animals on safari . WOOW!!!
After traveling, Richard offered to stay in your hotel. Hotel was very quiet and clean.
Thank you for the pleasure!

Great 6 day safari with Nico and Face of Africa Adventures
5/5

We booked from Germany a 6 day safari (15.09 to 20-09.2016) with Hamadi via this website. We then had a lot of email contact where he made a great itinerary for us and answered very professionally all of our questions. He even provided us with contact information of other customers. We paid 1/3 of the amount beforehand as deposit and the rest on arrival. It was done all very professionally.

On arriving in Arusha, we visited him in his office, everything was very nice, Hamadi is a very polite person. We were shown the jeep and could decide if we wanted to take it or if we want to switch it (we had a very good 4x4 car, we met other people with very old cars that broke down all the time). We also were introduced to our driver / guide, Nico. He was an excellent driver and guide, we had such a good time with him (it was just me and my wife on the safari) and you could really have a great time with him during dinner. When he heard on the ranger radio that some animal was seen he immediately went there, we saw a huge amount of animals. The accommodations were all superb and really really great (Karatu country lodge near Lake Manyara, in the serengeti a luxury tented camp and Rhino lodge near Ngorogoro crater).

Hamadi really organized a beautiful safari for us, it was worth every dollar and Nico was an amazing driver, we can only recommend Face of Africa and Nico!

We went 1 day Tarangire, 1 day Lake Manyara, 2,5 days Serengeti and 1 day Ngororo Crater, it was so much fun!

Thank you very much again Hamadi and Nico!

A great trip with a very nice guide
5/5

We had a wonderful trip. Our guide spoke German very well. He talked a lot about the country and the people and could also answer our questions well. At the same time he was also very funny and we had a lot of fun. The accommodations were also great. We felt very comfortable. It was a wonderful trip and we will definitely come back to Tanzania.

Everything we expected
5/5

By accident we met Magda and Adam and came in contact with Flash Safaris. We explained what kind of holliday we had in mind and Flash organised a great trip through 4 national parks (arusha, serengeti, ngorongoro and tarangire) with overnight stays in beautifull lodges including an inland flight from arusha to the north of serengeti. we saw evertything from ther big nine to the crossing of the gnoes. all this thanks to the patience of our guide Adam with whom we felt really comfortable. the last two days we spent very relaxed at the maasai lodge with view on mount kilimanjaro and mount meru. a great holliday.

The most beautiful Trip!
5/5

I've always wanted to see Serengeti and all the animals in Tanzania. With Kichaka we had a very good trip. Organisation was perfect, our accommodations were very comfortable and at the same time we could always feel Africa every night and day. The guide was nice, had a lot of knowledge, told us a lot about people, plants and animals. We had a lot of fun with him. Thank you for this amazing trip!

Treasure at the End of the Rainbow
5/5

We recently completed Southern Tours' 18-day circuit of the "South African Rainbow Route." We enjoyed it immensely and recommend it strongly as an introduction to the richness and variety of this beautiful and complex

Out of Town: The tour takes in a wide range of landscape, wildlife, small communities, and agricultural settings. Big-city sightseeing is not a high priority but can be added at the beginning and end of the rainbow.

Accommodations: The lodgings exceeded our expectations in quality and variety, from furnished rondavels in the national parks to comfortable inns and upmarket hotels. We slept indoors and well every night.

Meals: The pre-paid meals were varied, ample, and consistently excellent. Most lunches were improvised picnics. Pre-paid dinners became rarer during the second half of the tour, and Mrs. W. suggested that the package be tweaked to include more meals and less posh accommodations. (Mr. W. did not second the motion.)

Drinking Water: Tap water is not safe to drink at every stop. All travelers bought large containers of potable water for personal consumption along the way.

Transport: We had a spacious, comfortable, air-conditioned, late-model van. Except for Days 4 and 5, long driving days alternated with shorter ones, so that our time in the van did not become oppressive. Rest stops were 2-2.5 hours apart and blessedly negotiable.

Our Guide: Bonga did the work of two men, guide and driver. As guide, he shared his extensive knowledge of South African geography, geology, flora, fauna, peoples, and history. He has an uncanny eye for discerning animals in a landscape, whether near or far. He speaks English fluently and knows several other South African and European languages as well. Every evening he gave us updates on our plans for the next day and answered our questions fully and patiently. He was responsive to suggestions for minor changes of plan and flexible in dealing with unanticipated developments. He was also highly effective in securing favorable treatment for his clients in crowded situations.

As driver, Bonga's top priority is the safety and comfort of his passengers. He abides by the the laws and unwritten rules of the road, and he considers the needs of other drivers. We never felt unsafe, even when he drove some distance in reverse to stay beyond the reach of an angry elephant coming straight at us on a narrow road.

In other words, Bonga is outstanding in his chosen profession. He is informed and decisive yet always courteous and helpful. We never saw him behave impatiently or rudely or angrily with anyone, be they clients, service providers, or total strangers. He is the model of a true gentleman.

We didn't know quite what to expect at the beginning of the rainbow, but by the end we had discovered a treasure.
