Great affordable budget safari!
The safari was amazing! We saw the big five and pretty much every other animal you can think of. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and kind and we had a great group! The accommodations were simple, but clean and safe and it was great that all meals were provided!

worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As we arrived, at the airport, we went to the car and the guide wanted us to pay the parking bill.
At the first day of the safari after about 30 min driving the manger called our guide and told him he need to pick up other clients from the airport ( our driver doesn't speak english!!!!!) And we had to insist he will stay.
At the end of the first safari day, there was a problem in the car (red charging light) but they kept driving. The guide didn't know where our accomodation was, and we got lost in the area. he missed the turn and got us into mud and the car got stuck. We had to walk in the rain, mud and in the dark for 20 minutes to the accomodation while
Our bags are in the car.
When we arrived we realized this was a solar accomodation (Sunrise) which has no warm water after 9pm. We were cold, upset and without any other clothing.
We called the manager (tarimo) to ask for some warm water but he ignored us.
The guide finally came back and promised us that there will be hot water but there wasn't and he just went away.
The next morning was a big waste. We were told to be ready at 8am but they didnt fix the car at night and we had to wait for 6 hours!!!!!!!!
6 hours was waste of time!waiting for the guide
To solve the problems that he should have solved at night. He lied to us all the way. He said he would bring another car but of course it never happened. We lost a full safari day.
Again, Tarimo was ignoring us and even hung up the calls from us.
When we faced the guide and asked him for the truth he was rude and ignored us the whole day.
Also the car was slower than the other cars and every ride took much more time than the others .
Dont spend your money on this company!

Great safari experience but don’t underestimate the budget level of the accommodation/transport
We did the 6-Day Magnificent Best of Kenya Safari with Karibu, visiting the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli.
Communication was good - office was reactive responding to emails. On the first day they picked us up from the hotel, drove us to an ATM then we handed over the cash in the car outside the office. We were not invited inside and there is apparently no toilet available for use.
Our driver Edward was friendly, deeply knowledgeable on the wildlife and highly experienced with navigating the parks, showing us a fantastic variety of animals. He worked tirelessly over the 6 days. Only suggestion for improvement would be to offer more frequent toilet breaks. Indeed Edward would stop briefly for a roadside wee whereas our toilet breaks were less frequent and fixed at souvenir gift shops!
It was frustrating that Karibu mixed people on different tours, staying in different standards of accommodation meaning we wasted a lot of time doing detours and waiting around for people. On two game drives they crammed 7 people into the van, which made the experience much less enjoyable. The 12+ hour day travelling from Lake Nakuru to Amboseli (with a stop on the outskirts of Nairobi to pick up more people) was brutal especially as the accommodation awaiting us at Amboseli was the lowest standard of the three.
The meals were generally of a decent standard but lacking somewhat in variety. Limited selection of alcoholic drinks were available for purchase. At each accommodation there were inflated prices for bottled water so it is advised to make the most of the bottles provided by the driver. Breakfast was always rushed (30 minutes between breakfast being served and departure with all luggage).
Enchoro Wildlife Camp Masai Mara – Nice camp with spacious tents. Electricity run off generator limited to fixed times in morning and evening. Beer available but not chilled.
Hotel Citymax – Budget hotel with nice evening meal. No alcoholic drinks for purchase but option to source your own beer in the town and drink in the hotel. Roof terrace available.
Kimana Amboseli Camp – Tatty and rundown camp. Small tents. Holes in mosquito nets. Decent food and cold beer available.
Optional activities were nice to pass the time:
- Masai Mara Village Visit - $10 USD
- Lake Naivasha Boat Trip - $20 USD
- Amboseli Sunrise/Sunset Nature Walk - $10 USD

