Perfect Honeymoon Safari!
I am so happy that we chose Right Choice Safaris for our 8 day honeymoon trip. Prior to the trip George and Millicent were so responsive and intent on making sure we got everything we wanted out of the trip. We ended up doing a lot of this last minute due to the uncertainty with COVID but they were able to get us reservations in all the camps/lodges that I wanted. They also offered a full refund if something changed last minute and we weren't able to come because of COVID. Luckily, that did not happen and we had the trip of our lives! Joshua, our guide, was absolutely fantastic! He knew tons about the animals and could tell by their behavior whether they were hungry and ready to hunt or were more likely to just relax. This resulted in us getting to see 4 cheetahs hunt and kill an antelope in Maasai Mara, an unbelievable sight! We also caught the wildebeest migration just on time, only having to wait about 20 minutes while others waited all day. There were a lot more highlights but I'll let you see for yourselves! It was a pleasure to spend 8 days with Joshua. He was truly knowledgable, very eager to please, flexible, professional and timely. I highly, highly recommend requesting him as your guide. Right Choice Safaris did an excellent job in making our honeymoon special including having every place we stay decorate our bed with flowers and they even added "Just Married" tire covers to the back of our jeep that were quite a hit with the other guides. Overall: fair price, excellent service, amazing experience.

Excellent Tour and Service
The 3-day tour of Amboseli was just perfect! George was our driver and he took us all the way form Nairobi to Amboseli then drove us all over the park for 3 days. He knew the park roads inside and out and found massive numbers of elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, impala, cape buffalo, hippos and even a pair of lions.

punctual and reliable
I was on 4-Day Mikumi NP, Udzungwa Mountain Trekking and Maasai. That was great experience. I really liked punctuality and driving skill of the guide (Lenard). Also the company provided experienced safari guides and we saw all animals including lions. The only animal that I haven't seen was leopard. Accommodation was also convenient.
Minuses that I noticed:
1. Food in the hotel. Menu was poor and the same during all days (rice, chicken, beef, eggs, pancakes). At the same time you will not stay hungry.
2. Guide in Udzungwa was not really great, he was a lot on the phone and with other guides that we met.
Overall I really liked the safari.

Felix has been an very great driver to show me all the animals possible, he have a very sharp eye which helps to see animals in the wild and he is also very friendly !

We couldn’t have been more lucky and satisfied with our experience with Spirit of Kenya, particularly during the Safari! We sure fell even more in love with Africa after this experience and we hope to be back soon!
We don’t know about the other guides, but ours was just brilliant!! We had a really great time with Joseph, he has incredible instincts and skills spotting animals in the parks! He taught us a lot about animals too!

Masai Mara full discovery
I was impresed from the begining by the perfect tuning of pur guid Douglas. Also jos knoledge aboud masai and the rezerve vere impresing. He was drive extremely carefull and all the tripa were wery confortabile with no jumps despite that the roads were after some taina quite dificult. He knows all roads and crossing points. Also he Have respect for the rules of rezerve and a proactive attitude. Husa respect for wild life impresia me top, for exemple he wait until a Snake can ne avoided during his crossing of the road. Maybe for this he knows animale and their places and etology very well. I remember that we were only us to observe a five leonesse pack. Not in the end his humorus and cheerfull attitude was completing the tripa. I want to thanks also to Robert for his help in chossing Best variant and schedule. The orice was very food and the condiționa the same very food. I want to congratulate also rezerve administrații and rangers for their work. Me as university teacher with concerne in plastic polution research motive that rezerve is almost plastic free.

Kilimanjaro- Overwhelming Experience-Marangu Route
I contacted Fahamu Safaris because I wanted to climb Kilimanjaro.
From the beginning, the contact was very straightforward and the team tried very hard to organize a tour that would meet my personal needs as a female solo traveler. Before my Trip started, I received quick and helpful answers to all questions and concerns, so that I felt that I was in good hands right from the start. Unfortunately, I had problems with the outward flight, so I arrived a day later than originally planned. However, for the Fahamu Safaris-Team this was not a problem at all. They quickly rearranged everything on site for me, so that I could still take the hike. My guide picked me up at the airport. We discussed the route again and my equipment was checked by the team, to make sure I have everything I need for the upcoming days. The tour was organized very professionally and was individually adapted to my possibilities and abilities. Again, I felt that I was in good hands right from the start. The guide had a lot of experience and knowledge. The route and tour was perfect for me, the food and service during the hike were excellent and I had an amazing time.
All in all, my trip went perfectly fine and exceeded my expectations. The price was also more than fair and I can only recommend Fahamu Safaris, if you plan to hike Kilimanjaro.

Awesome service at a reasonable price
We were a group of 3 people traveling to Tanzania. We used Migration Venture Africa for a safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro as well as the hike up Kilimanjaro. We mostly worked with Amos to organize both trips. Amos was very responsive via email and later via WhatsApp. Once we arrived at Kilimanjaro airport there was someone to pick us up and take us to Moshi. We stayed at their motel in Moshi. While it's passable for one nights stay and at $25 a night I wasn't going to complain, I would pay a little but more and stay at a slightly better place if we had to do it again.
Our guide to Serengeti and Ngorongoro was God Love. He was fantastic. He kept us on schedule (as much as he could), was super knowledgeable and had an eye for spotting wildlife. We saw four of the big five animals while touring with him, in addition to all the other grazing animals. We stayed at the Tokaone resort in Serengeti and it was a really nice place to stay. Food was great, accommodation was clean and the hot shower was awesome.
Our Migration Venture Africa team that guided us up to the Kilimanjaro summit and back was just awesome. We chose the Marangu route to hike up. From our guides Joseph and Good Luck to our cook (we just called him Mamma ;-)), our waiter Adam and the rest of the porters they were just the best group. They paced us up the trail to give us the best chance of summiting. The food was good and enough. Their words of encouragement and gentle push up the final climb is what allowed us to summit Mt. Kili. Even the driver who took us and brought us back from the park entrance in Marangu was awesome.
My only gripe is with the tipping system. I wish it would just get built into the price of the tour instead of us trying to figure out how much to give to each person. We didn't know how many people would be on our team (porters, guides etc.) so it was difficult to budget. In addition, you don't want to give someone less than what they deserve or need. Same for the safari guide as well. We ended up taking 45 minutes after we got back into Moshi to put cash into envelopes for each person based on the guidance from Migration Ventures as well as reading through Lonely Planet and some forums on Trip Advisor. This was probably my least favorite part of my experience.
Migration Ventures was easy to work with and is a good value for money. I researched a few other tour companies and they were able to provide the safari and the Kili hike at the best price. With the exception of the hostel stay, I did not feel like I was on a budget tour. If I visited the area again I would not hesitate to use Migration Ventures again and I would recommend them without any hesitation.
