Very helpful, communicative pleasant and concerned
The seven day trip was very well worth it. Climbing to the falls was challenging, but beautiful. The different parks, Serengeti plains and the crater we saw many different animals. It was so wonderful to see the animals in their natural habitat and up close and personal. All the tour guides the staff, the chef were all very personal and nice people. The people on the tour were very interesting and personable, and we enjoyed every minute of it. All the food was tasty and interesting. The two drawbacks on the trip was the truck breaking down which is something unforeseen. So we lost some time several people on the tour were sleeping at different lodges this also ate up a lot of time because the lodges were not close to each other. But on the whole it Was an interesting enjoyable trip I would recommend it to anyone and hopefully one day I visit again.

it's a wonderful tour
I have a wonderful time with Discovery Transfers and Tours in Namibia. I took a six days tours, highly recommended. Everything was excellent.

Excellent itinerary, great guide/driver and lovely properties.
The Sunny Safari staff Jessica was attentive, prompt and courteous while planning and discussing the itinerary, allowing us to customise it. We had a wonderful driver/guide Hamisi, a knowledgeable and punctual person who enhanced our experience of Game Drive. The properties we stayed were comfortable. The vehicle was good but could have been better. Thank you Sunny Safaris for a very memorable holiday.

This trip turned out to be the best one ever for our family. The staff were always supportive and accommodating, even responding to our detailed requests. For example, they were able to arrange a game drive on the first day and a visit to a Maasai village, even though these were not part of the original plan. On the other hand, we did not receive any response from the staff regarding some questions we asked during the trip planning stage. Therefore, we are deducting one star.

Very patient, knowledgeable and helpful
The trip was executed as described as in email. We saw big 4 out of 5. Missed Leopard.
The food was monotonous. There was no variety especially when you are on 5 days trip.
For budget option, some of accomodations looked very unhygienic. In fact, we found mosquito in one of the dish in Naivasha at Naivasha Chambai safari Resort.
Given the food options, its 6/10 when it comes to value for money.

Our Tanzania adventure was truly remarkable! Our tour guide Festo demonstrated exceptional professionalism and knowledge throughout the journey. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, with clean and well-maintained hotels providing comfortable stays. While the vehicle could use some improvements for enhanced comfort, it didn't detract from the overall experience. We were thoroughly satisfied with the trip, which delivered an authentic African safari experience combined with excellent service.

We did the sunrise and sunset safari to Amboselli -saw giraffes zebra cheetah rhino hippo many elephants etc.

Great: Very clear and comprehensive
Our driver and guide, Julius was Great!, he was persisting in searching the best places to look for anímals and we could se all of them so it was wonderful ! He also let us decide the times.
And in the agency were very kind to explan every detail
