18 Days Safari Uganda Adventure
Great and helpful service! Frank was outstanding: experienced and quite amicable with a nice sense of humour, especially when he speaks Dutch. Always in a good mood. Frank knows all hints that point the presence and location of predators. We were often first upon the scene of interesting animal action. He brought me to see much more than I expected: wildlife and natural beauty, villages and tribes. A responsible driver in a well maintained land cruiser. A guide with an impressive professionalism. His knowledge of his culture and country is amazing. I had such a wonderful experience and I am already planning another tour! I am not a first-timer to visit East-Africa. I can highly recommend Frank as your tour guide to have the time of your life. You will not regret it! Thank you so much Frank! And see you again!

Great professionals who made our holiday THE best ever!
Tanzania. As African Heart really knows Tanzania and the most beautiful places to see, they made sure our trip, our driver and guide and all our lodges were absolutely wonderful! We started at Lake Manyara where during the evening we were booked in a lodge which overlooks the lake. The next day we traveled to Serengetti for a 2 day stay, and our guide and driver made sure his nick-name Eagle-Eye was proven to be true! He has shown us all the animals we had on our 'wish-list' and more and made sure we were able to enjoy them in private!! Lake Victoria, the Ngororngoro Crater and Zanzibar.. all amazing places to be! The food during the trip was extremely well (lunch boxes, fab diners). We will most certainly come back to Tanzania, and for us there is only ONE tour-agent for this: African Heart, where they know the country and really listen and act on your wishes!! Karibu Sana!!!

Fun & Informative !
My partner and I travelled to Namibia for the first time in January with high expectations of amazing landscapes dunes and dessert land. The country didn't let us down - my gosh Namibia is breathtaking! What we loved and did not expect was our lovely tour guide - Joseph and his kindness courtesy, fun and light heartedness! He was very informative telling us about the history of Namibia from the formation of the landscapes, the structure of various towns, to the political and social side of the economy and so much more. Thank you to African Coast Travel for making our trip unforgetable. And most of all thank you to Joseph for the care and attentiveness he took in ensuring we enjoyed our stay :) . I love Namibia !!!

awsome guide and great animals tracker
It was my third trip in Austral Africa (South Africa, Namibia). I've been 11 days with Tony (last week of april and first week of may) with 3 friends. Everything was great even if tracking animals was difficult after a big raining season. Tony find wildcats everyday! Amazing trip with a pretty good guy! Never met a guide as Tony.
I'll come back in Botswana and ask for Tony again for sure.

Wonderful experience during off-season - individual tour with a great personal touch
Lets be honest, I didn't know much about the country, except that you can see gorillas, chimpanzees und much more wild animal in their natural habitat.
So I was very glad that I found Encounter Africa Safaris, in person Chris, who arranged an individual tour for me including the following major activities and lodges:
- Lake Mburo NP / Lake Mburo Safari Lodge
=> Game drive, boat ride at Lake Mburo
- Bwindi Impenetrable NP / Broadbill Forrest Camp
=> Gorilla tracking
- Queen Elizabeth NP / Buffalo Safari Resort
=> Game drives, boat ride at the Kazinga Channel
- Kibale NP / Rwenzori View Guest House
=> Chimpanzee tracking, Bigodi Wetland walk
- Murchison Falls NP / Murchison River Lodge
=> Game drives, boat ride at the nile, visiting top of the falls
I started planning my tour in january 2017, Chris always replied very fast and competently, always trying to make my wishes come true. Payment worked out without any problems, I felt well looked after all the time.
When I arrived at Entebbe, my guide and driver Joseph picked me up at the airport and brought me to my hotel for the first to nights in Kampala. I liked Joseph from the first moment I met him. He is a very funny guy but he is also very wise and has a wide range of knowledge of wildlife and the country. I wish I could have remembered everything he told me. He knew a lot of people along the route, so he was always informed about the best routes or places to spot the animals. When I had specific wishes for things so try or bring as a souvenir, it was no problem for hin the help me out great, he also had an eye on me, that I didn't have to pay way overpriced "mzungu-prices". He also knew some special activities (like going to Lake Katwe and getting some volcano salt or having a seperate boat ride to the hotel after visiting Murchison falls) or places to have great local food.
One special thing was my surprise birthday party after the gorilla tracking. I didn't know anything about it, and after dinner the complete staff of Broadbill Forrest Camp came by with a birthdaycake, which we all had together. Thank you for that once again very much!
All the local people I met, where very friendly and helpful, I didn't feel unhappy at no point of time.
All in all I can only highly recommend going to Uganda, even during off-season / rain-season. There where very less tourists. During my 12 days there where only a few hours of rain, which didn't bother me or the activities planned. Also I can highly recommend Encounter Africa Safaris, they are a small, relatively young company, but in my eyes they absolutely know what they are doing.
Really planning to come back!
Last but not least, I want to give a special thank to my guide Joseph; if you are planning to go to Uganda ask for him as a guide, you won't be disappointed.
One more point if you are really planning to go to Uganda and you want to do something good for disadvanteged children, ask while booking. You can do great things with reasonable expenses. Thank you!

What an experience...5 stars well deserved.
Yesterday I was very fortunate to go on a 1 day Safari with the one and only Benson Benard and his 5 star driver Jeff. I was very well taken care of all day. Cold drinks and a beautful vegetarian meditarian lunch was provided especially for me. Jeff our driver was wonderful and I felt very safe. Perfect weather made for an exceptional day.
Got to see plenty of wildlife up close some just a few metres away providing specactular photos. The 4WD we travelled in was fantastic. Could even charge my devices to keep taking photos all day long.
Cannot wait for todays adventure with them again. Benson Safaris Tanzania gets
5 stars from me!!!

Rochelle is amazing! She went above and beyond before and during the tour :-)
Rochelle was very responsive and thorough from the beginning to the end. She suggested a great tour that fit our budget and requirements. And during the tour whenever we had a question she was quick to respond and stayed engaged until we were satisfied. I would only book with her going forward! Thank you so much for a great 10 year anniversary holiday.

Wonderful Experience
I was organising a safari in Africa for a family group of 12, mainly in Botswana. After researching online I was fortunate to discover African Ubuntu Safaris and contacted Cuan. Cuan was able to make recommendations, work within our budget and accommodate all our needs, which was varied as our ages ranged from 23 to 65. Everything went as planned and exceeded expectations. We had an amazing holiday, wonderful experiences and fell in love with Africa. We are grateful to Ubuntu for organising such a wonderful holiday.
I highly recommend Cuan and Ubuntu Safaris.
