Smooth organisation and great experience
The whole organisation in advance was very smooth and prompt. Email communication was quick and really friendly. Our expectations for me and my wife of the package that we booked were exceeded. It was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 6 people together, we did 7 days Sossusvlei Desert and Etosha National Park. We saw it all within that short period of time. The accommodation facilities that were arranged by the company were outstanding. I will definitely come back again in the near future.

Rene quickly makes everyone feel at ease, whilst providing a great adventure in the real Kenya
Rene is very positive and clear in his communication, is flexible when needed and looks after the companions very well. He knows a lot about Kenya, but lets yourself experience the beautiful nature and the friendly people. For me the trip had exactly the right mixture of sports, relaxation and time to enjoy the nature, wildlife and people. Yes it was sometime challenging to climb another dusty dirt road, trying to avoid another flat tire due to the many rocks, but we always got to the hotel before getting completely devastated and there was always a good shower and sometimes even swimming pool waiting for us. Rene clearly enjoyed the ride as well, and fortunately was equally glad to be at the hotel. It felt good to recover during dinner, it which Rene turned out to be great story teller of all his previous trips, whilst keeping interest in the others.
The experience was precisely what I had hoped for, no thoughts other than concentration on the road, the bike and on the surrounding nature slowly passing by.

My Gorilla Trekking Experience exceeded my expectation. Perfect planning, excellent service.
Our trip was well organized, service was excellent, from pick up at the airport through the safari until the end. We had the best guide, very knowledgeable, understanding and patient with us. Our Gorilla Trekking experience and our trip to Queen Elizabeth was amazing, not to forget the Sunset cruise on Lake Victoria which was spectacular.. everything exceeded our expectation. Will definitely use Africa Nziza on our next adventure to Uganda. Highly recommendable!

Professional, personal touch, and you could tell they genuinely cared from the preps for the trip.
They exceeded my expectations in all spheres, communication before, during and after the trip was very good. The pre-read for the tour was interesting, well researched, factual and made the safari tour very exciting. I cannot fault them on anything they were responsible for, hard as l tried. They were very professional in the handling of the paperwork necessary, for the parks and other logistics.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE OF KENYA
Kenya is so wonderful, but without Across The Wild it would not be more amazing. These people are just awesome. This was our third visit to Africa but our first safari in Kenya. We were so excited to finally touch down on Kenyan land. The good memorable experiences were so many. We were lucky to see all of the "Big Five" plus many other animals during our safari and also enjoyed some close encounters with them. What an adventure!
Our guide was also in good contact with others on the radio, which resulted in faster to get to wonderful sightings and spots. The experiences were beautifully balanced. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. He would always ask us what we especially hoped to see during the game drives and make sure to go as deep to the parks to find their hideouts. We were very lucky and saw everything we had hoped to, and even more. To be honest, there were so many memorable moments. The wildlife, the guides' knowledge and the attention to details helped us a lot.
Everyone in the family can't just think of any other way this trip could have been better. We had great time, fun and enjoyed the company of all the people we met, we learnt a lot, came back with many good memories and photos. We shall definitely recommend Across The Wild Tours and Safaris everywhere we go and we hope to use them again if we return to East Africa as we found out that they also operate in all countries in the East Africa.
Also to note that I was very impressed when the tour manager of Across the Wild gave us a cell phone with talk time in it just incase we needed to communicate with them we could easily access, this was a gesture that went a long way and that was a fantastic idea.

Wonderful experience full of everything I was hoping for.
The services were amazing and I would especially like to place a special mention to our guide Charles. He treated us with a lot of professionalism and his wildlife spoting is just amazing. We had good views of the lions and three encounters of rhinos among other wildlife at the Nairobi National Park, thanks to his skills. The pick up and the entire safari in generalwas on schedule as planned and we felt safe throughout. The safari met my expectations and I would definitely want to plan another trip with ConQuest Adventure, especially with Charles as our guide.

Professional and excellent customer service
Discovery Transfer and Tours organized a safari for us in October 2016. They provided us with a guide who was brilliant and fluent in English. The guide had knowledge of Namibia as a country and he was knowledgeable of all the animals and birds we came across with. All the arrangements that the company did for us was excellent. Food was good and our accommodation was amazing.

awesome view of the nature- God's products amazing
all my expectations were met. it was awesome. my family enjoyed and they hope to return again as Discovery Transfer and Tours are highly organised. The lodge had good food end i was also considered as a vegetarian. we were taken to different land views. the information we received about the road terrain, environment assisted us a long way. the guide was friendly and very knowledgeable on the country and its heritage.
