Moses is the best
Our Leopard Tours guide, Moses, was patient and understood the goals of our trip and made sure we had the next experience. Very kind and very thoughtful. He was also very knowledgeable. No need for Google with Moses. No one thought to bring binoculars but Moses had not one, but two, on hand and he made sure the jeep fridge stayed stocked with cold water. The lodges had incredible views and the Serena staff treated us with the utmost respect and quickly attended to and anticipated our needs. Umang kept in touch during our safari and made sure we were taken care of. Ubon Safari will be the first one I recommend in the future.

highly recommended budget safari
Giving that they dont have many references, I was a little bit afraid of booking with Go East Africa. But there is no need for that!
1 - I exchanged so many emails with Martha prior booking. She is very sweet and helpful lady who took care of us very well.
2 - they gave us very fair price
3 - they provide good services
We decided to combine several safaris in one bundle:
1. Safari in Kenya
- Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Crescent Island and Hells Gate
- traveled by safari van. In Maasai Mara, we slept in huge tents with beds and own bathroom. The rest, we spent in B&B
- food is OK, we always got some buffet where you could choose both, veg and nonveg. The picnic lunch includes some chicken, bread, egg, sweet drink, fruit, etc
- our driver/guide was very ambitious and always tried to steal the best viewing spot for us. We got to see the big five.
2. Safari in Tanzania
- we started in Arusha, proceeded to Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro
- traveled by jeeps for 8 ppl, these are even more comfortable then safari vans in Kenya
- we slept in tents - the classical tents for camping but do not worry, it is actually very comfortable and convenient. You get a mattress and sleeping bag. There is a shared bathroom with hot water. There is also a public pool in the garden
- the food was delicious. We had our own chef who was cooking for us the whole time. We always got many dishes to choose from.

Best Maasai Mara trip
Hyrax Safaris provided the ultimate safari to Maasai Mara. Initiallty, I was worried about the prices and accomodation. Rose and her team customized an amazing safari to suit our budget. The services at the tented camp exceeded our expectations. The Maasai village was the climax of the safari. The guides and drivers were friendly and helpful throughout the trip.

Excellent experience and not the first time. This was our second safari.!!!
Indeed we came back as promised. In the year 2016 we went for a safari to the North of Tanzania. Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Manyara and Tarangeri.
Excellent hotel booking and the driver and our whole journey was most comfortable. This year we wanted to take our children to our home towns Mtwara and Zanzibar. We wanted to pass by Selous game park on our way to Mtwara. Mrs. Tasneem arranged all our excellent 5 star stay at Siwandu camp in Selous which was excellent. Then she arranged all the transport by road with our good driver Mr. William who was very good and always on time. We went to the game park and it was a wonderful experience. Then on to Mtwara and back to Dar Es Salaam. The next day she arranged our boat ride to Zanzibar and hotels in Zanzibar Stone town as well as the beach. She found us a very good hotel at Nungwi beach and we had a very good stay. All the pickup and hotels were done well with no problems at all.Recommend Karibu worl anythime. The name suits the company as they indeed made us feel KARIBU - WELCOME in Tanzania. Thank you Mrs. Tasneem. we will surely arrange our next safari with you again... Extremely helpful from beginning, during and at completion of trip!
Savanna Safaris & Tours went out of their way to assist our work group to have safaris during our travels. In the beginning our dates of availability for Safari were limited and Savanna Safaris provided us several options from Kruger to the Kalahari. We ultimately decided on a South African preserve and the Okavango Delta. Simply the Best!
The Hyrax team has great communication skills. Rose was fast to respond to mails and messages. We did a group tour in June and the services offered met our expectations. Amazing trip. Exceeded expectations.
As a group of 4 we did a 19 day trip to Kenya, Rwanda & Tanzania. Our tour did not skip,a beat. Everything was planned perfectly, and out guides were extremely adept drivers and incredibly knowledgable in regard to all animals and their habitats. Our accomodation was excellent and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We saw every animal imaginable, even 5 leopards which are quite rare to see. We saw a whole pride of lions which we had all to ourselves and there were many highlights. Thankyou Fred for your many emails answering our many questions. Many thanks to our expert guides, Leonard, Douglas and Bakari for making our trip one we will never forget.

Memorable Experience!
Our experience with Affordable Kilimanjaro was even off to a wonderful start before the day we arrived. When I called about reservation options, Victoria also provided a lot of helpful information about hiking Kilimanjaro and wonderful meal recommendations.
Our guide, Julius who led our group of two, was very inviting, addressed questions throughout, and let us know of upcoming spots we'd want to ensure we snapped a picture.

Memorable Trip
We took our family of four on a seven day trekking adventure to Mt. Kilimanjaro. When we first began planning our trip, Victoria was great to work with making sure we had all the proper gear and information to be fully prepared for our trip. She answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. Then when our trip started we were also impressed with both of our guides -- Joseph and Ibra. From the moment we met them we knew it was going to be everything we wanted for our family adventure.
The guides had ability to motivate everyone to continue when it was difficult was incredible. Ibra's positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic really made for a very pleasant experience. Both of these gentlemen went out of their way to make sure our family had a memorable trip.
