One of my best trip ever. The walk in the jungle was amazing (and not too hard). Hanging out with the gorillas was an incredible experience. Our guide was very nice and explained us many things about the park we drove through.
Uganda is an amazingly beautiful country with stunning places to see. I really hope I will have the opportunity to come back.

Amazing experience from start to finish!
Prior to booking we were a little sceptical because we were so far away, and you are never quite sure who you're sending your money to. But from our first communication with Features Africa, our concerns were eased. No matter how many questions asked and emails sent, Karanja responded and answered every one of our concerns, and our comfort level rose. We were to arrive in Nairobi late at night and be picked up early the next morning. We happened to have a window overlooking the front of the hotel. As our alarm went off, I took a look out of the window to take in the city views, and the first thing i saw was our safari vehicle pulling up to the hotel bright and early. We immediately got excited. We came downstairs to meet Karanja and our driver. We were introduced to Albert. We instantly knew that this would be a great adventure because even though it was 5am, Albert had a bubbly personality and was ready to take us on a trip of a lifetime. We departed on our journey to Masai Mara. It was a 5 hour drive, but it seemed half that because along the route, Albert gave us a lot of information about the areas we were passing through. This was our first time in Africa, so seeing all there was to see driving through Kenya was amazing in itself, and having great conversation with Albert was a plus. Once we arrived at the park we went on a game drive and Albert was on the money with his knowledge of the terrain and the animals. We definitely learned a lot from him. He made sure we saw everything we could possibly see in the time allotted. The only animals were weren't able to see that we really wished we had were a leopard and a rhino. Everything else we got to see and were close enough to get great pictures. The accommodations at the tent camp were luxurious and absolutely beautiful. Definitely not the kind of camping we're used to. Over the course of our stay we did a couple more game drives and then exited the park the next day for the journey home. Even with the drive back to Nairobi being as long as it was, Albert still offered to go out of his way and take us to Lake Naivasha so we could rent a boat and go out and see the hippos up close. That was also an amazing experience. The whole experience from start to finish was top notch and very professional. We definitely recommend Features Africa for your Safari. We actually saw other companies along our journey, and just looking at them we knew they weren't having the same amazing experience we were. And if it's possible, request Albert. He's the best!

Danson was really friendly, kind and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
The safari was wonderful! We saw so many amazing animals due to the knowledge of our great driver. The vehicles were all comfortable and we had great vantage views due to the experience of Danson knowing exactly where to be.
I would recommend Savannah Sound Safaris to anyway visiting Kenya as I know they would be treated with care and receive excellent service and attention to detail.

It's a dream come true , i really loved it..
My wife and i had a marvelous experience on a one-week safari that took us to Lake Natron, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara and managed to see all the big five animals... From our arrival at Kilimanjaro airport to our departure, Mupana Tours and Safaris Tanzania made sure that our trip would be amazing , and they absolutely did it! A pleasant and highly competent guide, nice vehicle in perfect condition, the right hotel choice everything was designed perfectly. And the progression in our trip was well thought out, as every day there was something new and very different. So we can only recommend Mupana and his team for anyone who wants to get a full experience of Northern Tanzania and its wonderful parks. Well done and many thanks

Knowledgeable, kind, and fun to travel with!
Godson took me and my group of 4 up Mt. Kilimanjaro. The trip and scenery were amazing, and the physical trek was worth the time and effort. Godson and his crew were always extremely helpful and organized on the trip; cooking meals for us every morning/evening, taking blood oxygen levels to see how well we were acclimating, and always engaging in our conversations at night with funny stories. I remember that my bag got lost during my flight over, and Godson went out of his way to contact the airline, drive me to the airport, and talk to customer service just to get my bag so I could start the climb the next day. he really is an excellent guide and a kind, personable individual. If I ever come back to Tanzania to do another mountain or safari tour, he will be my first call again!

Amazing Safari with Sami, great food, saw every animal, except leopards, but saw cheetahs and rhinos
The safari didnt match the itinerary that was emailed, in fact it was in reverse, but overall blew away my expectations and I am so happy with the price, the food, and the whole experience in general. Fantastic. Our group had Sami as a driver, he drove like a crazy off road racer and got us too all the animals as well as being funny and patient and keeping us informed on the daily schedules.

Pembury Tours provided excellent service, value for money and a fabulous holiday.
We were recommended to Pembury Tours when we contacted Lalibela Game Reserve asking about a safari and planning a trip to South Africa. I looked at their website and reviews on Tripadvisor which were all positive.
I e-mailed Pembury Tours and was contacted by Tammy Harding.
What impressed us was the prompt response, the attention to detail and a real desire to get things exactly how we wanted.
Paying money these days over the internet is always a worry. However, the systems Pembury Tours have in place worked well and were reassuring.
All the accommodation was excellent. We had an unbelievable time at Lalibela, the staff were amazing, the food excellent and of course the animals and safari drives 1st class.
Having Tammy at the end of a phone was reassuring just in case we had an issue. But the trip ran like clock work and every need taken care of. Well done Tammy and everyone for making our holiday a trip to remember.

Great experience for me and family
The overall experience was excellent, great staff members who paid attention to all the details. The tour was exceptional we visited the Mara got a chance to see wildlife and had a great time with spouse and children.
