A Beautiful Time in a Beautiful Place

5/5

We have not been directly in the Chobe National Park, but we stayed three days at the Savute Safari Lodge in the Savuti area, one of the four distinct areas of the Chobe National Park and situated in the most western part of it.
Beside the amazing view of literally hundreds of elephants we have had the rare opportunity to see other big mammals like lions, leopards, african wild dogs, buffalos, impalas and so many more.
Moreover we also encoutered a lot of birds (mostly birds of prey) and reptiles.
The most amazing and special experience was the hospitality of the people who were host to us in the lodge. They told us a lot about their culture, lifestyle habits and they seemed very curious about the european culture and our lifestyle. Truly an exchange we enjoyed a lot.
We will never forget this unique trip.

Unexpected landscape and plenty of wildlife easily reacheable at your own leisure

5/5

I stumbled to the Etosha National Park a little by chance as I am usually more interested in landscapes than safaris. Said that...I have being flabbergasted by the park. The nature there is very much different than anything I had seen before and the abundance of wildlife is just stunning. You are left to wander freely in the park, as long as you stick to the indicated roads, and I felt more like landscaping in a very much alive place more than doing a safari looking for this or that animal. I could just enjoy my time going around and wildlife will just be there...literally crossing your road and popping out. And it is peaceful, and quite, and not crowded at all. Not to mention that it is very easy to do on your own with definitely well organized campsites inside the park, indications and roads. Maybe it lacks a little bit the real bush feeling, being so well organized, but you can get that anywhere else in Namibia outside the park just by driving around and stopping to camp wherever you feel like to. I would love to go back there at the end of the rainy season to see how water would transform it, but August was amazing as it was as it felt even magical and eerie in its dryness. As a practical advice, if you plan to do it as a road trip on your own in August as we did, and want to stay inside the park at night, which I strongly advice to do, you should try to book the campsite quite in advance as it seems tour operators get a big chunk of the available places in advance. This means that already in February we had been told by some camps that they had no places available for private travelers. Last but not least, the Halali campsite, which probably is the simpler of the ones inside the park, is probably the one where you want to stop longer if you are looking for a more wild vibe and nature peacefulness. In all we spent 3 days in the park, 2 nights sleeping inside, and all 3 days we saw something different. And we could have spent easily more days there had we had the time. Cheers!

Group vacation Elephant Coast and Drakensberg
5/5

This vacation was our first group vacation ever, and for us as people who have always organised our own vacations, it was a whole new experience. It has been an incredible experience in every which way: beautiful accommodations in a wide variety of landscapes. We’ve seen and experienced so much, all thanks to our enthusiastic guide! We could have never done this on our own! The knowledge, service and organisation were perfect. In short, the price/quality ratio was excellent. We certainly would recommend this safari to anyone who would like to explore and discover South-Africa, and love to see its variety. Our compliments to the TMS team!

Amazing Safari All The Way
5/5

This was my second safari with Africa Flash McTours, this time round with my parents and they were true to their every word. The communication was prompt and clear (Peter's English both written and spoken is very good and clear, something that highlights him from the other operators), the selected itinerary which we worked on together was delivered beyond our expectations. The guides, the hotels stuff were great. I recommend anyone who wish to travel to work with Africa Flash McTours.

I have sent several clients to Northern Masailand Safaris. All clients have raved about the exceptional experience and professionalism of the guides, drivers and staff. Northern Masailand Safaris provides the very best touring and lodging options in Tanzania and southern Kenya. If you are looking for the absolute premier safari and touring company, professional and trustworthy guides and staff, and a safe and fun experience for the entire family, then you must book with Northern Masailand Safaris. I have visited Tanzania more than a dozen times before I found this perfect operator. I will not send my clients, my family, or spend my money with anyone else in Tanzania!

Stress free and well planned tours which catered specifically for our needs. Variety of locations.
5/5

Communications via email and online payments made bookings and arrangements very easy.
Documentation and necessary paperwork managed well. Attention to detail was amazing and allowed us to look forward to the trip without too many worries.
Safari was just what we wanted. Not too expensive and small, family owned lodges.
Can highly recommend Cedarberg Travel. 2016 will be my fourth trip planned using the company.

A trip full of comfort and adventure crowned by skillful and knowledgeable drivers/guides
5/5

I must admit that my trip to Lake Nakuru game park, Amboseli and Masaai Mara with African Comfort Zone Safaris has been one of my most exciting moments. All my expectations as a tourist were fully met....thumbs up to one John for winning my heart and for explicitly sharing with me what I expected from the expeditions.

The architects of our truly memorable Africa experience
5/5

My family & I had the most incredible trip to Tanzania & Kenya and we have Chalo Africa to thank. We are extremely picky about where we stay, what we do and the overall experience and this has sometimes made our holiday planning hard for the travel agencies we talk to. Right from the start Smita & her team were very helpful - gave us great advice and took onboard our specific requirements. In the end the plan they out together for us was absolutely fantastic - the places they booked us into, the instructions left for our care at those places and the overall tours were impeccably managed. Africa is spectacular anyway - the way our tour was put together with so much personal care made the vacation even more so for us.
