It was a wonderful and memorable trip.
5/5

Our experience with namnyak safaris was very good. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children. Earlier we were very confused about booking our package as there are many companies in Kenya which offer safari packages. But Mr. Clevers from Namnyak Safaris was really very professional and friendly to answer my all queries and gave all the details without miss leading us.
He planned a very good package for 6 days as per our budget which covered Nairobi, Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru.
And even our driver Mr. Ali was very experienced who made sure that we see all the animals, specially "The Big 5." So a big thanks to Clevers and Ali for making our trip so memorable.

Tip - Just make sure you have a detailed itinerary with you, considering each and every information before making the payment.

it was an awesome experience, i cant wait for december holiday.
5/5

its the only company that would accommodate our requirements for the safari. You were able to alter the printed and scheduled trip and work it so our dream trip was realized at a reasonable cost. All the other companies, we spoke to, and there were many, were either unwilling to made the changes or were so expensive, we could not afford to go. Working with Erastus made our bucket list trip, affordable and exactly what we wanted and was incredible., our guide for Masaai mara was a source of amazing knowledge, catered to our every need and then some. He was Articulate, smart, funny, accommodating in every way and gave us the most memorable experience we could have imagined. top creams Tours & Safaris is a company you can trust implicitly while planning your next bucket list trip. Their attention to detail is among st the highest caliber and you can be rest assured... your dream trip will be fulfilled."

Amazing hiking tour to Nyiragongo volcano in Congo (DRC)
5/5

We booked a tour to hike Nyiragongo volcano in DRC through Matoke tours. We chose it because of good reviews, price and the fast replies on my e-mails. Lionel did great job on booking the trip and answering my questions. The price was good and we had day in Gisenyi to see lake Kivu before the trek. They handled our visa to Congo and we had sleeping-back, water, jacket etc. organized for the 2 day hike, so we didn't need to bring our own. Our driver was good as well! It was definitely worth it! It took like 6h to hike up and way down was about 4h. We were back in Kigali 4pm after the hike.

6 Nights Safari
5/5

My husband and I recently traveled with Hamza of Wildebeest Safaris. We went to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara. We loved our first safari!! The accommodations were better than expected, the drives were awesome and Hamza was very patient and very knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to recommend Wildebeest and thank Noah for organizing such a great trip. Asante Sana!

If you want to do short safari, This is a reasonable price.
4/5

This is not bad and not good. I have arranged pick up service in the airport. But, They didn't pick me up.

This is a not good point.

But, I enjoyed this package.

As you know, This package is most cheapest price among the package.

And they tried to endeavor a lot.

I think they did best.

This is a not bad point.

Nomally i was enjoyed.

Care and Effort
5/5

We have decided on a trip, in a very short term leaving almost no time for maneuvering. So first positive point was to organize everything quickly and effectively. During the trip we have met jeeps going back and forth on the track driving unnecessary miles on tough roads just to get to hotels. In our case Tomodachi organized the flights and the local driving to minimize unnecessary going back and forth. Lastly all goes back to you, jeep and your driver/guide. The vehicle can brake ease-ally. In this case you at the mersy of your agency, how quickly r u going to get a replacement vehicle. In our case Tomodachi was in constant contact with us assisting us to get the vehicle as soon as possible.

Disaster !
1/5

We went to Amboseli and Masai Mara between 11-18 Septembre with Visit Mount Kenya Tours.
This was a terrible experience especially in Masai Mara as
- The company's minivan broke down on the first day as it was a very old and neglected car. They took us to Safari with a normal car where naturally it was impossible to enjoy savannah . The next day we refused to be in that car and we discussed with the driver and hardly found a land cruiser
- The driver (he told his name is Justus) never came to hotel to pick us up at agreed hours for the morning and afternoon safaris , he was always late 1-2 hours. The hotel management told us later that he was drunk on the first day he took us to the hotel
- Although we bought the tour by agreeing that we will stay in Sopa Lodges, the driver in Masai Mara tried to place us in a different hotel saying that Sopa Lodges is full , we discussed with him, He talked on the phone with company owner/manager Rufus then they accepted to take us to Sopa Lodge which was already what we agreed upon. If we did not object hardly, we would miss the opportunity of staying in a really very good hotel ( Sopa Lodge). The driver told us he would place us in a sister hotel !!?? of Sopa Lodge
- The last day in Masai Mara, the driver did not show up at all, we stayed in the hotel, we missed 2 safaris
- The last day when we were leaving the hotel, the hotel did not let us leave because Rufus (owner/manager of visit mount kenya) did not pay to hotel the money we had paid him a couple of weeks before our visit. so we argued with hotel management and they accepted that it was a problem between them and visit mount Kenya , and we left with another car hotel management found for us. We did not return to Nairobi with that driver of visit mount Kenya.
I wont write everything we experienced but my recommendation is that never use this agency!! We will make our officials complaints too.