Special 20th Wedding Anniversary Trip
This was a special family holiday to celebrate an anniversary and I wanted it to be special - Richard, Vanessa and the team exceeded every expectation.
I gave Richard a rough outline of what we wanted to do/see, a guide budget and they did the rest. The communication with us from start to finish was outstanding; at no time did we feel uncertain about any of the arrangements and we got the impression Richard was really thinking about how he could tailor something exactly for us. The video/online itinerary he prepared was a brilliant way to share with the family where we were going and what we would be doing.
The hotels he selected for us for amazing; exactly what we had hoped for - luxurious, great locations, welcoming and not stuffy; real home away from home. The Cape Grace, particularly, is an amazing place to spend some time; the nicest people who knew our names from the moment we arrived.
The whole time we were in Africa, Richard and Vanessa were on the end of the phone/Whatsapp when we needed them with restaurant recommendations, tips on what do (we had a couple of days when the weather wasn't great and had time to kill), places not to miss etc - Richard is also a great wine lover and can be relied upon for a great recommendation.
All the travel around the Cape was seamless with "Steve The Driver", who is the nicest guy on the Cape, with great knowledge and stories on where were were and where to go.
When we went up to Vic Falls, Richard's knowledge of the trips to do and his organisational abilities were amazing; the Rhino walk, the white water rafting, the helicopter out of the gorge, the sunset Zambezi cruise, where do you stop? The River Club on the Zambezi is fabulous; like nowhere I've ever been - it's like stepping back 50 years, bespoke personal service with a huge smile.
All in all a fabulous holiday of a lifetime, made so much more special with the knowledge and care of Greatest Africa - thank you so much.

African safari professionalism&friendly,exelen
My husband, daughter, son, mother, and dad decided that its time to be in Africa and settle to organize our safari trip with a local tour operator / Tour and travel agency and this is how we found Simon and Wild Race Africa Safari Tours and Travel.
The company is pretty median in size and the service provided was beyond our expectation. Prior to your travel, Simon is very helpful in understanding your needs and tailoring a holiday safari package that is within your budget accordingly. He is also super fast replying to your emails/ Skype / google messenger / Whatsapp. Let's be honest, it is OK to be skeptical in a place you have never been before but Simon and his team of professionals give you this trust from the first minute to the last. From the first driver who picks you up at the airport to the experienced safari guides during the safari his Excellency Mr. Obama.
We took 7 days Kenya Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli tour package and it just blow off our mind. The animal's view was superb, the lodges, the food and even the guide himself was a professor in his own way.
I would like to send my special thanks to our safari driver George in Masai Mara. He has a good command of English and has a solid understanding of wildlife both from a practical and scientific point of view.

Bernard, his reply was always fast and he cared about everything that I worried from the first .
Safari in Africa, for the first time in my life was really awesome with Seregeti Safari Booking for everything.
Operator Bernard cared about everything I needed, for instance, accomodation, pick up service from airport to our hotel, without any inconvenience. Even he called and text me before I leaving and he always replied in a short time. His partner Andrew was also very nice and humorous.
The game drive was also greater than I imagined before, because The safari guide, Mr. Ayoub and cook Mr. Elisante were with a lot of experience people, so that we were able to see most of animals which live in Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater.
I really appreciated those people's kindly support and a warm welcome. Great memories in my life.

wonderful trip
Everything fulfilled my expectations. The guide tried to show us the most beautiful and best Uganda has to offer. The guide accepted our options and met our needs. If we needed some change he had no problem. I will be happy to return there and recommend to all people to visit this beautiful country

Extremely helpful both pre-travel and during tour
We have nothing but positive feedback regarding our tour with African Coast Travel & Tours. Communication pre-travel was top notch and the organization was exemplary. What made the experience especially special was the fact that our group two travelers that have significant mobility issues and African Coast Travel & Tours was not only sensitive to their needs but was extremely resourceful in ensuring that the travelers were able to participate fully in all activities. Top notch service!

Nice experience with experienced guide & tour
I highly recommend Best Day Safaris for a safari in Tanzania. We did 3 night 4 day private tour included Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our guide Janka is very friendly and experienced. Peter helped us a lot for the organization of the tour. Hotels are really nice and comfortable. Price & performance balance is perfect. Do not hesitate to go with them.

Wonderful tour with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide
Willem our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about the areas we travelled through, and the nature in the park. His love of nature was apparent as he seemed as enthusiastic as us every time we saw an animal, even though I'm sure he had seen them hundreds of times before! Being a private tour we could stop anywhere we wanted without being rushed. He was very clever in finding some animals we could easily have missed, and we saw everything we wanted to including the Big 5 (except cheetah and leopard which would be a very rare sight during the day anyway). There was a slight hiccup on the way to the park when the car overheated, but they sent another vehicle out and we swapped over. So we were only delayed by an hour and Willem more than compensated for that by extending the time at the end. He even took us to an African craft market on the way back, and sent us some stunning photos afterwards as he had a decent camera with a telephoto lens. Highly recommende
