Maraka have a very responsive mode of communication. They responded to our queries very promptly.
We (myself and my family)needed to travel to Uganda & Kenya and so we wrote to various tour operators with questions to understand the best sites to visit. Maraka was the first to respond with a comprehensive list of sites to visit with the rates. We then proceeded to select the sites. They gave us a detailed route plan on where to visit across the 2 weeks. While we communicated all this time, the other operators had still not responded. They then helped us on our travel documentations which made our life quite easy.
We then proceeded to pay deposits and arrived in Uganda in time for our visits. This was the most enjoyable travels.

Kilimanjaro Adventure with the BEST from Zamunda Tours
Zamunda Tours recently organized a perfect trek with John leading the best team with another guide, porters and a cook. The trek was not easy however we had great support from crew, very good equipment and an amazing cook who made sure we were well fed. The team took excellent care of al our needs. We were always safe! Standing at the summit of Kilimanjaro took our sheer determination and perseverance however I am very certain that we would not have made it without the support of this crew. Their experience on the mountain came in very handy as they knew the right time to push/rest/take it easy.Their company was also warm and kept us in great spirits. I have to recommend them with no reservations

An incredible and immersive experience in Africa!
Recently traveled with Axis Africa on their five day Kenya tour and it was truly amazing! As a solo female traveler, I felt so well taken care of the entire time! My guides, Kevin, Daniel and Amos were all wonderful, sweet and so knowledgeable about the animals and places we visited! I am so glad I chose Axis Africa for my safari trip! Highly recommend!

Good organised
We did the 5 days tour from Dar es Salaam and it was great! The hotels were nice and our guide Hassen did an amazing job! We saw so many animals, even a leopard and lions.
We felt really comfortable with happy moments. It was really good organised and the communication with the company was so easy, we just texted on WhatsApp.
Thank you again for this great experience, we can highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely Amazing
We booked this trip last minute(maybe two days notice) and it was not an issue at all. We got picked up perfectly by Moses. He absolutely could not have been better. Hands down amazing in all aspects just like the trip. We stayed at Serova and Serena lodges and they offered an amazing experience but truly the rides through the parks took the cake. Moses through the entire trip was wonderful, friendly, extremely experienced in everything you could want. I think no matter how amazing a destination is those who help you experience them truly make or break the trip. I simply could not say better things about how amazing it all was, and Moses tied all of it together to truly give us an unforgettable experience. PS I promise the Landcruisers are the way to go, and Explorer Kenya Tours has the top Landcruiser setup compared to the competition seen in the parks!

Soon after claiming our luggage at the airport a big sign with our names printed on it welcomed us. We felt honored as the company representative greeted us with a smile and a hearty laughter. By the time we arrived at our beautiful hotel, we had learned a lot of facts about the country and it’s people. We were treated as relatives who have been away for so long. The company’s fleet of well maintained jeeps assured us of safety and comfort. There was even ice chest and an animal and bird library. We felt spoiled every part of the day. Our driver-guide was the best!!! Joe knew every plant, animal and birds by name that we called him our walking encyclopedia! We couldn’t choose a better company than Wilder. I am grateful to Bartho, the owner of the company, that he was able to put together a group for me, since I was traveling alone, for exactly the days that I requested.
Our guide and driver, Prays, showed us an incredible amount of wild animals and brought us to the right place in minutes. Thanks to him, many breathtaking moments were captured on our cameras and eyes.
Dula, our chef, prepared delicious breakfasts/lunches/dinners for us.
Safari is one of the best things that happened to me, because seeing this wild world of animals with my own eyes and becoming a part of this world while camping is an unforgettable emotion and experience!
It was during the safari that I received the news that Russia had started a war against Ukraine and it was very hard to enjoy the trip while my heart was breaking from pain for my native country and fear for relatives and friends.
I am very grateful for all the support given to me and the kindness of our entire team with whom I shared these 4 days of incredible safari. I appreciate it very much!
