A Tourist Guide either Makes or Breaks your Safari
5/5

Ours was a first-time visit not only to Kenya, but also the entire continent of Africa. If you are travelling to the savannah for the first time, rapport building with your tour operator is essential, especially if yours is a short trip. There is so much to explore that communication gap between you be best minimized. We were blessed to be in touch with a tour operator, namely Nakupendakenya (nakupendakenya.com/en), who made our safari a success. Ms. Bettina Leka, the owner of the company, exhibited excellent communication skills from the very beginning of our correspondence. Her rapport building skills are so strong that I felt an instant chemistry with her. Ms. Leka tirelessly kept on furnishing comprehensive responses to all our queries concerning the safari. On the spot, we met with Mr. Bakari, who was our guide for the entire game drive. Mr. Bakari shares a passion for the wildlife, and displays fair wisdom in that he makes a perfect balance between time spent on driving, pausing at interesting spots, disseminating info on wildlife, and most importantly has a keen sense of judgement concerning the tourists’ attention span. The team were always accommodative of our wishes and demands, even at the eleventh hour. The minors among the tourists receive a souvenir at the end of the trip. What’s more to ask for!

Wonderful time without bad surprises
5/5

Edward was very open and helpful from the beginning. The driver/guide John was on time to pick up from and drop off. We had a safe trip and everything was according to the itinerary - no bad surprises. The guide introduced all the animals in the park and took our preferences into account. Finally I was taken to the airport after a dinner in Carnivore restaurant, which was organized by Edward. Overall, wonderful time at Masai Mara and very good experience with Budget Africa Safari. Thanks!

Wildlife and beach relaxation
5/5

The Safari was well planned and everything turn out as promised. We saw thousands of different animal species and stayed at some iconic Safari lodges with a charm of their own. At the end of our Safari we caught an Auric Air flight to Zanzibar where we spent the rest of the 5 days lazing on the beach and exploring the quirky Stone Town. We found the local people to be very friendly whether is Zanzibar or Masai hut the glowing smiles always welcomed us.

Happy clients
5/5

We recently had very high profile clients over from Europe and asked FOTE to take them on a last minute tour of the KNP and Lowveld. The feedback was flawless. I am sure they will be back for more!!! Thank you for your willingness to help, your professionalism, and for making us proud!!

Nice and lovely company !
5/5

Hi Philip Adventure&Safaris Company ltd!
I am sorry for writing back so late but i have been very busy lately. I hope you are doing fine and that you have been successful with your safari tours. I really miss working in Arusha – it has been a good time in your country ;) You told me that you needed a short text about how the safari to the Manyara National Park has been. So I wrote you a short summary about our trip, which was awesome by the way.I worked in Tansania for six weeks. After my first week of work I met Philip, who offered me a safari trip to the Lake Manyara National Park. At the time he had started a new safari company, called ‘Philip Adventure & Safaris Company Ldt’ and we booked a cheap trip for 160 Dollars. Philip and the driver picked us up at 8.40 in the morning and with that my first safari ever started. We shortly stopped for a lunch box on the way and then we drove to the National Park. To make a long story short it was a fascinating and pretty perfect day. It is definitely hard to find a better company than this one. Our two guides explained everything to us. All our questions about the animals, the plants and the park were answered perfectly in detail. We had a lucky day and we saw a lot of animals – elephants, apes, giraffes and a lot more. The only animal we didn’t get to enjoy was the lion, which is very hard to find in this park, because of its big forest. It was a really good day and I can only recommend to go on safari with Philip! It was really nice to meet you guys and hopefully you can use this text for your homepage.

Real passion for making your stay in SA an unique wonderful experience
5/5

t is so seldom to cross people that are living their true calling. And whenever this happens, you just have to pay your respects. And that's precisely the case of Elize and Johan, who ran Flight of the Eagle.
When Johan retired, Elize enrolled them in a course to become guides because they love the wildlife and their country. They did the 3-year course in just one! And since then they work their way around to guarantee visitors experience South Africa with the same passion they have! So first hint: forget guide. The most appropriate word would be hosts.
You can tell right away when you contact them about the tour. They'll go an extra mile to put together the perfect combination of attractions, suggest the best places to stay (and here another precious hint: listen to them when it comes to hotels/guest houses etc.)
I had a cultural/historical tour and was overwhelmed by the amount of relevant information Johan could share. And I don't mean as in "learn-by-heart-kind-of-tour", he really knew what he was talking about, we could discuss everything, put information into current perspective, compare global data! Very interesting.
But that would be just a great guide. And the experience is so much more. The meals we shared! The true and honest interest in each guest/visitor! For the perfect ending, they blessed me with the unique experience of visiting a national park and see a rhino mom with her baby! Just because I had mentioned I could see a rhino properly while on Serengeti! I stayed with them for just two days, but it was a trip I will never ever forget!

Absolutely amazing service and an unforgettable experience
5/5

PaperJet Travel were amazing to deal with. No matter how many times I changed my mind, or requested weird things like not having animal skins in my room, Justin was always happy to help. He was really dedicated to making sure my african safari experience was the best it possibly could be.

After looking at many, many, MANY options, we went with Leopard Hills in Sabi Sands - It was the perfect blend of luxury and adventure. It felt like everyone who worked their new every guest by name, and they made sure that our every need was taken care of. We saw the big 5 on our first 2 game drives, and our guide Johan made sure that every single drive we went on during a 3 night stay was different and exciting. The highlights were definitely seeing 2 lions eating a giraffe, and watching a leopard eat an impala up a tree, whilst her baby cub watched on. As for the accommodation - the room was stunning, topped of by having a private pool and a deck that looked over the savannah. One day I walked out and their was a giraffe walking by - such a surreal experience.

This experience was beyond all my expectations. Thank you Gabi (for reaching out to me on twitter) and Justin (for being so accommodating and lovely), I would definitely have no doubts in recommending PaperJet travel, and will definitely be using them again when I make it back to South Africa.
